"Great value, close to the mountain"
Would definitely stay there again. While it wasn't very modern, it was clean, had a good pool and jacuzzi, near the mountain, friendly staff. Definitely a good deal.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"close to everything you need."
Easy to deal with. Very nice and ready to help with your needsGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great location, but hotel could use an upgrade!"
The hotel is in a perfect location to the Killington ski resort, however; the hotel is a bit "dated" and could use a makeover.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
would stay again, hotel is going to need some upkeep soon. would of like to of eaten at the hotel but Restaurant was closed during the week, which was one of the restaurants that had high marks on places to eat in killington.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great for skiers or snowboarders"
Great hotel if you are skiing at killington. Great location to the mountain and bars and resturants. Bar inside. Looks as though it would be gorgeous to sit on the deck and enjoy the view in the warmer weather.Genuine Expedia guest review
"enjoyed everything to do with the ski trip!!"
very nice lodge with everything to make our stay fun & quite comfortable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good value, but nothing fancy"
Overall we were up at Killington with friends and spent most of our time on the mountain or at nearby pubs/restaurants so we didn't spend too much time in the hotel or our room, but it was a good value for the price paid. The hotel offered some nice amenities (which we didn't use) - movie night, free DVD rental, free breakfast, pool/hot-tub. Our only […] complaint was the late-night noise (could hear hallway noise and next door neighbors) and in the morning, we noticed the smell of cigarette smoke coming from a nearby room. Even given that, I'd stay here again... Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Convenient to slopes; good for a night or two max"
Biggest plus is convenience to slopes, and free shuttle to and from Snowshed at Killington. Staff is friendly and check-in easy. Facility needs updating; mattresses are uncomfortable, walls are paper thin, shower heads are funky; garbage was left outside another room for 24 hours. Breakfast is free but food is bad (unless eating yogurt or cereal). Good […] for college kids or others not too discriminating. For my money, would look elsewhere next time. "OK. But overpriced."
If you are looking for luxury, forget this hotel. But if you are looking for a hotel close to Killington ski resort, this would work for you. There is a bus that picks you up at the hotel. No wireless internet at my room! Breakfast is ok. Room was warm but was not impressed with the cleanness. Smells a bit but was tolerable for me.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice ski weekend"
Hotel is dated but great price for its location. Super close to the moment. Favorite part was the outdoor jacuzzi.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Post skiing comforts"
This was our second wintertime visit to this inn. The location is excellent as it is close to the ski slopes and to fine restaurants. The service was fine. The general ambiance is becoming outdated. A bit of redecorating would make a big difference (so much potential with the big fireplaces and great views.)Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great place to stay when skiing"
This review gets 4 stars only because there are nicer hotels. We had a great time and were very happy with our stay. Beds were comfortable , room was spacious, and breakfast was decent.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Spacious and convenient"
We had a room on the top floor so the ceiling was high, this gave the room a nice, bright feel. Spacious room and bathroom - light and clean and good for the price. Was a little dated to the 90s. Free DVD rental service, hot chocolate, cookies. I didnt check out the spa though. I'd go back.Genuine Expedia guest review
Room was very clean other than the carpet which seemed like it needed a good vacuuming. The spa/pool area was very clean and stylish. The mirrors in the room with the king bed were positioned especially well. Complimentary breakfast was also tasty. Service was fine, and it was only a half hour from Okemo. Overall I am very pleased with my stay and I […] will stay there again in the future. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
""would stay again depeding on price""
overall experience good. Entire hotel is outdated. (stuck in 80s) Room was very clean. Jacuzzi indoors and outdoors is a big plus (though outdoor didn't bubble) Breakfast buffet was not great, but had make your own waffles. Very close to Mountain.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great location, room was clean, breakfast was ok"
The hotel is very close to the killington mountain which is a big plus. Breakfast buffet was ok, filling. Room was pretty clean, housekeeping was great. Overall I recommend this hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Close to mountain"
I thought this hotel was great. The location was perfectly situated between the mountain and the Wobbly Barn. There were 5 of us coming from New York so we had a late check-in. I called the front desk earlier in the day to make sure that it would be ok it was. The front desk when we got there was very helpful. Since there were 5 of us we needed a cot, […] they gave that to us right away and sent my boyfriend up to make sure the room was ok. With the cot in the room it was tight but nothing we weren't expecting. The beds were 2 fulls and a twin cot, the cot was way more comfortable than the beds. The room did have a balcony and beautiful views of the mountain. The breakfast in the morning was what you can expect from a free breakfast, nothing more, nothing less. When we left for the day we put up a "do not disturb" sign and they left the towels in clear plastic wrapped bag. THe hotel is perfectly situated from the mountain only a few minutes from Snowshed Lodge and within walking distance to the Wobbly Barn. The hotel bar itself was kind of small but had the standard drinks. Everything was pretty clean, the prices were pretty good especially for the location. They have shuffle board and huge fireplaces in the main lobby area and on the second floor. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Wow, housekeeping was a nightmare."
Front desk guy was courteous but, housekeeping discourteous. On several occasions housekeeping was a problem. They left our room door propped wide open with dirty towels and all of our personal belongs including iPad and new computer open to any passerby to steal. The door was propped open the entire day we were gone, at least 6 hours. Not to mention, […] we had no clean towels and our room was not cleaned whatsoever. On our check out day we went down to our car with our bags and needed to make several trips. Upon our return, in less than ten minutes the housekeeping was going through our room and taking our pocket change. Check out wasn't for hours later in the day either. Would not recommend. "Real Close to Killington!"
I read some of last years reviews AFTER I booked & was so hoping this place was not a dump. but, Upon arrival, the employee at the desk welcomed us, told us we were the 1st check in of the year and was very friendly! He told us the best & cheapest rental places & that a Restaurant across the street was having Turkey bowling for the kids... The Hotel […] looked fresh & clean & pretty , smelled clean too. They had all new carpets in the hallways.. The rooms were spacious and clean, we even had a skylite in our room. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had games & DVD's to be checked out for the kids, which was a big plus... Free Movie night in the mini theater, with free popcorn, was awesome too!!! Everything about it was AWESOME!!!! Close to Restaurants, Ski Rental Place and the Mountain! The Inn of Six Mountains will be revisited by us the next time we travel to Killington! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"5stars, would go again soon!"
Free hot breakfast every morning (bacon, sausage, eggs, fruit salad, coffee, etc.) Wifi in lobby. Great views of mountain from room. Hot tub and pool were very clean. just great!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Past it's prime!"
I am sure this hotel was lovely when new, but now all worn out - broken sink, light, window. Fitted sheet to small for bed,Sunday full breakfast, Monday - eggs & cold breakfast. Might be nice for "snow bums" but not for couple or family.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Needs major renovation"
You can see that in its prime, the property could have been a very attractive location with all the amenities. However it is very obvious that the Inn needs a major face lift. It seems that it caters more to elderly groups as the bathrooms have many grip bars around the shower with raised toilets. The shower heads are mounted way to low. Service at […] the free breakfast was inadequate. When we went for breakfast we had to wait almost ten minutes before additional plates were brought out. I recommend staying somewhere else. Terrific location and nice people at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast wasn't the best, but it was doable. The hotel has seen some better days but the good easily outweighs the bad.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The only concern I had was they seem to have a resident squirrel in their breakfast room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"spartan race proximity"
real nice. would stay again for a fall or spring get away.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Nice hotel with a nice "great room" for guests complete with large stone fireplace and may comfortable chairs. One strange note, though -- the WiFi was only available in public areas like the Great Room, NOT in the rooms. Very strange!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Needs a facelift!"
This hotel has seen better days. The carpeting was so stained in the first room we were put in that we asked for another room. The second room was better, but both rooms were run down and very dated. The carpeting in the hallways was disgusting. The ice machine on our floor did not work. The website advertised that there was a restaurant and lounge […] on site. The lounge was closed for the season, and apparently the restaurant hasn't been open in years. The front desk clerk was very nice and apologetic and almost seemed embarrassed by the condition of the hotel. The continental breakfast was laughable. Location was great but would not stay here again. A huge disappointment. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Killington area sites"
Nice lobby, amenities. The room reminded me of an average, Midwest Holiday Inn. Probably wouldn't return!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Don't understand the 3.7 overall rating"
This hotel is tired. Old carpeting, old furniture, old parking lot, limited breakfast, limited and old Television. Maybe that's why they offer movies as an alternative. Bar and restaurant were closed. Positives include clean bathroom, and good location among many restaurants. I slept in my clothes for fear of what critters may be dwelling among the […] bed linens and blankets. I would not stay here again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Needs a facelift, but good for the price"
We stayed in the late summer, which is an off-season for this winter sports-centric area. The hotel staff were nice, but the hotel itself seems to need a facelift. Comfortable room, our tv was on the fritz but promptly replaced. A good stay for the price and miles above any motel or inn, but the breakfast was pretty awful and their bar has been turned […] into a rather creepy and seemingly abandoned "reading room". "Killington get-a-way-Traveler from Salem NH"
My Wife and I booked this hotel for a quick get-a-way to Vermont. We wanted to explore the Killington area and ride the Gondola and take in the scenery. We found that location and overall experience was good. The staff was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Our room was very clean. However, the room itself needs a little TLC-with some paint starting […] to chip in the bathroom and a number of stains on the ceiling from a leak that occured above. The breakfast buffett was good and we really enjoyed the opportunity to sit in the courtyard by the pool on a beautiful end of the Summer day. We were more than satisfied with the value that we received for what we paid and if we are in the area again stay at this hotel again. Traveler from Salem NH. . Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
We truly enjoyed our stay at The Inn of the 6 Mountains. It was on the way up the slope to Killington Mountain. The first room we were in was nice but didn't have the best view. The staff was able to switch us the next night to a corner room with 2 balconies and a beautiful view. (Ask for room 202). The room was clean, quaint and a nice size. The staff […] was friendly and very helpful. The included breakfast was mediocre, but adequate. We had a wonderful vacation - and we didn't even make use of the hot tub or pools! "Could Be a Lot Cleanrer"
The Inn was dingier that advertised and the rooms and hallways were a bit gross. The cleaning staff should have done a better job. To it's credit, the hotel had a nice free DVD selection - so you could watch movies every night. Great location.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Last minute choice"
Booked the room last minute. Great room and housekeeping didn't disappoint. Brought my son up for the day and the indoor pool was shut down, went to the outdoor pool and was a bit disappointed. We stayed here a couple of years ago and thought the place was very nice. The location is great and the common areas are good, but this time we found that the room was not a well kept as it was the previous time. The bathroom needed some work - the fawcet on the sink was loose, the toilet kept running and the tiles on the floor were cracked. One of […] the windows in the room wouldn't open and the quilt on the bed had some rips in it. The mattress was too hard for me, as I kept waking up with a sore back. "rude and run down."
Upon arriving to this hotel we were greeted with more attitude than i have had in a long time and for no reason other than the reservations we had made...which obviously is not our fault..had not come through. I could have lived with the "concierge" being sarcastic and rolling his eyes at everything if the hotel was up to snuff...it was not. Dilapidated […] is the word. The pool area had no towels on the second day. The cieling was falling apart from the humidity The pool itself needs a total over haul. The gym equipment is rusty. Our room had mold in the bathroom and my breakfast of stale raisin bran was less than stellar. Considering what we paid i expected more....heck...i would expect more from a road side motel. "Almost good enough"
Bed was comfortable, and room was clean enough, but the place seems worn. Refrigerator whined, two outlets were not secured well to the wall, chair has an adequate slip cover on it. Someone outside in the hall using wifi for hours. One too many ski parties in this place. Price was good though. Get what you pay for.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"could use a better maintenance person"
Its a good hotel and reasonably priced for the area. However one of our rooms had a clogged sink and they didn't fix it the first time we reported it. It took another day for them to fix it. The other room had a mini fridge which had its door sagging a bit. Another inconvenience was the lack of a microwave. The continental breakfast had more options […] than the usual including eggs and a waffle maker, but get there early if you want the eggs. The top floor rooms have skylights also. Stayed here for a wedding. Go to Long Trail and Harpoon Breweries, and Sugarbush cheese and maple farm! Wally's food was pretty decent, as was sugar and spice (awesome breakfast place with flavored pancakes)!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Loved the " Common Room" and balcony on the floor. We went in summertime, so there really wasn't much of a crowd. Disappointed that the restaurant was not open, being in the "off-season" but there were a number of restaurants right down the street so it was fine. I also liked that they had "special activities" available during the day and early evening […] ( yoga/ hiking/ etc). The rate was also especially good due to time of year, although because I booked through Expedia there was no discount for AAA. The view of the Six Mountains was awesome. "Not as good as my first visit"
I booked a last minute stay, to attend a family function. The first night, the air conditioner shut down. It wasn't overly hot, so I slept with the window open. The following day, I stopped at the desk to request someone reset the air. When I returned that night, the room was unbearably hot. No air, windows still open. I again asked for the air to be […] reset and the desk clerk came right up. It was reset, but took a full day to re-cool the room. Had I been spending more time in the room, I would have been very unhappy. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
