"Plugged tub and lack of heat."

Heat took until 3am for the room to get warm, Bathub was plugged and filled with hair, Breakfast area table were filthy. Room was nice and staff was okay. We just wanted a warm room and the ability to take a shower without the tub filling to the top. They unplugged it but then there was hair all in the tub and that was gross!

Not only was this hotel very clean, staff very accommodating, but it was within walking distance to an Applebee's, McDonalds', Target, Michael's, etc. I would definately recommend staying here, and I plan on staying here again when I travel to Buffalo.

The Hampton Inn is a nice hotel in a good neighborhood. It is close to several places to eat. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and every evening they provide food (pizza, wings, pasta, etc). Staff was extremely friendly. The hotel is also within walking distance of TGI Fridays, Starbucks, and Famous Dave's BBQ. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend to others.

This experience was really wonderful. We have stayed at the Milennium for the past 20 years and we decided to venture out and see what else was in the area. It exceeded expectations but for one thing...the double rooms are only full beds not queens. They were barely big enough for two people one being a child. The beds should be queen sized especially since in most cases they will hold two adults.

Hampton Inn has done a great job in Buffalo. The room was had new furniture, bedding and bath. The breakfast was well done to meet any dietary need. Great place to stay, right in town with many conveniences near the hotel.

Not far from the airport and very close to shopping/restaurants. The hotel appears to be well taken care of and the staff was very pleasant. The room was nice with plenty of space. They could do better with nicer pillows and down comforters, but overall it was just fine. I would recommend this hotel.

I have to admit I was concerned paying as much as I did for a one night stay. The staff and the hotel itself set my mind at ease on paying what I did... Well worth every penny!!

I highly recommend this motel for folks staying in the Buffalo Airport area. This was a very clean and well maintained hotel. The breakfasts in the morning was highly anticipated by all .. you could tell by the crowds ..

"No food"

We booked the hotel because they had a 24-hr shuttle to the airport. We needed that because the flight was early in the morning and we dropped the rental at the airport the day before. What we didn't realize, was that there was no restaurant at the hotel. We couldn't get room service or any food. We were a bit stuck for dinner. There is a BBQ restaurant in the parking lot, but we wanted to eat in the room because we have a young child.
