First thing I said when I stepped in my room and did my walk around was "Wow". I really expected the room to be pretty average since it was a two star hotel. But it really exceeded my expectations with the comfort of the room and how relaxing and peaceful my stay was. I felt like I really got a steal. It was very close to where I needed to travel during the day and my fiance and I just overall enjoyed our stay. I definetly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Aiken area!

It's a pretty basic but decent hotel. The breakfast options are limited but ok. The pool seemed clean. The room was clean enough and had everything we needed. The location was good for getting downtown or out to Langley Pond.

My husband and i both liked our stay at this hote. we have two minor complaints, the neigboring room played their tv too loud and their wasn't enough offered for breakfast (pinwheels, toast) Other than this we thought the room was very clean the staff was very helpful. when we called the front desk about the loud tv at 5am they imediately took care of it. would deffinately stay there again.

Price was very good. All the people - desk clerks and maids - were polite, cheerful, and looking for ways to help. A few little things needed fixing: the tub faucet dripped, they were a little short on the number of cups they left for us, and in the bathroom, part of the ceiling had been badly patched, making the bathroom look much less attractive. I've stayed here a number of times over the past few years, and improvements have been made steadily. Also the continental breakfast was little more than coffee and a few snacks, probably the most limited I've seen. Neighborhood was a little rough as were some of the other guests - heard a few shouting matches. I kept the door and car locked at all times and wouldn't let my sons go out alone for ice.

The beds were very comfy and I liked that there were LOTS of pillows. However, the shower dripped constantly, and the "continental breakfast" was a joke. The cereal was stale, and the offerings for breakfast sorely lacking. There was coffe, tea, milk, juice, a few pieces of fruit, small donuts and two kinds of cereal. That was it. They shouldn't say they have the breakfast if there won't be anything much offered.

The Sierra Suites was an all around amazing hotel. We had a few problems but the hotel attendant handles everything with extreme tact.

The room was fine for a 1 star hotel, however, we could hear the television loud and clear from the room next door through the wall until midnight. We were awakened at 2:00 am by kids playing in the parking lot and awakened again at 5:30 am by a man & woman fighting outside the door. We will not stay there again.
