The Pan Pacific staff really took incredible care of me during my stay, and I greatly appreciate their service. The property itself is beautifully decorated, from the lobby to the guest rooms, and the location is very central for doing business in Singapore as well. Overall, one of my very best stays in Singapore. I will definitely return!

This hotel continues to be my favorite place to stay while working in Singapore. The staff continues to give above and beyond customer service, and the hotel appears to be making improvements and upgrades which it needs to do. Will head back for another trip in a few weeks to this hotel.

The only thing we didn't like was the lack of any storage space for our clothes and toiletries. Not one drawer, a tiny closet, and two small shelves in the bath. Otherwise very good. Great location - just a short stroll to Bugis street market, several nice department stores and Little India. Hop ON/Off bus just a short walk down Bencoolen street. Two major Temples across the street - one Hindu and one Buddhist. Lot's of food courts and restaurants nearby. Great inexpensive Thai restaurant across Street (Lemon). Nice area - we're two elderly women and felt safe on the streets even at night. The people were very helpful, friendly and spoke English well.

i did see many groups and even air company employees stay in this hotel. lobby is always crowded even night time. although located in Orchard road, it takes >10min walk to access Orchard subway station.

Centrally located within Orchard road, the hotel reception is very well laid out with staff to suit the atmosphere. Very well priced to match the amenities on offer. Unlike many other hotels in the near vacinity taxis are readilly available at the door.

Although there was a frustrating mix-up when we checked-in, Ryan took very good care of my 24 year old son and me so our three night stay at the Orchard Hotel was as nice as we expected. I travel a lot for business and pleasure. This hotel suprised me. Although it's a big hotel with 100% polite and effecient staff, it still managed to retain a warm and welcoming feeling to it. Very well laid out. Great location. two thumbs up.

At arriving room I booked was not available and had to wait an hour for an other room to be prepaired. Got upgraded and complimentary Wifi for 3 days so really satisfied after all ! All hotels should have free WiFi these days !!

We arrived at 6pm, and our room was not ready yet, despite the check in time at 2pm, we were asked to wait at the bar and were given voucher for welcome drink. We did not want to have the welcome drinks, we just […] wanted to have a rest after a long flight. We rang housekeeping for dental and shaver kits, were told they will be delivered promptly. The next day we rang reception and complained about the dental and shaver kits have not been delivered yet. We were told that the reception will follow this up. Until we check out the following day, those dental and shaver kits never reached us. We were quite dissapointed with the check in process and housekeeping stuff. We had some difficulties in the beginning(tv not working, Shower drain clogged, Bathroom light not turning off) but we changed rooms and they upgraded us to the executive pkg. Free breakfast and cocktails from 6-8 and free wifi was great. They made sure we were happy and in the end it was well worth the hassle. =)

Wow! This hotel was so nice. The lobby was very pretty. The room was very nice. Hotel staff was very courteous. The only problem we had with the place was it was a bit cold. Could be that Singapore was quite hot so that when you walk in the A/C feels even colder. But I would definitely recommend this place.
