    very clean rooms, impressive lobby and common areas, convenient location and a staff that goes above and beyond. Rob at the front desk was kind enough... to give us extra cookies once he found out we were traveling with children. the general manager Tee was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. This time, I selected a "poolside" room, paying a premium price and was placed a considerable distance from the pool, second level.     I was not very impressed with the fact that when we checked in and went to settle in our room there was broken glass by the night stand. Makes me wonder how well it was cleaned before we got there. We told them about it upon checkout and were apologized to but no further discount or anything of the sort was offered.

    We were very impressed with the updated rooms and the service. Comfortable furniture. Our children enjoyed the pool. The cleaning staff was very friendly.     This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. The first time they told me they had given out all the double bed rooms even though I had reserved one much in advance.     This was a very disappointing stay. Expedia descriptions said the shuttle would be complimentary and free parking while we traveled which was the only thing we were looking for. So that bad and made getting to our flight the next day terrible. The hotel is also very sterile looking and overall I wouldn't go back.

    Our stay was nice. It has a very large hot tub and pool. Very spacious area and quiet as well. I enjoyed it well enough to stay there again. The hotel has aged a little bit but still very nice. One downside to my stay is my neighbor got room service and the tray once they set it outside of their room was there for more than 24 hours. Other than that […] a pretty nice place overall.     Incredible, everythings was just great, the service was helpful, the restaurant, we had a sick kid and they offer us chicken broth, we will go back!!
