The front desk Manager Mya does not have any customer service skills. She is rude to the guests and people who call for the guests. She had my autistic brother upset for 2 hours cause she couldnt explain why she needed a name. For him being autstic it really confused him. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and cleanliness od our room and the surroundings. The room was clean and nice, the pool clean, and breakfast good offering waffles and sausage gravy & biscuits with the continental style food. Good overall stay for the money.

I had two problems with this hotel. First, it's pet policies are so restrictive that it's not worth staying there. I had to find a friend to keep my dog during the wedding I attended because they do not allow you to leave your pet alone. My dog doesn't bark, or chew, or get on the furniture. La Quinta takes your phone number and would call if your dog […] was loud. A very reasonable policy. Second, the shower was the worst one I've ever paid for. The fiberglass tub bottom was totally warped, sloped and slippery. There was also no water pressure and the shower head could not be adjusted to compensate for any person of a different height. The hotal staff was very helpful and considerate. The included Breakfast was very nice. However, both the heater/air condition and the in room refridgerator were very noisy. The refridgerator compressor motor sounded as if it was about to break apart.

I've been to Enterprise a few times and this is by far the best stay I've had. The young lady at the desk was beset by three guests at once including myself. She processed and dispatched each of us with speed, efficiency and grace. I just had to stop and chat with her as she was so personable and friendly. My room was very neat, crisp and clean. The […] bathroom was spotless. The HVAC functioned properly and reliably. The room offers hardwire internet and when I realized I didn't bring an ethernet cable, that same nice lady at the desk had one for me to get connected right away. Checkout was a breeze. The morning desk person was bright and spirited even at the early hour I had to depart. I would certainly recommend this hotel to all. Wish I could have stayed longer. Read more
