A very good hotel with reasonable rate. Train station is just down stairs from the main lobby. Quite a few restaurants to choose from the shopping and department store downstairs, especially the food court area in the basement of the famous department store on the ground floor. Room was clean and modern. The only draw back was the temperature inside the room - too hot and we were not able to lower it through the thermostrate.

This hotel is centrally located and was easy to get to by airport shuttle. It sits on top of major train hub which made it very easy for travel to Kyoto and around Osaka by the metro. The room was a bit small for the price but the service was impeccable.

Great value for the money with large rooms, great staff and location to the subway systema dn trains. Very comfortable hotel with quite high standards for service from baggage handling to check in and check out. Room service was good, but expensive. Local stores including an all inclusive market just outside the hotel and under the street at the subway stop. Lots of fun to walk the market and view the different foods. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Osaka.

The property is excellent, although as is customary in all Japanese hotels, you pay extra for extra everything (gym, pool, etc.) The location is ideal, if you are travelling about Osaka, as it sits right on top of a major subway/JR station (Tenno-Ji). All in all, excellent.

This was a nice hotel in a convenient location. It is located next to a very popular rail line which made it very easy to travel to the surrounding area. We visited Kyoto, Nagoya, Arima and Nara using the train. It is also conveniently located to shopping and the Osaka castle. The only negative with this hotel was the price of food. We found some much cheaper food within walking distance of the hotel.
