We really enjoyed the size of the hotel room. We went with our 9 year old son so having a larger room was great. Also they had a drive in movie theme the night we were there and out by the pool they were showing a kids movie on a projection screen. We thought that was great and really unique.

The actual hotel was maintained very nicely. The workout room is great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We were missing our TV remote and the staff was more than happy to bring a new one right away. We did not have great service in the hotel's restaurant, the waitress laughed when we asked for coffee which we thought was strange. She also didn't ask what kind of toast my boyfriend would like with his breakfast and didn't do a check back with us. The potatoes that came with breakfast were dry and over cooked. We did find that the service in the bar was great as well as the bar food. The pool was very run down but how often in Seattle are you able to sit by the pool... Overall it was a great stay and I would stay there again.

Our family wanted to be able to enjoy an outdoor pool on the 4th of July because the temperature was going to be in the high 80's but we did not want to be too far away from home. We live in Seattle so we decided to take a bridge trip to Bellevue. I was familiar with this hotel when it was the Red Lion but it has been remodeled and upgraded and looks fabulous. The pool was perfect, the service wonderful, the food great!! It was one of the best 4th of July's we ever spent.

This was our first time staying overnight in the Seattle area. We liked it better in Bellevue as it was less hectic than Seattle, but still only 10 minutes away from all the downtown attractions. The Hilton Bellevue was immaculate. We upgraded to the Executive level (only $20 more) and had a nice breakfast and superb service. All staff was friendly, the pool was area was well-maintained and the food was great. We'll stay there again.

We stayed during a big snowstorm, and the power went out. The maids finished cleaning the bathroom in the pitch dark. We went to the lobby, where there was emergency lighting, and the staff provided glow lights to all the guests, which my daughter loved, as well as hot chocolate and tea. They kept us informed on the storm, condition of the streets, and reports from the power company. We were very impressed with the entire hotel, and the kind and professional staff.

The Bellevue Hilton is a nice hotel in a great location. Our trip included visitng Downtown Seattle as well as Bellevue Square Mall, so this hotel was the perfect location for us. The room we stayed in included a free breakfast each morning, which was excellent. We really enjoyed the free breakfast and the free parking to stay at the hotel, which saved us money. We had 5 in our party and the room was plenty big to hold us all. We had a roll-away brought in for the 5th person. Overall it was a good experience and nice hotel.

The service at this hotel is rubbish. It takes an act of congress to get your car valeted. Front desk staff to busy gossiping to help with checking in. Assistance with your luggage when checking in and out is as difficult as getting your car valeted. Had a technical issue with our room took many phone calls and eight hours before a staff member came to room resolve the issue. Was told repeatedly that staff is on their way. Wrong orders were sent to room when using room service. This was truly a disappointing hotel stay.

We felt the hotel was quiet and in a lovely neighborhood with scenic things to do. The food was good and reasonably priced at the hotel. Parking was easy and free. The hotel was about 45 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from Seattle. They had a direct airline computer which I could review my flight and print off the boarding passes which decreased my airline time. The only draw back to our room was there was no safe in the room. This necessitated me carrying my passports and other valubles such as jewlry. I would stay here again.

The rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, but there were many cleanliness issues with this hotel. We asked to move out of the first room when we noted the invasion of ants, large mosquitoes, and unidentifiable large flying insects. They filled the bathtub in the morning. The staff said the previous guest reported that the room was dirty, but the hotel didn't do a good job of figuring out the problem. The next room we were moved to had no insects, but the carpet had not been vacuumed, and there was water with floaties left in the coffee maker. Obviously management is not paying attention!
