overall the stay was pleasant. the check-in was easy and al lready for us when we got there. I did not at all like having to pay to park at the hotel. I was surprised that there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby. The furnishings were nice, but I've stayed at many less expensive hotels that had better perks (coffee, continental breakfast, refrigerators […] in room). Will be looking elsewhere next time. There are more important things than marble countertops and people wearing suits when you check-in. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Squeaky Bed Costs Plenty"
Outrageous price to pay for a bed that was incredibly squeaky. Old hotel - needs updating. They make you pay for parking - why? There aren't businesses next to them that would steal their spots. I won't go back.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel at a great Expedia price"
Very friendly staff, nice, quiet, clean and comfortable rooms. Nice pool and spa. Hotel restaurant a little pricey but made a great breakfast (ordered from the menu rather than buffet - try the salmon and bagel - fantastic!).Genuine Expedia guest review
The front desk had two person working. But manage to check me in promptly. The room i stay in is old but clean and quiet.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Highly recommended hotel!"
6 total travelers checked in at 3:30. It was nice that they stuck us in 2 rooms next to each other so we could leave the door between us open. The room itself was huge, always a plus with all women. The windows were gigantic (perfect for the sunny weather we have been having). The beds were so comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. There is a Tully's […] in the lobby which is always a plus. Check in and out was easy (except they lost one of my reservations). Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Nice, but get an upper level room"
Grabbed this last minute for a great rate. The property is central to Bellevue, but not so much to Seattle. The hotel is clearly from the mid to late 70's, though they have done quite a bit of updating. I thought the "spacepod" elevators were particularly cool. The service was friendly, but we didn't realize that the lobby is on the third floor and […] my room was essentially in the basement on the first floor. I was only there for a brief stay, but had I been there longer, I definitely would request an upper level room with a balcony. The room itself was spacious and bordering on feeling cavernous, if a bit sparse. The bed, typical of Hilton's was phenomenal. Having a Tully's coffee kiosk in the lobby was nice as well. "Decent, but expected more of Hilton"
We had to call room service to vacuum our room once we arrived, as there was all kinds of food particles on the floor. The 2nd day room service did not make up our room and we had to call again. The pool area was in need of serious updating.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Experience was very good service and food was excellentGenuine Expedia guest review
"hilton charges for internet ? really ?"
they want $15 / night for internet ? you should put that in big bold red letters on your search results. it's 2013, who does not offer free wifi at a hotel ? i had to go to coffee level every day to check company email when i should be able to do it from bed for $130 per night. cheapskates. AC was also broken and they sent a maintenance gut at 8 AM […] rather than just transfer us to a working room. We had to send him away and tell him to comeback at a decent hour while we were out. AC? fine stuff happens, the overall 1 rating is for charging for internet. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
the maids removed our personal wine glasses when the room was made up. I had to hunt them down. they were sent back to room service. she should know that they didn't belong to the hotel. they were unique looking glasses.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel close to central Bellevue"

"The staff was very friendly."
Staff gave us an extra hour in poolmy girls were very happyGenuine Expedia guest review
"Lovely and low key"
Over all the place was nice. Good service and comfortable. The rooms are nice and quiet because of the duble sliding doors on the balcony. The room door lets a little bit of noise through. Oh and super quick elevators, they caught me off guard at first.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Hotel was located with easy access to Seattle and surrounding areas. Great price for a very nice hotel. Quiet, clean and comfortable rooms.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Bathroom not clean"
There were long hairs on our shower walls. Housekeeping did come and remove them, but how clean was the bathroom???Genuine Expedia guest review
"nice all around"
We did not realize we had to request clean towels and coffee for the second day. Everyone and thing was super except that.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Not so friendly for Hilton Honor"
My comment is that the policy about Customer Loyalty Program must have a re-look and re-think. I was told I can't use much of the privileges of the program as my two rooms were under discounted rate. I did not even bother to clock in my stay for Hitlton Honor as I was totally disgusted with such a policy.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"before a concert"
This is an overall nice place to stay. I have stayed several times for both business and leisure. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very large. I wish the rooms had a small refrigerator and microwave. It is very inconvenient to have no place to store or heat up leftovers and no way to keep beverages cool. Very odd in current […] times. I also found out on this visit that the hotel has a new $15 per day parking fee. This isn't an outrageous fee, but it is fairly high considering it is their own very large parking lot, not a parking garage that charges the fee. The parking fee will make me consider other options the next time I travel to the Seattle area. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"It was interesting... nice but interesting"
No fridge, a tv that was on a dresser, which was missing a drawer. It was definitely a nice stay, but the layout, room design, etc all seemed off. I think this place could use a good update. Overall though, great staff, clean, awesome elevators and views. I do not see myself using it for an extended stay, but a night or two would be about ballpark.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We had an unfortunate experience at the Mariners game in the evening and some smelly food was spilled all over me. Since we only intended to be in Seattle overnight I had no clothes to change into, necessitating laundry facility use. Though the property had guest laundry, there was no laundry soap so my husband used hand soap to wash the clothes. It […] was OK but not ideal. Staff should check the amenities regularly. Also there should be a chair in the laundry room so clients can sit while waiting for the machines to finish. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Relaxing and enjoyable stay"
The room was quiet and the temperature was just right. We asked for a few extras (towels, coffee, etc.) and they were delivered right away. The atmosphere in the lounge was great for a pleasant conversation, and the server made sure we were taken care of, but didn't intrude. Nice stay. Thanks!Genuine Expedia guest review
""Great hotel for a family""
We got a free upgrade to the executive room to the 9th floor. It is fantastic! Free breakfast and lots of free drinks and food! The hotel is clean and nice!Genuine Expedia guest review
"No free wi-fi"
At the end of a 7 day trip where we stayed at 5 different venues, we were appalled to find that the Bellevue Hilton was the only one that did not provide its guests with free wi-fi. And it was $14.95 a day. An otherwise delightful stay was marred by this.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Only thing was the room temperature controller was not working properly. We were trying to get the room cooler and fan to go higher, but the setting would stay the same no matter what u did. It was very late and we were too tired to call someone to look at it.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not the best for the price but OK"
There are traces of out-dated early 90's interior decos but it is still clean and nice enough for a business stay.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good location, parking adds 15% to bill."
Nice hotel, comfortable bed, good location. Did not like the per day parking charge, not sure it was clear when making reservations.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Better stays just next door"
The room was clean and the staff friendly, but the hotel shows it's age. Rooms missing what are now standard amenities, but the biggest shocker, you have to PAY for PARKING! $15 a day to park a car. There are three hotels within 300 yards of each other; The Bellevue Club, Sheraton, Red Lion, etc... and not one of them charge for parking. Deal breaker, […] wont stay again. Experience was alright minus the guy who entered my room while I was sleeping (presumably a hotel employee) to drop off a magazine in the middle of the afternoon and all the extra charges! Be prepared..... no mini fridge in the rooms and an additional $15 / day parking fee. I'll go back to staying in Holiday Inn Express or Courtyard Marriott hotels […] from here on out. All in all.... not impressed. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"convenient for conference"
It was easy to find and access. Come on, though, paying for overnight parking? Should have been included in the room rates.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Perfect place to stay!"
Great place to stay just off the busy street so it's quiet. Room was huge and for the price great! Hotel staff was amazing had a late check in at 11:00 our daughter is diabetic and we need juice for her just in case and they went out of there way to get it for us. Will stay again!Genuine Expedia guest review

"Perfectly Fine Hotel"
The cons were - paid parking, the decor in the room is dated. Pros: spacious room, clean, nice bathroom.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great place to stay"
The hotel was lovely, and the rooms were very large and very quiet. I think it would have been nice to have the parking fee made more clear so I would be aware of it before arriving.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Unfortunately not recommended"
Here is the deal. We travel a lot with our family to Bellevue, on average we spent at least 1 or 2 nights per month, so we've had an opportunity to try several hotels in the area. For the $$$ I was surprised that: A. Parking was extra (not in Bellevue please, this is the FIRST hotel in Bellevue where I have to pay for parking) B. No free WiFi (Seriously?? […] this is the Hilton and I have to pay extra for that!!). C. Poor location (if you plan on walking to Bellevue Square or Downtown....good luck!). C. The hotel is dated (looks like a flashback from the early 80's and it smells like it too) Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Hilton Bellevue in need ot renovation"
The hotel is old and rooms need renovation. The quality of the rooms is not at par with Hilton brand. On top of that, they charged me parking per night which was not mentioned during the booking. I would have been better off using a Sheraton hotel next door whith better rooms and no parking fees.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Not a Good Value"
For the amount of time I spent there it was OK but not for the price.Genuine Expedia guest review
The light next to my bed did not work and the highway was outside, but the sound was muffled well. I ranked them 4, but would have given it a 4+++++ if I could. Very nice. The morning chef made some great waffles and a wonderful omelet.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Spend the money and stay at the Hyatt"
Blankets hadn't been washed and had food on them. The phone was broken. The tea packet had been opened and there seemed to be spring break going on (even though it is the beginning of Dec)Genuine Expedia guest review
It was a wonderful stay. Your employees are very cheerful and helpful. The food was excellent too. You did several things for us like bring us a frig so that we could keep Ice packs cold as my husband had some minor surgery and needed to use ice packs. Also your restaurant brought up special food for him as he could eat only certain things.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
