    This was without a doubt the worst stay I have ever had. Heavily intoxicated college students were up raising h*** all night. I called the front desk at 11:30pm, 1:00 am and 3:00 am and was told there were many other complaints as well and the group would be evicted. The only reason they stopped is because I went out there myself and threatened them […] with a visit to the police station. Imagine my surprise when I find them in the breakfast bar the next morning high fiving each other congratulating each other on a wild night. I am appalled by the lack of response by the management and will never stay there again. Read more

    Nice room, bathroom could have been cleaner as far as behind the door and the door itself. The afternoon front desk clerk was knowledgeable and nice, the morning one was nice but had no idea where anything was as far as surrounding attractions, things to do and shopping.Overall, we were satisfied.     This hotel was just what we needed to visit our son on Plebe Parent weekend. It's just across the river from the Naval Academy. I booked the room a month before our trip and it was one of the cheapest available that was close to the Academy. The room was clean. It had a refrigerator and a microwave which allowed us to have some nice snacks. We spent […] a lot of time in the room watching movies and allowing our son to catch up on much needed sleep. We stayed at another hotel a couple of months before that and paid more for a room that not as close to the Academy, and it did not have a microwave or a refrigerator.     If you are visiting Annapolis and/or the Naval Academy, this is a great inexpensive choice. My daughter was running in the half-marathon and they even allowed us a later check-out so she could come back and take a shower before we started our 3hr drive home. Definitely recommend.

    I thought my stay was not a great experience. The AC was not working in my room and I had an unpleasurable experience because of it. I did not get any of the well needed rest that I required due to the discomfort of my sleeping environment. This truly plays a large factor on how I rated my stay.     Wonderful little hotel! Our room was so nice! All new and modern. Missed not having a swimming pool or food within walking distance -- yet we were only a few miles away from one of the harbors, the boats and all the shore front shops. Would definitely pick this one again.
