"Warmly welcomed"
My granddaughters and I like to take a special "night out" when I visit them in Seattle--they are 2 and 4 years old--and we chose the Bellevue because it advertised a special rate that suited us for our getaway. Everyone at the hotel treated us so warmly and the room was truly comfortable. The staff at the restaurant was especially helpful, showing […] so much patient with the antics of small children. The breakfast buffet was spectacular and my little girls ate free. When i asked them what their favorite part of the experience was, they said "breakfast!" They also loved the clear-walled elevators. The hotel was really lovely. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Perfect"
This hotel was perfect for my business trip. The Tully's coffee bar was wonderful in the morning. The gym was very clean and had plenty of things to do. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were wonderful after a long day. The bar was beautiful and filled with well dressed and I treating people. I loved it!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice Rooms, Very accomidating staff"
This hotel would get a 5 in all areas except for a couple little quirks. The rooms are nice, each with a sliding glass door and a private balcony, the restaurant has great food at reasonable prices. The building itself looks slightly dated, but they keep the lobby and hallways impeccably clean, location is great. I Love that they have a shuttle that […] will take you downtown and pick you up, big perk for me! The one thing that bugged me is that we called the front desk to as if housekeeping could come in while we stepped out for breakfast and they said housekeeping does't start work until 10 on Sundays, then I open the door to leave and they are right across the hall! We just asked housekeeper herself and she was kind enough to come in right away. The prior weekend, housekeeping showed up at 3PM and just walked in the room while I was half dressed without knocking, eventhough I had asked the front desk to have them come in the morning. If you want housekeeping to come at certain time, find the housekeepers themselves and just ask, they are very friendly, but front desk has no idea where they are or what they are doing. "Overnight needed near Seattle"
Comfortable, close to restaurants and malls. Try Blazing Bagels for a yummy steamed bagel not far from the hotel - the hotel breakfasts are expensive and not worth the cost.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"fancy lobby and restaraunt"
The lobby, restaraunt and coffee bar/bar is beautiful, nothing but glass 8 floors up, with elevators that are glass and are outside of the hallway. The rooms however are fine, but boring just regular motel room. So if you don't spend much time in your room its great, which we didn't.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Excellent stay"
We loved our stay! Wish we had more time as there was so much to do in Seattle, so our time was very limited. We had a great evening at the hotel resting up for our trip on to Canada.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Disappointing for a Hilton"
Overall, we were disappointed with this Hilton property: 1. Registration desk staff - unhelpful/lazy. 2. Towels were not changed in our room, even though we called and requested fresh towels. 3. Empty kleenex box in our room all three days of our stay. 4. Sliding glass doors needed cleaning. 5. Hotel decor seemed dated.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice"
Overall pleasent experience. Would go there again if booked for same or less price. Great fresh flavored water selection in the lobby!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel is very old and dirty. The bed is so soft and springs are old. King size bed spring are so bad one person move the other person couldn't sleep. This is the sign of very old and cheap matress. I regread staying there. Coun't sleep not to mention about next to freeway. Stay in other cheaper hotel you will not miss a thing.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Wonderful hotel"
The room was very nice as were the hotel amenities. The neighborhood was peaceful and the staff was friendly. It's a little expensive for what it was, but I still enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is about an hour away from downtown Seattle during high traffic time, but about 15 minutes driving at other times.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Nice clean room with lots of space. We had four people in one double room and it worked fine. Bathroom was a bit small though - with no second sink. We also had to constantly ask for additional towels, because maid service only put two towels in our room - with four people. Also, no breakfast...Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not fancy but nice"
The pool and hot tub are outside and don't open until 10 am so we didn't get to go swimming. The price was decent for the area. One mile walk to restaurants and entertainment.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Worst Service I've Ever Experienced"
For this being a Hilton, I was expecting a great stay. However, the staff was extremely rude when we arrived for check-in. Not only did they not have a room ready for us when promised, they also would not make eye contact with us which was more than frustrating. Once we finally got into our room, it seemed very old and needed some serious updating. […] The bathroom was dirty (there were hairs that weren't ours on the floor and in the shower). There was a stain on our sheets. We alerted management of these two things, and he said he'd have housekeeping clean the room when they came in to clean the next day. Well, after the next day's cleaning, the stained sheets were still there, and the hairs were still in the shower! We stayed for 3 nights, and they didn't clean the bathroom until the 3rd day when we called and complained about the cleanliness again. The sheets were never changed. They just made the bed every day. There were other factors that bothered us, but I'm sure they would not have bothered us as much had we not had such a terrible experience at check-in...the mattresses were so uncomfortable that my husband slept on the floor a couple of nights. The hair dryer didn't work. The coffee maker didn't always work. There were only two towels in a room that sleeps 4 people. They didn't offer a continental breakfast. Overall, it was just a terrible experience. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great staff!"
Everything was fine. It would have been nice if there was a fridge in the room. Otherwise, great service! There were no towels for the pool area so I asked the first staff person I could find and she went above and beyond to get the towels. She even brought my wife and me towels to the pool when we had given up on waiting for them. I don't think it […] was her job specifically to handle to pool issues. "Great experience"
Great hotel. I would highly recommend it. The only thing that was on the downside is this. It was very warm in the area for the weekend and the first night we were there, my wife tried to turn on the air conditioner. It sounded like it kicked on but the tempature in the room didn't get any lower than 72 degrees. She even set it for a comfortable 65 […] degrees. The next morning, we went to the front desk and asked to get a taxi called for us and they did and we told them about the air conditionor. They said that they would have maintaince go up and take a look. Well, upon arrival back at our room around 7 p.m. Nothing had been done with the A/C. We just opened up the big sliding glass door to get some cool air in there and kicked back and ordered room service and watched acouple movies. Upon check out, we told the front desk about the situation and they did something that I wasn't expecting. They didn't charge us for both movies for our troubles. The front desk was very helpful and very nice. I would go back there anytime. Friendly staff, very cozy rooms. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Almost perfect"
I was supposed to have a hotel room in downtown Seattle during peak summer season, but the reservation got messed up, so I scrambled for a room at the last minute. Found this online and was glad to have it though it's 10 minutes from downtown. Room was clean, decor nice, very comfortable. It's not a five-star place, but it doesn't have a five-star price […] either. My only complaint is regarding the breakfast served when I was there. It was $20 for the breakfast buffet, but the selection was minimal on the day I was there. Plan to have breakfast elsewhere and you'll be set to go. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again - I'd simply plan to eat elsewhere. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Peaceful Bellevue Getaway"
We had gone to the Bellevue Hilton to celebrate our anniversary. When I booked it I decided to go for the Executive Suite since breakfast was included. For the difference in price it was worth it. When we got there, we were taken care of quickly. We thought it was cool that you could use your room key in the elevator and it would automatically take […] you to your floor (very quickly as well). This was the first of many things that impressed us. Our room was clean a very spacious. In the afternoon we were served appetizers (available from 5 - 8) in the floor lobby. There were lots of choices. We sat looking over the pool several floors below. It was a calming atmosphere. In the morning we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. Again, their were plenty of choices on the buffet. Both the Wall Street Journal and Seattle Times were available for us to read as we ate a peaceful breakfast. Check out was a breeze as we left to enjoy downtown Seattle for the day. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"good for dog but expensive"
The hotel was very posh. The dog rooms on the 1st floor have sliding doors that open onto the dog-exercise area. Bags were stocked in the dog walking area which is grass and a path along a creek. There is access to huge nature park with miles of trails two blocks away at Mercer Slough where dogs are welcome onleash and there is an off leash dog park […] a few minutes drive at the Medina Park. The on-site restaurant had excellent salads. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Front Desk Not all that helpful when asking simple questions about the area. Hotel is just off the interstate and if one would get on that side of the hotel I would think the interstate traffic would be heard from ones room.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Disappointed"
We stayed here hoping to get a fun relaxing night away, and were quite disappointed. The only perk for us was the pool, which was nice to enjoy on a sunny weekend. Overall, the entire hotel is very outdated. The t.v was small and took forever to switch channels, the room wasn't as it seemed in the pictures and had poor views. It was clean for being […] so old, which was nice, but definitely not what we were expecting. Also, very expensive room service, no continental breakfast, and water is $5/bottle. Kind of ridiculous. "Big, Clean Rooms!"
Hilton has done a nice job of updating this 80's style hotel. Rooms are very clean and large with recent decor updates. Staff is very pleasant. Mattresses are not super comfortable, but the price is excellent and so is the location.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice accommodations"
Overall the stay was nice. The room was clean and roomy. The air conditioner was set automatically so we did get overly warm at night and was unable to lower room temperature. The staff were nice and help. I would stay again and I am usually quite picky!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good choice for cheaper Seattle stay"
Really enjoyed Hilton Bellevue and it was an economical choice to staying in Seattle proper. The Bellevue area is about a 20min taxi ride to the Seattle center/visit areas, but you save a large amount by staying here and the Bellevue area around the hotel is very nice itself. A quick 5-10 min walk brings you to great shops and restaurants in Belleville, […] thus the location turned out great as you had some non-city, cheaper options for entertainment. The hotel/rooms were clean and comfortable and the frond desk staff was very helpful with our plans for the couple of days were were there. I he pool looked great, but we did not have time to use it.
