So I checked in on a weeknight everything was super nice, didn't know it cost 22-26$ a night to park until I received a bill under my door for 79$. They also charged my car 200$ pending charge without telling me..or maybe they did I just couldn't tell because they lady at the desk had such a thick accent I couldn't understand her. Then, when I asked the man to get my car charger out of my car and bring it up to my door-he never showed up. The next day, the lady claimed my boyfriend & I never told him our room number and my keychain has my last name sewn into it (I'm Army). I was a little frustrated, especially after how much I had already paid and there isn't even free internet so I couldn't even submit my schoolwork unless I wanted to pay 13$. The location was GREAT, you can walk to the JFK memorial, aquarium, restaurants, ext. The hotel overall is really really nice you get what you pay for, the service is OK. The day after I checked out, I called the hotel and explained to them what happened and they credited my account $28.15 for parking charges. Thanks!!!!!

the only reason I gave it a 4 in comfort was that the Sheraton in Philadelphia has much better pillows. Room was very large and clean. Service was great. We even brought our dogs (additional cost but had already asked before we arrived)

I was shocked to see that the hotel charges for wi-fi. Even low-end hotels offer free wi-fi. The bar off the lobby looked lovely, and I was hungry when I arrived at 7 pm. There were several middle aged business people in the bar on a Monday. I would have had my dinner there, but the night-club style music was blasting at levels that made it difficult to even hear in the lobby, much less hear in the bar. Also, my pillow smelled like body odor. For a high-end hotel, these were all disappointments.

Great hotel. Location is convenient to several downtown events centers and points of interest (Museums, symphony hall, etc.). Hotel is clean. Staff are very accommodating and friendly.

Staff was amazing! The shuttle driver was super nice felt like a tour of uptown dallas. The guys inside helping were young and cool. The staff at hotel restaurant were super nice! The rooms were okay, the beds for a double i felt were small. The terrace level is beautiful! My husband said he'd like to come back in summer just for the terrace level. I paid $175 a deal but originally its $399 I wouldn't pay that for this hotel unless your companyn is paying for the stay. This was a family mini trip to get away for spring break and go to hard rock cafe, deep ellum and perot museum, hotel location wqs perfect.

My wife and I came in for a one night stay for the Miranda Lambert concert. We picked this hotel because it was close to the American Airline Center. The valet was very attentive, lady checking us in was very friendly too! Room was very clean & bed was very comfy! We will be back in the near future to stay at this hotel!

Nice hotel right in downtown. The only downside is the walls are VERY thin and you can hear other rooms. The bed is very comfortable and the room was nice and clean.

Stayed for a birthday weekend. The hotel was clean, the customer service was awesome and the food was great. We didn't visit the bar but it was always full and lively. The valet was quick even though they had 2 very large events going on and all attendants were nice and professional. The hotel was in proximity of great bars as well as the American Airlines Center where we went to a game. Amazing stay!

We were in town for a few days seeing some sites and family. The hotel service was very warm and friendly. The man at the concierge desk was great, and got us a reservation at a fabulous restaurant near the hotel. The only complaint I had was about the condition of the room. There was a large spot on the floor that looked like someone had spilled a cup of clear glue, that had then hardened on the floor. The second, was that our toilet leaked a bit, which did no harm, but for the price of the room, was a bit frustrating. Back to the good stuff. Location was great. It was a fun area to explore by foot. Valet employees were also wonderful! Overall I was defiantly stay here again.

people and all services were excelent. We were treated like special quests by all personel, from room service to car parking attendences . We felt really like everyone cared.Never beeb in a hotel with so much caring personel. Room was wonderful and very clean, enough soap, shampoo etc. Coffee in room was a small Koerig, lovely lady explained working and gave extra coffee, creamers etc since we were with 3 adults in room. We would love to stay there again!!!!

We had a lovely suite that offered plenty of room. We booked with hotels.com and got a great rate. We were there for a wedding a lot of others were staying there. We took advantage of the 24 room service and the great little bar in the lobby.

The hotel was very disappointing in its level of maintenance. Guest room furnishings are mismatched, ballrooms were filthy and had draperies covered in dust and dirt, the trim in the bathroom was warped and expanded due to moisture contact. Overall the the experience was lackluster and I would never pay that amount for a stay like that again. Fortunately my company footed the bill, otherwise I would be asking for compensation.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. In general everyone was super friendly. All the valet workers were so helpful and friendly. My only complaint has to do with checkout - my husband was on business and had a meeting pop up last minute and the front desk wouldn't allow a late checkout. It was like they had zero flexibility. I would have expected them to be a little more hospitable with checkout.

This was just a spur of the moment get away for the evening, for the wife and I . WE absolutely loved our brief stay. Wish it could have lasted a week!! We have never had anything like that before , valet,room service, we were treated like stars!!

Routine stay, one night, but check in was very accommodating, allowing me to check in and have access to my room 3 hours early, so I could change clothes for a meeting. Very helpful with directions for my meetings. Dinner in the ground floor bar and restaurant had excellent service, drinks, and southeastern Tex-Mex appetizers. Room was clean and large. Check out was no hassle and friendly.

Hotel is well maintained, very friendly staff. We had a little trouble getting our room cool enough for our liking, but no real problems. They were also on a shuttle route to the Dallas Convention Center, that was extremely handy. The hotel is also located within walking distance of some really good places to eat, if you wanted to leave the hotel proper. We had an enjoyable stay.

1. I didn't get the room I reserved "because you used expedia." They said "that type of room wasn't available." 2. Waaaaay too expensive for an average room. 3. Difficult location to reach. Roads next to hotel blocked due to construction. 4. Valet parking only. Expensive. 5. Hotel restaurant VERY expensive. 6. 4 ppl in the room yet only 3 washcloths provided. 7. Don't use anything they provide in the room or it will cost extra.
