"love this place!"
Great boutique style hotel that I didn't even k n ow existed on the strip. The rooms are richly done in beautiful select pieces. No expenses speared. The lighting could have been a little better as there is not much natural lighting amd there was no clock in the room. I thought tbat was odd.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very good hotel"
This hotel is great esp if you plan to go to Drais, which we did. Hotel guests get fast access to the club as well. Room service and wifi were good as well. 2 things I think they need to fix: (1) outside traffic noises were too loud in the room so I had to use earplugs. They need thicker glass on the windows (2) room was too dark for me. They need to […] add extra lighting. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
This was my first time staying at The Cromwell and I was very impressed. The location is prime to the strip. The decor is very hip to a British flavor. Love it. The restaurant on property is Giada's and that was a pleasant surprise. Giada is actually there supervising the restaurant. The staff at this hotel is super friendly and the hotel room itself […] was lovely. Hardwood floors, strip view and a nice big flat screen tv appropriately distanced from the bed (not to far, not to close). Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Exceptional accommodation and customer service"
The property was elegant and luxurious. The room decor unique. But what stood out most was the customer service. We were escorted to our room by Aaron, and given a tour as we went. Once we arrived to the room, he showed us around and told us how we could use the accommodations and best features of the property. We were greeted by everyone we encountered. […] We dined at Giada and was treated to a visit by Giada herself. Thank you for a memorable anniversary trip. We'll be back in August. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Loved it! Finally a hot Vegas hotel that you don't need a map just to get to lobby. The rooms are a little small but super cute, and there is a lighted vanity away from the bathroom for us girls! Also a plus is that if your hotel guest you don't have a problem getting into the beach club or night clubs.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The rooms were absolutely stunning. I was in Vegas for work and had the pleasure of staying here. There's no cafe or restaurant open for breakfast but they have complimentary breakfast to make up for it. Had some issues with the front desk but was able to work through it.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I had such a great time and the service was so amazing. I was very well taken care of the only thing that I wish was different was that there were more restaurants in the hotel itself other then that it was amazing!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

발렛입구가 뒤쪽에 있던것과 카지노가 조금 작단것 빼고 호텔자체 서비스 수준은 매우 훌륭했음. 특히 직원들 누구하나랄것 없이 친절친절친절...최고였음.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Helt nytt hotell"
"First Class Hotel on every aspect"

My best friend and I stayed at The Cromwell for 4 nights (July 15-19). We both travel to Vegas many times every year with husbands and friends and are both Platinum Caesars reward members so we always stay at those hotels. This trip we had a comped stay at The Cromwell for all 4 nights and after reading some of the reviews we were a bit worried about our trip. We were very pleasantly surprised with our entire stay. Before I break down my review, let me first state that with my job, I travel every week all over the U.S. and I stay at some very nice hotels so I am not rating this hotel so high because I don't travel much. We are very picky and appreciate the nicer places. Check-in First let me tell you that our experience with check in was great. We were pleasantly greeted by the front desk and within 5 minutes we had our keys and were on our way to our room. We had read reviews about the loud music and since we both get up early, we requested a room that was away from the noise. We were accommodated with a room on the 5th floor close to the elevators and we were not bothered by the music even one night. I am an extremely light sleeper and just brought ear plugs and had no issue. Rooms As I stated, we were in a room on the 5th floor, 2 Queen beds. When we walked in, we agreed that yes, it is a bit dark but really nice and very well decorated. I loved the wood floors and at first I was worried about how clean they would keep them, but housekeeping did a great job keeping them clean. The bathroom was a bit smaller than we were used to but there is a vanity area outside the bathroom so we were able to both get ready at the same time in different areas. The shower is amazing. Rain shower from the ceiling and another shower head option with sprayer. There is a bench to give you a place to set shampoo and shave legs (or whatever else you do with a bench in a shower). The beds were amazing...very comfortable and I love they had dual plug ins on the lamps since we had 2 phones plugged in each night. Overall, I loved the rooms. Pool We went up to the pool the Tuesday night we checked in just to look and decide if we wanted to use the pool since they do have a food and beverage minimum most days. Although we were given reservations for loungers with no minimum for Wednesday and Thursday, we decided to use the pool at Caesars since we were told we could use that pool with no charge. NOTE ON THIS: If you want to use the pool at Caesars, you need to talk to the front desk first so they can call over there and provide you with room keys at Caesars front desk for access. We went to the pool without knowing this and were charged $20 each for access. When we got back to the Cromwell we went and talked to the front desk expecting we would be getting an argument for reimbursement and we found the exact opposite. They immediately got the Operations Manager (Anthony Rosa) and he came and talked to us and was the nicest guy....he offered to give us a credit on our bill for what we paid (and then some) and apologized and then arranged for our access the next 2 days. He went out of his way to accommodate us and you never see this in hotels in Vegas. First class staff all the way. Food We only had the breakfast in the morning which is complimentary to all guests...another thing you never find in Vegas. The breakfast is awesome...made to order omelets, oatmeal, bacon, really good and spicy sausage, pastries, all the toppings for oatmeal and juices. It was really good way to start the day. Also at end of each hallway, they have a coffee bar with free coffee (I don't drink coffee but my friend does and she said it was great coffee) in the nice paper cups with the sleeves and covers. Overall this is a great new addition to Vegas and I am already missing being there. I disagree with a lot of negative reviews on here. We had a great time and found every single employee goes out of their way to be nice, and take care of their guests. I think the word is really getting out about this gem because Saturday night the place was very busy and a lot of fun. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel - nice and quant. Hallways and rooms are a little dark, but overall an excellent place to stay. Love the coffee on each floor. Casino serves premium liquor, so that is a nice touch. We will be back!

Our overall experience was fantastic, however, we did find the house keeping services spotty. That said, we look forward to our return. The rooms are beautiful, the daily beverage service on each floor was very nice and the main floor staff have been the best I've had contact with.
"Great boutique hotel ruined by check in"
07/18/14 Magical03 Las Vegas, Nevada
We had a bad start to our stay at the Cromwell, since our room wasn't ready on time. We had reserved a luxury room with a king sized bed. We checked in at 5:30pm (check in begins at 4pm) and were told no king beds were available at that time. They also didn't know when one would be ready, but asked if we would we be ok with two queens. No, we reserved a king and that's what we wanted. We had dinner reservations, so we left our luggage at the front desk and they said they would call us when the room was ready. We had an amazing dinner at Giada's, but still no call. When we went back to the front desk at 8pm a room was still not ready! Again they asked if we would like two queen beds. My husband is 6'4; we reserved a king for a reason! Finally, one staff member said, 'just give them room 5**', which left us wondering how long THAT room had been available (it was what we reserved, not an upgrade). They offered late check out to us, but we're locals and my husband was working the next morning. No other compensation was offered even though our room was not available until over FOUR HOURS after the stated check in time!!! We slept well and really liked the room. It was small, but very fun: modern, chic decor, large TV, a view of Bally's, but also the strip and Bellagio fountains, and a surprise see through mirror that looks into the shower...don't share a room with someone if modesty is an issue! Complimentary champagne was delivered at night and the breakfast was high quality for also being complimentary. There was some construction starting at Bally's at 5:30am, but we were able to fall back to sleep. We never heard any club noise, but we stayed on a Wednesday night. Maybe the weekends are the problem. Also note that there is no self park at this time, even though there are signs for it. Valet only. At check out, we noticed a $28 'resort fee'. The staff member said that is standard in Vegas to cover extras such as the work out room, wifi, etc. He said we should have been notified about that at check in. Well check in was a problem, so that's not surprising. We were also asked which newspaper we would like in the morning and it was never delivered. Besides the front desk, all other staff were very courteous and helpful. This hotel could be exceptional, but they have a serious problem with housekeeping coordination and some staff members. Too bad Giada doesn't manage the hotel; her restaurant service was impeccable.
"Some very good and some very bad"
07/17/14 tamu1956 Houston, Texas
To start there are a lot of good things to say, the staff in both the hotel and casino were friendly, helpful and very professional. Each floor has drink service (coffee, infused water, tea, etc.) which is a very nice touch. Every morning we had complementary breakfast including an omelet station. The rooms are small but well appointed in a chic "bordello" style with the largest tv (55") I've ever had in a hotel room. And for those that like the strip, there is no better location. Now for the bad, and it significantly over-rides everything else.......... If you are lucky you get a view of the strip, if not, you see a giant beige wall and some dumpsters (we certainly were not lucky at least with the room). There isn't a pool per se but a club built around a pool. It's free to get in if you are a hotel guest but you can't sit anywhere (except on the side of the pool) unless you pay. The music which starts around 11:30 AM and continues until around 4:00 AM, is loud and kept us up at night. We were on the 6th floor and ran into someone staying on the 5th and asked him if he heard and he responded with "boom boom boom boom-boom"...... There are other minor issues........ as I said earlier a great tv but it only gets about 10 channels (I know...... nobody comes to LV to watch TV......) and they asked what newspaper we wanted delivered but never got one (I know........ nobody comes to LV to read the paper........) So if you are coming to party either at Drais or on the strip all night, there isn't a better place to be and if not, I would strongly suggest staying away.
"Very disappointing stay for a gambler"
07/16/14 southernbelle203 North Carolina
The hotel and casino are not set up for serious gamblers. If a nightclub is all you need, it is fine. But if you want to gamble and experience good service, choose elsewhere. The only thing that is top rate is Giada.
"Expected more from this new boutique hotel"

We stayed at Cromwell during the first month it opened. At checkin, we were disappointed to learn we couldn't dine at GIADA restaurant because it was fully booked during our stay. No space had to held for hotel guests. We were given a room which was small, dark and overlooked the loading dock of the Flamingo Hotel despite the fact the hotel was only 19% occupied. (confirmed by front desk staff) Not until our third and last night, after numerous requests every day, were we moved to a nicer room. The pool area was extremely hot and small. To get any shade would cost $100-500 per day for a lounge and umbrella or cabana. The loud techno music blared and there was no quiet place to rest. So we opted to not use the pool. The rooms are small and dark but very nicely appointed. Mattress is comfie and linens soft. Complementary breakfast buffet was excellent. Upon walking thru some of the major hotels nearby, we realized it was much nicer to be at this smaller boutique hotel. Perhaps they'll work out some of the kinks in developing better customer service as time passes.
"Great if you love to party"

Loud music from club heard on all floors so if you love to party great hotel. If not then stay somewhere else. The rooms and the ambiance was great. Restraints were fantastic and not overly priced like most Vegas restaurants.
"My new favorite hotel in Las Vegas by far"
07/14/14 MatthewDM San Diego
It would be a huge understatement to say that my girlfriend and I absolutely loved this hotel. We went for my birthday/our anniversary. Here are the things I loved the most: 1. The rooms!!! They are super cool! Harwood floors, ridiculously comfy bed, very cool furniture and art, awesome bathroom! Bathroom is the best I have seen in Las Vegas. 2. The staff: Every single staff member we had contact with was over the top helpful/nice/professional. Some examples: On our first night, we struck up a conversation with a staff member who was restocking the rooms. He asked us if we wanted some water in our room for when we got back. We said yes, thanked him and talked for a little bit. When we got back there was three Fiji water bottles along with a a complimentary bottle of champagne. Also on the first night, we realized we left both of our toothbrushes in the car we called and literally within 5 minutes they had someone give us a toothbrush, mouthwash and floss (the speediness of the staff was a constant... this is probably due to the fact there is less than 200 rooms). We went to the Canelo Alvarez fight but once again left the tickets in the car. The valet saw that I was getting anxious about missing some of the under cards so he sprinted to my car and returned with the tickets, he was literally dripping in sweat. Also, I was an idiot and left my Ipad in our room. I called them right when I found out and they are mailing it to me free of charge. These are just a few random examples. Every single staff member was extremely nice. 3. Free breakfast!! This isn't an ordinary complimentary breakfast. This food is VERY delicious especially the omelet station. I also really liked the yogurt station with all the different kinds of sugar, fruits, and figs. The bacon and sausage was also very tasty. 4. Beach club. Both my girlfriend and I are not big into clubs but their beach club was an exception. The views are amazing especially during Bellagio's fountain show. The DJ that was playing was awesome and we had a blast. A big plus was that as hotel guest we didn't have to pay or wait in the long line. 5. Hotel size. I love that this hotel is smaller. It has a more intimate feel and I feel there is way more attention to detail. Also, it doesn't take forever to get from one point of the hotel to the other. Over all, the hotel was perfect for our romantic/fun weekend. We Loved everything from the decor to the food, to the staff. I don't see me staying anywhere else while staying in Las Vegas.
"Exceeded my expectations"

This hotel was a delightful surprise. All the staff was very friendly. Rooms are very luxurious and offer amenities other hotels don't. Me and my friends liked the fact that it was free to get into Drais since we were staying in the hotel
