On my very first day I was put in room 118. It was VERYsmall, but enough for me. No one had mentioned to me that it was right on top of a night club, with live music. The music doesn't stop until 1:00am, the noise of people talking, cab drivers... It was constant and extremely loud. The hotel is centrally located next to the train station and Tivoli. It is a bit old but clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful. The room is small, but with everything equipped and again, clean. It's not a Radisson Blu or Marriott, but you get what you pay for, in Copenhagen, after all.

Very old hotel that could use some carpet replacement. No Air conditioning so open windows are needed but then it's noisy. A mini fridge would make it a better stay.

Very clean, and convenient, right by the the Central Railway Station. But as it so close to the railway station, and on the main westerly avenue from Copenhagen, there is a great deal of traffic, and therefore noise. So if you want to have a peaceful nights sleep, PLEASE bring ear plugs!

I stayed only a few hours in the hotel since I had an early flight. The reception has only six chairs, so many guests arriving early like me sat on the floor. For one night, it was adequate. We picked the hottest day of the year (88F) to stay and the 4th floor room had sun in the morning making it stay hot until evening...no air. To get to the room from the lobby we had to go up a reasonably sized elevator one floor down and around a long hallway, down four steps and then take another very small elevator […] up four more floors. There is NO airconditioning and it's hot in summer. Opening windows is a problem as the hotel is in a noisy location (across from the Station) - traffic, noisy tourists. Zero room amenities. The hotel staff were friendly. The negative thing is that we had a room on the 5th floor. The elevator goes to the 5th floor but to get to our room, we had to go down about 6 stairs. The stairs are inconvenient when you have 2 large suitcases.

The room was nice but very small. The bathroom was very tiny and the toilet moved when sitting on it. It was close to the airport, but not close enough to walk with heavy luggage and the neighborhood was rough. The lady at the front desk was amazing and very helpful when checking in, but the wake-up call in the morning did not come.

This hotel is marketed as 4 stars, but is more like 2. Fantastic location and the staff was very nice but the rooms are run down, and the beds sinking and extremely uncomfortable even to sit on. The hallway reeked of stale cigarette smoke, even though every room on the floor was labeled as no smoking. Perhaps guests sneak into the hall to smoke? The […] room was small, which would have been fine if it was comfortable, but the duvet barely touched both sides of the bed when covering you. The furniture is scratched and old, and the carpet also old. We booked a triple room, but my friend didn't join us at the last minute, so they removed the third bed (I can't imagine where it would have fit) and threw in breakfast since the bill was prepaid. my only complaint is that we were told, on our room key card that breakfast was included. It was not. They agreed that it was their fault, and agreed to charging only 1/2 price. We would not have eaten there every morning if we did not think it was included.

Very easy to get to from the airport. Its about a 15 minute train ride w/ a 5 minute walk. Close to some very good restaruants and attractions like Tivoli Gardens. On the negative side, hotel is somewhat dated and lobby is really small. Not sure if my room had Air Conditioning or not.

This hotel was great in its location, right next to the Copenhagen Central Station. But I was really frustrated with other things. One is weak Wi-fi. I got cut off from internet once every five minutes and it took so long to load any web pages. Breakfast was not so great either. Not enough variety of food. One morning I would ask for dressing for salad […] and a waiter brought it to me, but on the next day, another waiter told me they don't offer any. When I took shower the first time, the whole bathroom floor was flooded because the drain pipe was clogged up and so I had to have them do the pipe cleaning. This was an ideal place to stay! Right next to the train station. I took the train to Sweden for the day. Within walking distances to all stores and beautiful buildings. A varity of sidewalk cafe's . Not a 5 star hotel, but clean and adequate in a great location. Dated construction and amenities (very squeaky floors under the carpet and tiny elevators), but perfectly fine...don't pay too much for this one. A few steps from the train station (best way to get into the city from the airport). Easy walking to many parts of town; good restaurants nearby. The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. the room was extremely small but the bed is worst. Never stay in any hotel to pay this much for kind of roll away bed with the size of coffin. Every time you moved , the bed top will move down kind of slip out of the bed so same as you. Nightmare of horror. !

Really a good deal for Copenhagen, but you can't be too picky about the room. The location is 5 minutes from the Central Rail station allowing for train access directly from the airport (saves $75/couple!) It is 5 minutes walk from Tivoli Gardens and maybe 7 minutes to the main square, passing the Tour/Info office on the way. Fifty feet away from the […] front of the hotel is bus line #26 taking you to both cruise ship ports (again saving $75/couple) with a 9 minute walk to the ship. The room itself is really small and well worn . . . but clean. The bathroom is old but had a good shower and plenty of hot water. Although there are two elevators, access to most rooms winds around and up and down maybe involving a short flight of 2 or four stairs. The breakfast buffet was complete but not overdone. The hotel's Italian restaurant looked excellent and was quite full for dinner. It was a little too pricey for us. We opted for a good, casual pizza/pasta place about 100 feet to the right as you left the hotel. Down the street the other way was a multitude of restaurants from which to choose, but again seemed a little steep for our tastes. And, as it was raining most of the time, we didn't spend much time making exact DK to Dollar conversions. As others have said. This is a good, tourist class hotel . . . and older.
