The room had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was nice but not big enough to accommodate three Hotel towers of guests. The whole time we were there it was packed. Otherwise we felt this was a Good Hotel for the money.

We stayed 2 nights at the caribe royale. The hotel was very clean, rooms were nice and the kids loved the waterslide in the pool. Two things detracted from our stay...the front desk sometimes didn't answer the phone and there were no resteraunts within walking distance. The traffic was so terrible we ordered room service at night.

Everything was great, they need to have a change machine in each tower for laundry. The cafeteria employee @ tower 2 were not friendly, everyone else were very nice.

I have been planning this trip for six months but couldn't find a place to stay. I finally found this place with 24 hours to spare! When I made my reservation I requested extra pillows, blankets, a high room away from the elevator. They gave me everything I asked for. When you walk into the room the first thing that greets you is a desk, couch, and […] a 50 inch flat screen. The couch is a pull out bed. There is also a fridge and microwave. In the next room you have two queen beds (or one king) a 42 inch flat screen and an awesome view! In between the two rooms is the bathroom. This suite is perfect for families! Internet service can be spotty but I just called down to the from desk and they reset it. There is a game room, movies at the pool for the kids, a 24 hour eatery type thingy. Parking can get hairy if you come in late but there is an overflow lot right behind the main lots. Beds were comfy. Service great, employees happy and helpful. This is now my new spot in Orlando! Nice location in Orlando. Close to all parks and shopping. Rooms spacious enough for just to kick back and relax or do work. Enjoyed separate sleeping area from living area. Enjoyed dining options with out having to leave the grounds. Pool was clean. When I was there all hot tubs had kids in them. Not enjoyable experience. Wish had adult hot tub only. […] Rooms up dated and clean. No balconies which I was unaware until check in. The weekend I was there was a convention of Internet groupies. After dinner grounds were dirty with trash thrown around and tables never cleaned off or wiped down in lobby or out side of lobby. Seems like ground clean up crew we're no where in sight after dark. Do not know if it was because there were teenagers every where and they were slops or crew were just off for the night. That was all 3 nights. When they checked out the grounds were cleaner. I would recommend this hotel mainly b/c of the pool and the staff was very nice! When we arrived and went to our room it was located on the first floor. It was terrible in that the view put you right on the sidewalk with everyone to see everything. The bellhop immediately got us another room with a nice view. The beds are a bit soft and the pillows […] are too big. I read that in another review and thought it seemed picky to remark on the pillows. He was right though, the pillows were uncomfortable. Also, the water pressure on the shower was not good and it is a bit awkward having the sink outside the bathroom. I did appreciate the separate room away from the sleeping room. The only other issue I had, and it's personal preference, was the hotel was huge and it felt it. I like it to be slightly more intimate. Saying that I still might stay here again. Read more

We stayed here two nights with our family. The highlight of our stay was the pool. My seven-year-old and 10-year-old had a blast! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the restaurants were a nice change from all the bad food we were eating at theme parks and chain restaurants. Definitely a good deal for the price!

My overall stay was ok. The hotel is beautiful. But that's it. The staff never greeted you, you only got amenities like shampoo were only provided if asked for, I got charged for a delivery of extra drinking glasses, internet is not only not free, they wanted to charge an insane price of $9.95 per day!!!!! Over a week period, that was an additional […] $70. Who doesn't provide free internet anymore? Even the local motels had free internet. And to top it off, no poolside service. So if you wanted a drink or food, you had to get up and get it yourself. All of the food in the cafeteria/deli was disgusting. I would never stay there again. Nor do I recommend it to anyone. My little grandson really enjoyed the swimming pools, slides, waterfall, etc. The restaurant on the main floor was great for him as well, as they had some appropriate finger food and friendly wait-staff. The check-in desk staff was not very friendly. They charged me three times for the valet parking. Finally one of the staff members realized the error […] and rectified the issue (after 30 minutes). Took over an hour to receive soup and salad to room service, reason was the server (only one?) had a problem with another order. 21 percent gratuity added per terms of room service menu which was ok because it was disclosed, when delivered the server said that charge was a service charge only and gratuity wasn't included. Disney ticket sales counters […] in lobby require you to attend a presentation for Starwood time shares. Arcades in hotel run by third party and hotel staff unable to help when card dispensing machine ate our money. Overall very surprised at lack of customer service. Read more

We had a villa and it was clean and well appointed. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The place is well keep and it has modern decor, the only thing I would change is the kitchen counter. The white tile with gray grout looks old.

This is not a 4 star property by any stretch of the imagination. It looks like a motel that has been converted into a "resort" by adding a small pool. The rooms are very small and cramped. The bathroom are terribly small as well.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel because it was a great location. We did not feel that it was a good hotel for their amenities. The pool scene was crowed with convention guest that used lots of adult language. Definitely not a hotel for families.

This was very ok for orlando. Iwas very disappointed as there was a fee for the internet. I wanted to rent a car and asked to use the internet in the business center and I had to pay for an entire day. The hotel should offer free internet.

If I were you, I'd stay next door at the Buena Vista Suites. The rooms are exactly the same and the breakfast is free! I paid $20 for a buffet breakfast that was horrible.

The hotel was nice we felt we got good value for the price we paid. They do a good job of accommodating and or catering to everyone. The hotel is set up very well for business meetings, has great restaurants with good variety. There is a really nice fitness center work out room, nice spa, great pool area that is very accommodating for children as well […] as adults. The hotel was terrific. Room/grounds were super clean. The bedding was great. My daughter got sick on the trip there and they let us check in early. Very accommodating and understanding. Would definitely stay again. Bring formal clothes if you plan to visit the onsite Venetian Restaurant. Didnt know until we got there that it was so formal.

Large property. About 3 separate buildings of rooms. Loved the free parking, which is very hard to find at Orlando hotels. Liked that no matter what time we left the room (often after noon), it was clean when we got back. This was a great resort and I would definitely recommend it. The lobby is very nice, open and bright. Staff was friendly at check-in, which was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and there was a good view of the pool from our floor near the elevator. It was nice to have a coffee shop on campus. Only complaint I have is that on lst day the maid decided to come on in around 9am saying, you go home today?We answered yes, although she walked in after opening deadbolt with her key, we were almost naked. Ruined the romance of the end of our weekend, cause they ruined the intimate moment of an expensive weekend. I Told them at checkout, […] they didnt care.
