The Lincoln Center Hilton is located well for shopping and dining, the hotel shuttle adds convienence to these activities also. The room I had was very nice but I could tell it was getting older. Check-in person could/should have been much more pleasant, especially since we were staying in a suite. Suite was okay. Rooms were very clean, but seemed a little "aged". Valet guys were very friendly and professional. We had an issue in the room and the maintenance guy was great - very friendly and professional (and fixed the issue). "Nicely Decorated for the Holiday"
Lincoln was nice. The $16 a day to park 1/2 mile from the desk was totally ridiculous for not being included in the room rate. There was a woman who answered the phone when I called to inquire about check in who should never be allowed to answer a business phone the rest of her life. (Rude, Short, Unhelpful, Doing the world a favor by blessing us with […] her presence, NOT!) The desk personnel were a bit to abrupt, perhaps because I booked through Expedia, but there a definite lack of warmth and ambiance. The room was small but nicely appointed. "22nd Wedding Anniversary celebration"
The sheets on our beds wasn't changed, need soap, no tissues in the bathroom and called for towels that wasn't brought up to room. Staffs wasn't polite or friendly . "Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre was Worth the money."
Very nice. WE had the Junior Suite it was super clean as a whistle. No dirt, no dust, no crumbs hidden. It was very clean. Small refrigerator, wet bar, nice clean sofa, two HUGE tv's one in living area and 2nd one in the bedroom. Very nice and plush room. Marble floors and lots of closet space. It was nice to go to Executive Lounge for breakfast. The […] gym was closed but they said it was open 24/7 but the sign read"CLOSED". The place was lovely. The shower was a little bit WEAK. They need to replace shower. The Jr. Suite didn't have a bathtub a nice sunken spa tub would have been nice. Parked across the way in garage very close by it cost $16 per nite use room key to go in and out. It was quite nice. I loved it and will definitely return. "Clean and Comfortable, but not Quiet"

"bad customer sercice"
My 1 year old daughter felt in the bathtub and hit her face against the side. My wife called guest service and the guy who responded pretended not to understand her when she was asking for an I've pak.he even hung up on her; in spite of not "understanding" her, the security guy delivered one to the room and the first question was how the baby was doing. […] I called later on and the manager excused the guy that answered the phone stating that there was a "language barrier" and she could not help it. My wife took the phone and she kept arguing with her, so my wife hung uo. I called again and I requested a report, after I told her I was going to take my baby to the doctor. She called back and asked if I need a wheel chair (? For a 1 year old?). I said no. When the security guy came to the room to bring the report to be filled, he came with a translator!I filled the report and the next morning my wife happened to handle it to the general manager whom apologize and stated he will look into it and to sent him and email with the details so he could take care if us the next time we stay there. Since then, the security director HD called me twice and making sure my daughter is doing fine and that we spoke to the general manager. I stay at this Hilton a few times per quarter because its convenient location; I always book through Hotels.com, so I understand the front desk don't necessarily consider me loyal, but it's a bit irritating when I'm asked every time whether it's my first stay. Far more annoying are the incremental costs of parking, internet and water. The rooms do not […] have mini bars; they do have vending machines on each floor and a gift shop to buy bottled water. Last week, I got back to the hotel and the gift shop was closed, I went to the vending machine on my floor, it was out of water. I went to the vending machine on the floor below me, it didn't accept credit card. I went back to my room and called guest services, I explained the effort it was taking to track down a bottle of water, they decided the right move was to transfer me to room service, who eventually brought me a bottle of water and a receipt for $13. hotel was beautiful. the guest service team really needs to pay attention to reservations and how they are booked so they do not call the guest at 7am the next morning demanding payment when the room is already paid had they looked at the reservation more closely they would have known that. The hilton is a huge hotel. The lobby was beautiful, the staff was friendly and accomodating. They were helpful explaining the parking situation. The only downside to the hilton was the parking garage. $16 to store my car for the evening seemed a little outrageous, and its a small walk from the hotel. "Nice for a quick getaway"
Stayed a night for our 12th anniversary. The rate through Hotels.com was great! The hotel and room are were very nice, clean and upscale. The area it's in is heavily congested and there's quite a bit of construction. Food and drink prices at the hotel are astronomical for the quality. Breakfast buffet was around 20 per person for scrambled eggs, bacon, […] sausage and gravy. First of all, it is very difficult to get to with all the construction on 635. Obviously, that is not the fault of the hotel. It is very clean and has lovely furnishings, however, there was no fridge or minibar and no bottled water offered. The restroom is very small and not built for two people. "Family trip to State Fair"
The hotel itself was beautiful, both inside & out. We normally stay at an Extended Stay or Embassy Suites when we travel together with our 3 kids but decided to stay at this beautiful Hilton. We of course needed extra pillows, blankets, and towels and the front desk was more than accommodating. Sunday morning we got up to have breakfast at the hotel […] restaurant, Crocketts. What looked like a nice elegant restaurant - the service was far from it. It was a party of 8. Me & my kids and my friend and her kids. The restaurant was just about empty except for another couple dining. It took 40 minutes to get our food. Not sure what took so long since they obviously weren't busy, once we received our food I noticed my kids each had an extra side (bacon). I told the waiter we didn't order bacon and he said it came with the meal. When the bill came, we were charged for the sides, and he mixed up the kids with what parent. When we brought it to his attention he was irritated. It took him 3 times to get the tickets correct. Lucky for him his gratuity was already included. The hotel is great. We slept great, enjoyed the nice switch up from our traditional Embassy but do not both eating at Crocketts.
