The only area for consideration is that you must use the Valet parking, complimentary with Club floor customers. Otherwise a great place"

From the moment we arrived till the moment we left this hotel lived up to all of our expectations. We stayed in a club room and have been a bit spoiled by some club rooms worldwide so the amenities in the club room were sparse compared but not to diminish what was there I would say that what was there was delightful particularly the staff and that is always a bonus. The restaurants in the hotel(not including tha DUX) were great. I really enjoyed the diner food as it was available and plentiful when I was hungry not at set times. The room was a delight and we even had a balcony.... Don't use the TV internet, take your own laptop. I will next time..The TV internet KEPT freezing. All in all 5 star....loved the ducks!!!!

I absolutely love the Peabody Orlando. As soon as you drive up, the only word that comes to mind is luxurious. It is clean, beautiful, luxurious. My only complaint would be the noise. I just took a night to relax with my husband away from the kids and I hardly slept because of the noise. I could hear every time a toilet was flushed, every time somebody took a shower and every time a door was slammed from the surrounding rooms. It's like the walls are made of paper. I was woken up several times and at some points I was dreaming with running water because that's what I was actually hearing. Other than that, everything was perfect.

I have the same complaint as the others. The valet parking is terrible. They LOST our car one of the days and we had to wait an hour for them to find it. THEN on another occasion we needed the car and they pulled it up and then someone took it straight back to the valet area within 5 minutes because they thought it had been sitting a while not realizing it had just been pulled up for us resulting in another long wait. THEN they had the nerve to give us dirty looks when we did not tip them upon picking up the cars on those specific occasions. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. Room service was wonderful. Front desk staff was also fabulous. Once the parking situation is cleared up I'd be happy to stay again. I'm not certain I would bother again until that occurs though.

I've been to this hotel many times, and that's why I call it home. Much of the staff there has been working for the hotel for a few years. Which shows that they treat their employees well, which also means they treat their guest even better. Even though the hotel is going through some new construction and building in addition, they still manage to keep all their hospitality and charm. This is deftly not a Motel 6 experience. And if that is what you're used to this is deftly not the hotel for you. But if you're used to being remembered and treaty like a time honored friend in a five-star setting. Then this is the hotel for you.

The Peabody hotel isn't bad, but it was much less than we were expecting for the price and the rating. First of all, they had no on-site parking. This meant that every time we wanted to leave the hotel, we had to wait 15+ minutes for the valet. Even when we called down in advance as they had suggested, we had to wait. The room was very nice, but one of the things we look for in a hotel room and one of the reasons we chose a higher end hotel was a clean bathroom...something the Peabody was lacking. It wasn't necessarily dirty, but it was in need of updating. They do have a TV in the bathroom, but it's placement made it pretty worthless. Speaking of clean, the rooms were very clean, but the housekeeping staff didn't understand that some people like to sleep past 8am. It was around that time that we were woken up by what sounded like someone swirling marbles in a plastic trash can. On the subject of rude awakenings, in place of an alarm clock, they were kind enough to wake us with an air raid siren. Apparently, it didn't occur to the staff to notify the people that didn't check in that day that they were doing a fire drill. In my panicked state, I picked up my girlfriend, threw her over my shoulder, and ran down 3 flights of stairs along with many other confused guests in their pajamas. Staying at the Peabody was an adventure...

Also you have to have valet parking at the moment as the carpark is a building site which is $20 a night, but we moaned and only had to pay for two nights. The hotel is fabuolus very clean and shinny all the time, you have to see the duck parade it is so cute. Food in the hotel is good too and reasonably priced for a hotel as are the drinks. Just a short walk to many shops bar and restaurants up the cleaner nicer end of International Drive. I would stay at this hotel again without a doubt and i would recommend it to others.

There are too many hidden costs with this hotel. You pay your fee on Hotels.com and when you check in you sign a paper to pay $15.50 for incidentals. They tell you this was noted by Hotels.com ... but I did not see it anywhere. For $15.50 you get 2 small bottles of water, a shoe shine (that I did not use), wireless internet, use of the workout room, some trolley tickets (I did not use) and coffee in the AM. Went for coffee at 0832 on Saturday AM was told the complimentary coffee shuts down at 0830 but I was more than welcome to pay for a cup in the restaurant. No coffee maker in the room. When you check out you get to pay another $20.00 for valet parking ... this was the only option ... I asked at check in if I could park my own car ... was told no. Anyway the Hotel is nice ... just too many hidden costs.

They gave away our room and put us in a room with two queens. After entering our room and getting settled, another couple walked right in with a key from the front desk. Most suprising! We waited three hours for the manager to bring us new keys because ours were cancelled. We went to get something to eat at the hotel 24 hour restaurant and it was closed. Nothing went right at this hotel. The Peabody should be ashamed. They are not what they used to be.

It was extremely clean and the staff was exceptional, however we paid for the club level and were very disappointed with the staffing since they were rarely around and the availability of drinks and food was sporadic at best. Many times there was no milk/creamers available for the tea/coffee...desserts were supposed to be available between 8-9 pm and we went to the club room at 8:20pm and found one leftover cookie laying on an otherwise empty dish and nobody ever returned to make sure the dish was refilled! Overall, the hotel was extremely convenient, the staff was exceptional with the exception of the club level.
