The shower was not repaired properly! It was monkey rigged with screws and parts that didn't belong in a shower plus the shower head was on the long side of the shower spraying toward the curtain and the shower head could not be adjusted higher so it was in your face! I'm not a tall person!

My family of 5 needed an overnight stay on our way home from Florida. We arrived late and were pleased that the rollaway bed we requested was already in the room. The room was ample in size so we did not feel overly cramped with the extra bed. We went to sleep right away and awoke to a decent breakfast in the morning.

The best part of the hotel stay was the desk clerk. She was very friendly and very helpful. I was surprised that it was a "Country Inn and Suites." I wasn't expecting the large green hot heart-shaped whirlpool/hot tub which even though I wasn't planning on using, appeared to be very old. The location of the hotel was great! Close to the Interstate 75/24, Target, Walmart, gas stations and Starbucks. We were passing through on our way home to Chicago from FL, so it is always great to find a convenient and safe place to stop for the night. Please consider surrounding hotels as our experience was horrible. I booked a room for myself and two minor daughters. My friend also booked with her two minor children. The hotel fire alarm did not work properly and we were awaken several times in the middle of the night with sirens and fire alerts. The hotel was very disappointing. I was expecting a better kept facility. Its clean but needs work and the hotel staff was friendly but moved slow if you could locate anyone. Instead of waiting for the hotel staff I went out and purchased items that were needed. We did run out of towels and could not find anyone to replace them.

Spent two nights in Feb 2012. No complaints. Note: This is a two-story hotel but there is no elevator, so if you are in a second story room, plan on a little extra work to get your luggage to the second floor. Anyone with limited mobility should request a first floor room when booking.

While the staff was nice and the bed was comfortable, the hotel was not the quality you usually find for a Country Inn and Suites. The breakfast bar wasn't as nice and the pool was a disgrace. We stayed at Country Inn when we were in Murfreesboro for a horse auction. We usually stay elsewhere, but it was move-in weekend for Middle Tennessee State University so rooms were scarce. We were overcome by an odor when we came into the hallway by the side parking lot. Maybe chlorine? It made our eyes burn, whatever it was. The indoor pool was closed […] permanently and the water was green. The room was good sized and had a sofa, table and fridge and microwave. The queen size beds we were told we'd have ended up being doubles, but the mattresses were good and we slept well. The bathroom was tiny and had open cracks where the tub insert came together. There was a cap from a coke bottle on the floor on the far side of the beds. Every day they sprayed some kind of sickly smelling deodorizer in the room. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Cereal, bagels and muffins, waffles and some kind of egg things that I was afraid to try. The bananas had been there a while and they only offered whole milk. They sealed the parking lot on Friday so there was very little parking. Why would you do that on a busy weekend?? I doubt we will be staying there again. Read more

When we checked in the first thing we found out was the pool was permanently closed. We were not happy as we were expecting a pool. Then we were upgraded to a king suite where there was a heart shaped whirlpool tub which was nice. The bathroom had places on the wall that were patched but never painted. The last day we were there, we went to have breakfast and was told they ran out of eggs over the week end so no scrambled eggs. When I arrived at the hotel, I waited 15 minutes at the front desk before I was greeted any of the hotel staff. The hotel put a sign on the check-in counter that read " we will be right with you. We are currently helping another guest." I didn't see a single person who worked at the hotel. After 15 minutes, a white pulls up outside. To my surprise, […] it was the front desk assistant. He hadn't been at the hotel at all. But, I was willing to overlook the mishap. I was ready to get checked in and go to my room. The hotel assistant checks me in and gives me directions to my room. He also informs me " I gave you a great room. Its on the backside of the hotel, so you wont be disturbed by noise from the interstate." What he neglected to tell me was that my room happened to be under a remodel. I had to step over drills, hammers, rolls of carpet, and construction workers in route to my room. When I got to my room, my room door was open and even had a coke ditting on the carpet next to the door. I had to ask one of the several construction workers to come and get their things out of my room. My door wouldn't shut due to the carpeting had been halfway pulled up, so I had to wait on the cconstruction crew to fix that. All I heard was drilling, hammering, loud talking, and all of the other several noises that go along with a remodel. I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay. The front desk clerk should have informed me of the ongoing remodel. I should have been informed of the remodelling. Read more
