"Dining leaves a lot to be desired"

While I am pleased to learn that you did enjoy the accommodations it sounds as though you joined us on what was an extremely busy night. As I am sure you noticed we do have ample parking around the perimeter of the building with two additional entrances on each end. Unfortunately from time to time we do have larger groups in our meeting space that can take up a lot of our spaces which requires us to over flow to the back lot. I apologize for the inconvenience but can assure you that it is not a regular occurrence. In regards to the cleaning of your room, we do try to get into the rooms as early as possible so that when guests return they return to a freshly made room. a) The reservation was bed n breakfast for 2 adults + 2 kids. They had two twin beds, but charged breakfast for kids ($10 per kid, per day) b) Poor facilities -- the ceiling tile had fallen off, beds were narrow, the door had a gap under it -- so we could hear everything from the corridors. While I can understand that the bedding options may have appeared to be smaller than they are, our rooms with two beds do feature standard double sized beds. It can be a bit tight to accommodate a family of 4 depending on the age of your children. If you choose to stay with us again and we hope that you will, we do have some suites that have two double beds as well as an added pull out sofa bed that might provide you with better sleeping arrangements. This Hilton is almost on the Community North Hospital property. It has lots of amenities, but free internet wasn't one of them, unfortunately. "Nice hotel but not upto mark of Hilton."
I stayed here with my wife and 4 year old child. The receptionist assigned us a room on 5th floor, extreme opposite end of elevators, the entire floor smells cigarettes, the walk from elevator till room was horrible due to smell. the rooms are not as expected as brand Hilton. "Nice for what we paid"
We got a king-sized regular room for 40%, so paid about $90 with tax (that included two vouchers for breakfast). The hotel was nice and clean, as was the room. The room was nice and comfortable although not very big (plus, we like our room to be cool so set the thermostat at 66 before going to bed; it reset itself to 70 in the middle of the night so […] we both woke up hot the next morning). I paid a pretty low rate (on special) for a room here to take my kids swimming...the room is a little small, but overall for price it was clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was fine...we ordered dessert through room service-it took a lot longer than I would have liked (about 20-30 minutes over what I was quoted) but, dessert was FANTASTIC! The first room I was given had a messed up door. You couldn't open it and they were aware they had a door with a problem. Upon check-in I was told there were no more king size beds left. I had just confirmed a few hours prior. On our first day, we left the room around noon. I called the desk to let them know maid service could come in and do our room. We got back to the room around 9:00 pm and no maid service had occurred. "Safe and Sound"
I booked this room for my wife who had to go to a funeral. She had to go alone on this trip. Being close to a big city and being far from home is always a concern for a lone woman. She told me how safe she felt there. There were employees everywhere helping her at every turn. People helped her get her luggage out of her car and up to her room. They […] would not even accept a tip from her. She said how very nice the hotel and staff were. She forgot her credit card at the bar and the bar tender took it to her room. When she went to leave, the house keeping staff saw her and radioed for someone to help her get her luggage from the lobby to her car. The hotel room was so nice and clean. We usually take the comforters off beds in hotel rooms and toss them on the floor because they don't seem so great. She said the comforter was very nice and she actually kept it on the bed. My wife was very pleased with this hotel. I am a member of Hilton's rewards program. I called to ask if she could get an early check in because of the funeral home viewing time. They were fully booked due to "March Madness." What surprised me was that they could not match the same rate I got on Expedia's website. Expedia showed the room being on a 45% sale, and it really was. The Expedia rate was the best out there. Thanks Expedia!
