Not happy. Issues with plumbing, cold room. When asked about ironing board, I was given one to carry to my room. Beds were not that comfortable, towels were stained (or dirty, not sure).

I found our room acceptable! Everything worked fine and it was clean, something I cannot say about a much more expensive Quality Inn room at Niagara Falls. Staff was friendly and helpful.

After reading the reviews already posted, we were prepared for the worst (had to take as it was the only thing available since we waited too long the book) but were surprised to find that it wasn't bad at all, considering the price paid. The clerk was very polite and personable.

The hotel did not look too tidy but I guess this is what you should expect when you save money. More importantly, the deadbolt lock was not working and the covers of the light fixtures in the bathroom were missing.

The Garmin did not recognize Endwell as a city because it is part of Town Union. We spent over 45 min. trying to find it. Definitely low budget; older structure, no hair dryer, not much room, but, surprisingly, the king bed was comfortable. Carpet had some sort of damp feel..slightly sticky feel.

i definately would not recomend motel first night we got there it was surrounded in cop cars and lots of activity continued. The room was discusting not only was there atleast a half inch of dust on everything under the bed i found numerous thing that was grose. We checked in late, past 10pm, and the room was extremely hot due to a faulty thermostat. We had to leave the door open for more than 30 minutes. The phone was not functional. i live out of hotels since my occupation requires me to be away from home for weeks at a time. this place has a fair and reasonable price for what's provided. daily service included beds, towels, and trash! most other hotels only include daily towels w/ a discounted weekly rate. i was very content and would stay there again.

I found the room to be stone cold and tattered.The wall paper was peeling off the walls. The kleenex box etc were not clean. I was ok with slippers and just needed a rest after a big drive. The pillows do not qualify as pillows. totally flat. Breakfast was ok and it was a room. next hotel stop was 75% improvement Front desk people very nice
