Many problems. booked two rooms, one king and one with 2 doubles, but they ran out of the rooms with 2 double beds. Many problems with key cards and had to go to reception multiple times. Very noisy due to many groups staying at hotel and had to call reception to quiet groups of kids in hallways through the night. No free coffee in lobby in morning and in room coffee maker was broken.

My wife and I have stayed here twice and each time its fantastic! The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The restaurant is very nice and the food fresh and light. The bed is beyond belief! When we need to stay in the area there is no other choice but here!

Great pool (indoor and outdoor) and jacuzzi all were very clean. Good restaurant with very good service. Nice clean room, good size. All people working there were very nice.

My fiance and I checked in around 7:00pm. Check-in was quick and the hotel staff was very friendly. We went to the hotel restaurant for dinner and it was great! It definitely exceeded my expectations and was reasonably priced. The king sized bed was very comfortable, the room was clean with a flat screen tv. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is excellent, although they need to heat the indoor pool in the fall and winter. My son and I were very disappointed and only stayed in the pool for a few minutes. Regardless, it is a great hotel!

Checked in very late, even at midnight the Hotel front desk was very welcoming. The room was satisfying. Bed was plush soft and covers were nice and warm. The breakfast buffet was delicious and no complaints about the service, had the same attendant during our stay, very friendly. Waffle & omelet lady was very sweet. Only two issues: 1st, the ice machine on our floor was not working, had to go 1 floor down to get ice. 2nd, the room was too cold, temperature was set to 80 and AC was still turning on. Other than that the stay was very comfortable. Would definitely go back and stay for a weekend. Would most certainly recommend to a friend.

We had to rooms. My daughter's room was in part of the hotel that had not yet been renovated, and our room was in the newly renovated part. When my daughter saw the difference, she called and was moved immediately to the renovated portion. We loved the renovated rooms. I was just surprised that they would have put us in one renovated room and one unrenovated room. The difference was huge, and it had to be clear that we would compare notes. However, they moved my daughter immediately, and solved the problem. We walked along a running trail that the hotel had printed out and it was a relaxing morning walk. The renovated room was terrific for business/computer use. A very computer-friendly set up.

We were very pleased. In addition to everything else, my daughter lost her wallet while at the hotel, and staff were exceedingly helpful in getting it back to her intact, for which we are extremely grateful. I'd definitely go back again.

Room was nice, bed was comfortable and that is about all I can say to the good. Hotel was close to a highway and the sound came into the room all night. I thought a window was cracked open and got out of bed to check. I found that the windows could not be opened. I could hear the people in the next room use the bathroom. I hope he just had a lot of pressure to relieve and it was not the quality of the sound proofing. construction was going on and the valiant service staff could not keep up with the workmen tracking debris into the main aisles. We had the delux room with breakfast. Hotels.com doesn't sometimes include that in their on-line confirmation and I had to bring in my home-printed receipt to prove I was entitled to breakfast. Breakfast was lukewarm. Tasted good and great variety but not hot. Maybe the steam table was not working.

Service was fab - restaurant was great - rooms are being redone and the new rooms are great - bedding SO comfortable!! The bathrooms were a little small so if you are a large person could be uncomfortable. A little tricky to get to so make sure you have directions.

Great stop --- Great people --- Great service (true empathy). BUT - be ABSOLUTELY certain beforehand that you secure exact directions (with interim distances) when exiting the Merritt Parkway. Otherwise, you will experience more of the Merritt Parkway, surrounding environs and hyperventilation than you ever intended.

The beds were horrible, horrible, horrible at this hotel. Other than that, we were quite comfortable. My husband is in a wheelchair, and he was easily able to access everything.

My family needed a stopping place for an overnight on our way to Martha's Vineyard. We found the Trumbull Marriott staff to be friendly and professional, the room to be comfortable and the pools to be great fun. The fitness center and general upkeep of the hotel needed some improvement, but it was overall a satisfactory hotel with lots of amenities and good staff.

The setting of this hotel couldn't be more beautiful. It's right on a lake. The room was like staying at grandma's house. Very clean and comfortable, but no modern ammenities. The on-site restaurant was very good and all the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend it for a romantic getaway.

the room was fine,however the hotel was not equipped to handle large crowds. the cafe was unable to accomadate the number of patrons in a limited amount of time. many of us were there to attend graduation ceremonies at shu and the hotel was very slow at check in with only one line and two clerks to take in patrons. the checkin was quite long. in the morning not only were we unable to get into the cafe but the free coffee in the lobby was also unavailable due to the overflow of people in the cafe. i would think that a hotel as large as this would be able to accomadate this kind of a crowd especially when they knew in advance of this event. i was very disappointed since i have stayed at the marriot for other occasions in the past and everything was superior.

I wish I would have known ahead of time that the hotel did not have a liquor license. There was a buyout and the new owners did not have the license yet. The bar was open, but they had nothing to serve.
