The good first: large rooms, clean area, separate toilet and shower areas. Very good wifi throughout entire hotel. However, I wouldn't stay there again. Nice hotel with small but comfortable rooms. Staff was friendly. Walking distance to Reims city centre and Taittinger and Pommery. Some of the champagne was even cheaper at the hotel than the vineries.

Staff can hardly speak English so it was very difficult to communicate with them. Our room was freezing as the air condition was broken and the heater in the room was very small .

This Campanile is of a higher standard than most Campanile Hotels we've stayed in. More like a proper hotel than a motel. Still great value and a very convenient location for the motorway.

The hotel is easy walking to the centre, the Cathedral etc and has a warm and friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet. Good value for this area -would recommend without hesitation. Parking available at side of hotel

Excellent hotel - comfortably one of the best 3 star hotels I have used in France. Very reasonably priced due to it being the height of summer. Room had recently been renovated and was immaculately clean. Location was close to the amazing Cathedral and within walking distance of city centre but at the same time down a quiet road so not next to noisy […] traffic. There were three adults and we all got a bed each (one double, and two singles) and ther room had enough space for all of us. There was howeevr, work being doen to the hotel's exterior. This included scaffolding up the side of the hotel where our window was and we were awoken pretty early with workmen working right outside. This didnt make our room […] feel very private. We idnt eat at the restaurant, but the food looked great. There is free parking in the street at the back of the hotel. Malgré ce que vous aviez annoncé à la réservation le parking n'était pas gratuit mais payant : 6 € à l'extérieur et 10 € au parking souterrain. La housse de couette était déchirée, le rouleau de papier toilette par terre car le support mural mal fixé. De la poussière sur le support du balai toilette qui lui même était par terre également (chambre 114). […] Pour la restauration du soir, pas de réassortiment des desserts passé une certaine heure (21 heures) des assiettes du buffet sont vides. Je descends dans cet hotel depuis une dizaine d'années et donc avant qu'il ne devienne un Campanille. Il n'a donc rien à voir avec les Campanilles classiques qu'on retrouve dans des ZI aux alentours des villes. L'hotel est à 5 mn à pied de la plus grande place de Reims, ses chambres sont spacieuses, fonctionnelles et propre. We spent 2 nights in this hotel and we can emphasize: an attentive staff, its central location, a very good bathroom and garage. The breakfast (charged) is tasteful. We just found the apartment lighting a bit weak (even comparing with similar hotels).

Plaisante étape. Rentrant d'Angleterre vers la haute Savoie, l'étape de Reims était bien située sur l'itinéraire du retour. Hotel bien situé en centre ville, avec parking sous-terrain. Chambre confortable bien équipée, & restaurant sympathique on fait de cette halte un moment agréable & reposant;

L'hôtel est en train de moderniser ses chambre, lors d'un précédent passage j'ai connu une chambre récente, cette fois-ci elle était vétuste, une salle de bain sombre avec une ampoule ne fonctionnant pas, une housse de couette trouée, bref en fonction de la chambre la note évolue...
