Quality Inn Siloam Springs - Siloam Springs

It was OK. I had business less than a mile away and most of the other hotels in town were already booked. Def a two star though, not a 2.5 star hotel. It's older and more run down. Was still clean, and staff was friendly enough.

I awoke to a roach running across my pillow and the reply of the desk was, "well we spray regularly" and "are you sure it was a roach". The next day we had room service. I was really disappointed.

I went for a funeral ,I liked the hotel but thought it would be in condition for the price of it. I meant great condition.,for the price I payed but over all, I would proably stay again if I went back in the area,Staff was very nice and Coffe and breakfast were very good

numerous flies in room a problem--elec off in breakfast room so all appliances non operative -no coffee etc -inc tv & computer--noisy traffic continued past midnight

The room was very comfortable,the staff was friendly. there was a bug on the bathroom floor. and the carpet a little worn but all in all a good stay. I plan on staying again on next trip.

Close to the John Brown University, local eateries, and other stores, the hotel really fit the bill for my needs. The staff was helpful and courteous. Only complaint was that when I came back to my room at 2:30, it still had not been made up so no fresh towels.

We were disappointed in some of the circumstances we encountered in this hotel. First let me say it was very clean and the staff at the front desk was very nice. But upon reaching our room that we had to park a long way from , in fact on the opposite side of the building and haul our luggage upstairs. We found that the bathroom door would not close […] so privacy there was out. and the other thing that aggrivated us was the remote control for the TV did not work. These are minor things that should of been fixed with no problem but it seems that the management was not paying attention to. I am disappointed in our stat for the price we had to pay it was a rediculous amount for no more then we got and also the breakfast was horrible. the only thing good was the coffee and the yogart. This hotel was above satisfactory. In some areas, it was as good as expected, and in some areas it was better than expected. The room was clean and comfortable. The microwave and mini-fridge provided in the room are a plus, especially for longer trips. The price paid for the room was slightly more than what should be warranted but not completely outrageous. […] The continental breakfast was good, and there were more options than expected. We don't typically stay at this chain of hotels, but because we were pressed for time & it was closest to the relatives' house we were going to visit, we decided to give it a try. The staff was very helpful/friendly, the room was well taken care of & we even enjoyed the free continental breakfast area! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! :)
