the hotel was clean. we requested an extra night and they did so free of charge. upgraded from a double to a king suite also at no extra charge. we were very satisfied.

"Renovations? Not a speck of dirt anywhere..."

This hotel was supposedly undergoing renovations but it was still clean, quiet, desk staff was wonderful...Nice and close to mall area.

Called ahead and asked for an extra cleaning of the room as I have a impaired immume system due to cancer. They were very accomodating.
