Ramada Houston Intercontinental Airport South - Houston

We stayed one night after a very long flight. Clark at the check in was very nice and helpful. overall look of the the hotel wasn't very promising.. but the room was very neat, good pillow choices and nice shower. room has a 40' LCD with excellent cable. Breakfast was basic but enough to get us going.

Traveling with a group for Houston Art Car Parade. Non-profit. Had to watch costs. Hotel was recently remodeled. Very clean and well maintained. Service was very good. Parking was in a gated area which was great relief to security concerns for our parade vehicles and equipment. Not the best area but not bad and the hotel is buffered by open land. Some […] with iphones/ipads had weak signal wifi connectivity issues but none with droids/PCs. Very close to Intercontinental Airport but unless outside you never hear landing and departing aircraft. Not convenient at all to downtown but during non-rush hour times we made it in about 20 minutes. I honestly cannot think of or say an unfavorable thing about the place...certainly have paid a lot more for less before. I WOULD recommend the place to a friend and/or stay there again. Read more

Remodeled hotel. Nice rooms and comfortable atmosphere. Only problem was my door wouldnt open all the way due to a slope in the floor on that side of the room. Overall, well worth the money and a nice place to stay!

Clean, recently updated, comfy beds and close to airport. The breakfast was good, the service was good and the location couldn't have been better for our early morning flight of Houston Intercontinental airport. The pool was cold and there is not a hot tub as shown in the pictures.

i was misinformed the broshure said had a jaccuzi and a sauna but when i checked into the hotel need to have the king room for a jaccuzi bath tub oops. shower did not have good water preasure and the air conditioning was controlled

Didn't like the fact that the doors to get in the hotel from the side and back entrance where broken and you could tell. Room was comfortable for the most part but I didn't feel to safe there.

Its right under the airport which gives it two dis advantages. One is the sound of the planes at the night and the other is the park and fly thing that they have which means not enough parking for the hotel guests. I stayed at Ramada hotel in Houston Tx on Feb 13/14 and I have the most horrible experience ever! My husband works for United Airlines and we were meeting in Houston Texas for his graduation party . I checked out at 11 am and I asked the arrogant, unprofessional and rude front desk person to pls call us a Taxi . We waited in the lobby for 40 min and […] the taxi never arrived. The shuftle driver happened to be there and witnessed this situation and he offered to give us a ride to Hyatt hotel for the graduation party that started at 12pm but the front desk guy did not let Adon give us a ride! Adon called his supervisor Veronica and she give her the authorization ! If it would not be for Adon, we could not make it to my husband graduation party . Our stay was fine for overnight. The only problem was that we were at the airport for over an hour before we were picked up. We were told the shuttle came every 1/2 hr., so after the first 1/2 hr. we called and the girl said he was there. He was not there and we waited another 40 min.

The hotel staff was great, very curteous and accommodating. Location near airport is convenient with free shuttle to airport. Room was clean and bedding comfortable. Maintenance of elevator and corridor leading to room were somewhat questionable but thankfully the room was clean and confortable.

Clean, comfortable room. Noisy, though, not a sound buffering door at all. The free breakfast was horrible for a healthy, conscious eater like me and out of coffee by 7:00 am. But the price was good and I'd stay again if I had to.

The hotel and staff were nice. We had an early international flight and the shuttle does not run until after 5am so we had to take a taxi. When arrived back in Houston it took around 25 -30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up and then we got to hold our luggage. It took a hour to get from landing to getting back to our car.

We travel a lot and seldom have had a worse experience in a hotel. We were on our way from the Middle East to Seattle and needed to overnight in Houston. We checked in late at night. Since our plane to Seattle didn't leave until after 5pm the next day, we inquired about a late checkout. We were told we could stay until 1pm. At 4am the next morning […] we got a wake up call which went to the wrong room. At 11am I was downstairs getting coffee and my wife was in the bathtub when the phone rang. It was the desk telling her we were 15 minutes late checking out. She told them we had until 1pm. They said that was wrong and we needed to get out.
