It was a good option for us. Very good located, very close to Burriana Street (lost of good restaurants there), excellent breakfast included in the rate. Just a little problem that the wireless signal reached just until the door of our room. However everything was really good with this hotel.

Pretty good breakfast buffet. Staff more than helpful and engaging. Vey pet accommodating. I forgot my dog's water bowl. The maid had one brought up for me. Small market next door. Pizzeria and cafes on the same block. Parking in garage across the street for smaller sedans. Rough neighborhood.

All good with the hotel just few things to take into considerations: 1. Internet connection was very-very slow. It worked but to play vids on youtube or whatever was impossible. Also when I connected with the cable in the room. But for basic use it was very good. 2. Bed is OK. Not great. Not awful. Got two single beds for a single stay tho... 3. Reception man sent me to eat a dinner to a place that was closed even when I asked if it's open (it was Sunday night when some places are closed in Spain). He didn't check. Said it should be open. It wasn't. Luckily there were other places around open. I landed on a good spot eventually but.... 4. Asked for a late check out of 2 hours and they wanted to charge me 5 euros per an extra hour. I gave up. But... other than that... all was good. Great location for where I needed, which is not the city center. Taxi to the center costs about 6-7 euros during the day. A bit more at night. If you need the center this isn't your place.

Nous avons trouvé que l'hôtel était satisfaisant pour y séjourner un week-end. La raison principale est l'éloignement du centre ville historique et de la cité des sciences. Toutefois, il reste bien desservi par les transports en commun (métro, car). Le quartier étant peu touristique nous avons connu de grandes difficultés pour nous restaurer convenablement […] notamment le soir. En ce qui concerne le personnel de l'hôtel, certaines personnes ont été très sympathiques et d'autres beaucoup moins. Pour les infrastructures de détente, la piscine est trop petite au vu de la taille de l'établissement tout comme la salle de sport dont la climatisation ne fonctionnait malheureusement pas. "Walking distance to the center"
Conveniently located, even though not in the heart of the town. The subway is near, but it is really not needed, as the town center is only a 20-minute walk away (and the subway does not circulate that often). Beaches are further away, taking more than half an hour to reach (by tram, a station is in a walking distance). If you plan to do a lot of beaching, […] you might want to consider other hotels. Shopping possibilities are great, there is El Corte Ingles two blocks away and as said, the center is very near. Great breakfast, definitely worth its price (consider taking the "Weekend extender"-promotion, if planning to have the breakfast). Similarly, you might want to try out the (apparently weekly changing) dinnermenu, with a great price-value -combination. "Slechte service!"
Eerste indrukken zijn erg belangrijk. De ontvangst in dit hotel was ver beneden de maat en onvriendelijk. Iedereen begrijpt dat men bij een vroege aankomst waarschijnlijk niet in z'n kamer kan maar men kan de gast dan nog wel welkom heten, registeren en vragen of men de bagage kan opslaan. De welkom was, nee, je kunt niet inchecken, kom na 12:00 maar […] terug! Onze kamer was niet heel schoon, in de badkamer lag achter het toilet nog een papiertje. De kamers waren alles behalve geluiddicht! Persoonlijk miste ik koffie/thee faciliteiten in de kamer. Verder was er geen service in de middaguren op het dakterras. Geen probleem maar zorg dan wel dat de frisdranken machine op die verdieping werkt. Valt allemaal erg tegen voor een NH hotel. Estuvo bien, precio calidad acorde. Habitaciones espaciosas, baños tambien. Personal amable. Se encuentra relativamente cerca del casco antiguo. Con un codigo de acceso tienes wi fi en el lobby pero si subes a la habitacion sigue andando...solo por 30 minutos por dìa..poco podrìan poner mas tiempo. El Hotel esta realmente bien. Ubicado a 15 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad. Tiene las pegas de que la mayoria del aparcamiento es zona azul, con el problema añadido de los "gorrillas" que te piden dinero al aparcar el coche. La calle no es de la mejores de valencia, gente trapicheando con droga y la policia pidiendo documentacion y registrando […] a gente sospechosa. Ese es el punto mas negativo sin duda. Though we stayed for only 1 night we had a very nice experience at the hotel. The staff was very helpful from the start. Being vegetarians though we had a problem at the restaurant for dinner, but the waitress in charge was very helpful and got us special veg meal. Das Hotel liegt für eine Städtetour ideal, man kann zu Fuss in die Altstadt laufen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich und obwohl es an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt, war es sehr ruhig. Das Hotel ist so lala. Wir mußten einmal das Zimmer wechseln, da dort ein permanent sehr unangenehmer Geruch war. Im 2. Zimmer hatten wir dann eine Invasion von Ameisen. Die Betten sind o.k.
