"Won't stay there again!"
I had my reception at this hotel 15 years ago when it was a Doubletree. It was beautiful then. The hotel has aged and the decor is nasty now. We got an upgrade and free breakfast and parking after wanti g to check out after being in the hotel less than an hour. Turned on the shower and it looked like urine coming out. Gross! They said it was due to […] the construction. This will apparently happen for the next two years! We went there for a night away and to lay out by the pool and get some sun. Huge trees co weed the entire pool so it's all shaded. Whats the point of having an outdoor pool? Waste of money, we won't stay there again. "Horrible Night's Stay"

first of all we get there and find out we have to pay 7.00 per day to park. Got in at 6:00, had to pay 7.00 for that day, then left the next day, and had to pay again. Perfect hotel for my business meeting & great location for where I needed to be. Staff was friendly, and nice atmosphere in the lobby if you're looking for a cocktail. "bathroom ceiling was leaking!!!"
I should say that the hotel location was very nice and overall it is a good hotel, large rooms, great beds, etc. But, on the second night of our stay around 3am we heard water pouring. We thought the shower might be on, but no!!!! The ceiling was leaking not leaking more like pouring. We let the front desk know in the morning. Their reaction was so […] unacceptable. Traveled to Dallas for a weekend trip. My daughter is into the American Girl Dolls, and Dallas has a huge store there next to the Galleria. We picked the Hilton Lincoln Centre because of the Hilton name and it's proximity to the Galleria. The hotel staff was extremely nice, but that's about where the good experience ends. The parking situation was dreadful. […] Our key cards never worked, so getting in and out of the parking lot required a call from our cell phones to the desk or valet each and every time. Once in our room, we had a murky yellowish-brown water pooled up in our sink. The same happened for short periods when we ran the shower. Our room smelled like a hint of septic-tank, so we could only assume what the nasty water was comprised of. The room is nice, but a little dated. We definitely expected more from a Hilton property. We typically stay in the Westin or Gaylord Texan when we travel to Dallas, and I wished we would have stayed at either of those this time around. The experience was neither horrifying nor enjoyable. "Ok stay, but bargain price includes nothing."
I received an exceptional deal through Expedia for two nights. Upon arrival, I was offered an "upgrade" for only 20 dollars a night, so I considered this still to be a bargain. I am still not sure what the upgrade truly entailed, but the room was nice and comortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of the bed. One of the most comfortable hotel beds […] I've slept on. I was on the top floor, so traffic was minimal most of the time, and no stomping from above. Minuses: 1. Internet. Internet is NOT complimentary. It is $12 a day PER DEVICE. So, any lengthy stay can become extremely expensive. 2. Parking. The hotel is part of the Lincoln Center, so a parking garage is mandatory. For guests, it is a flat fee of about 13 dollars a day. 3. Room service. Menu is rather limited for normal hours. I don't understand why this would be. 4. Walk in showers. While the shower was clean and the shower very relaxing, the doors leak like crazy. 5. Bathroom with an audience. The bathroom shared a vent with the neighbor's bath. Unfortunately, not only could you hear everything they said clearly, you can also see light from their bathroom in yours. The vents were turned upwards to prevent spying, but I'm sure perverts could counter that somehow. Whisper. 6. Heater in room did not work. Found out too late. 7. "Would not stay here again"
I am the optomistic type of person who tries to see the positive in every situation. This hotel made that difficult. This hotel does not have a refrigerator or a micorwave in the rooms. Futhermore, the water in the sink becomes pretty hot and you find it difficult to cool down the temperature. However, the shower is cool to luke warm, and we found that […] the showers would not get hot. We were provided heated floors in the bathroom the first night of our stay, however the next night they somehow got turned off. When you know you are paying for something, and it doesn't work, it becomes frustrating. This hotel was close to the Galleria Mall, and we liked the location. The rooms were clean and nice. However, all the restaurants that provide breakfast in the morning at the hotel were closed on the weekends. This is not a big deal if you have somewhere else in mind to eat, but it is a huge inconvience if you usually eat at your hotel. Lastly, there is a bar right in the middle of the lobby. If we had known that, we would not have stayed here. Everytime we wanted to get to our room, we had to pass through large crowds of people drinking. In our opinion, that is not exactly family friendly. We appreciated the clean rooms, the great location, and the good customer service we finally observed.
