"An adequate Hampton"
01/14/15 BuckeyeBob Akron, Ohio
I stay in dozens of Hamptons (and other Hilton flags) annually. Of the eight room nights I've spent in just the past two weeks, this property was the most tired and dated feeling one of all of them. Perhaps the contrast is more glaring because most of the recent ones gave been of newer vintage. With that said, the rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom smallish but with wonderful water pressure in the shower (one of my personal hot buttons). I had very limited interaction with the staff as I checked in online and simply picked up my key on the way in. The location felt a little dicey and the entry /parking area is a bit confusing (drive and lot shared with neighboring Hotel). Most of all I got a good nights sleep after a late flight arrival at nearby Love Field and that was the primary reason for the stay. In short, the "bones" are old but the Hampton expectations are still delivered.
"Odd location, but great happy hour and lovely cookies"

At first i didn't like the location, but then i saw how nice the people at the reception were, and invited me to the happy hour. It was actually pretty cool: free drinks and snacks/food between 6 -8 PM, different kinds of chocolate chips cookies - a good reason to come out of your room and socialize with the other guests. breakfast was good!

It is a very friendly and clean hotel. Have stayed here previously and will stay at this hotel again. Even though you are next to a freeway, you never hear the traffic. I have not seen a weight room with free weights and was impressed that this facility had them to use. I strongly recommend this Hotel.
"People that make a difference"

The friendliness and helpfulness of the housekeeping personel and the lady who works the breakfast area more than make up for the deficiencies of the front desk people. It is only because of them that I will always stay here whenever possible.
"Nice clean fresh hotel with friendly customer service"

We stayed at this hotel so we could head off early in the AM to the airport. It suited our needs perfectly. The beds were comfortable, smelt fresh and clean and the rooms felt spacious. Staff were friendly and welcoming. They do an evening happy hour with some light food and drinks, good thing too because our dinner at the local Denny's was a disaster so my hubby grabbed a couple of hot-dogs Breakfast was complimentary, great variety of hot and cold items, there was even the ability to take a to go bag for breakfast.

I've stayed in this hotel several times during business trips to Dallas and I've always had a nice stay. Clean rooms and quiet. If your room is on the upper floors the elevators are quick and generally very little waiting.
"Convenient to Love Field"
11/18/14 Linda H Pleasant View, Tennessee
When traveling, I like to stay close to the airport, typically because of morning rush hour traffic. This Hampton was the perfect spot with only a short drive to the airport, and still convenient to restaurants. Upon arrival, they were preparing for "happy hour"! Wine, beer, and several appetizers. The room was clean, the bed was soft, the room was dark, expectations met! Hampton always serves a hearty breakfast, and if you don't have time to sit and eat, you can always pick up a brown bag as you're waking out the door. Hampton just always know how to do it right!
"First Time Stay"

I didn't know what to expect as I made my turn from IH635E onto Walnut Hill Rd. The area is light industrial and I expected the hotel & room to reflect the prevailing area. I was surprised. The lobby was clean & apportioned properly. The room did not show wear, clean and fair size for a $99/night hotel. Free internet. During breakfast someone was there keeping the area clean. I stayed in other $99/nite rooms and this is one of the better ones. I'll stay again. Close to DFW.
"Great hotel for Parker University visitors!"

This hotel has modern amenities and updated decor. The rooms are spacious & clean. The complimentary breakfast is substantial and tasty. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It is easy walking distance to Parker University and there are a number of restaurants nearby. If I have the occasion for more travel to he area, I will definitely pick this property.
"I liked it!"

I picked this for its location to my meetings and for its price. I din't really know its location. Let's just say there are better places to go in Dallas. The hotel seems pretty new. The rooms are clean and quiet. The front desk staff was warm and friendly. You get a breakfast with the room. It is good. I would recommend the make your own waffle or the oatmeal. The scrambled eggs are just ok. Overall, I would highly recommend this location.
