Very nice hotel indeed. Its location with views of Lake Camplain added to its value for sure. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance that accomodate almost all tastes and pocketbooks. For those interested in shopping, there is enough of that available as well. The room itself was well maintained and clean. Although this may be redundant, the unobstructed views of the lake (and mountains just beyond), combined with the quality of the hotel, make this a very good value in my opinion.

We were very disappointed in what the room had to offer. There was no fridge, microwave, no vent in the bathroom, the drain did not stay open in the tub so water kept filling up, and I had to ask for a hairdryer. I think it was over priced and did not have basic ammenities that even cheaper hotels offer.

Everything about my stay exceeded expectations. The hotel is in a very safe location and has ample convenient parking in a parking ramp. The staff is friendly and eager to please. Even the cleaning staff smiled and greeted me. The Lake Side of the hotel overlooks Lake Champlain, which is right across the street. The mountains beyond the lake make for quite a scenic view. My room was pleasantly decorated, well appointed and sparkling clean. My breakfast was delivered to my room precisely on time. The food was hot, well prepared with adequate portions. There were no unpleasant surprises on the hotel bill. Best part is, at these prices you can bring the family.

The room was great: shower, bed, convenience to lake champlain and church street, great staff at the front desk. My only frustration was that the room I reserved with a "City View" really meant "View of Parking Garage" which was a big disappointment. Are there any "Lake View" rooms? why weren't they available for reservation? why didn't our room have a view if I reserved one? Otherwise, the hotel definitely exceeded expectations.

The hotel was fine, and the room had an excellent view of the lake. However, it was a bit too expensive for a hotel, especially considering the more modestly priced bed and breakfasts surrounding Burlington. We stayed here so we could walk downtown. That worked out well. I'd stay there again for that reason.

Just returned from Burlington after 3 night stay at the Hilton. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Front desk staff was very efficient and professional, we were upgraded to a lake view room without even asking for it. The room was beautiful, with comforatble beds and furnishings, and was pristinely cleaned throughout our stay. The view from the room was gorgeous, amazing sunrises and sunsets, we certainly appreciated the upgrade. Overall, we had a great stay at the Hilton, and we would be happy to return in the future.

The staff at this hotel were great. Very polite and ready to help but, when we checked in we asked for a lake view, we were told sorry none available. OK. When we got to our room it was lake view. Great. But the room was extreemly small and had a very thick odor of stale cigarette smoke. Our view was great so we didn't want to change rooms. We asked the housekeeper if she could do something about the smell. She tried very hard and each day it was better. We appreciated her efforts. The buffet breakfast was very expensive, and had very little in it and what there was the food was dried out. The bed was small but very comfortable. For the money we paid it was definately a rip-off.

Take this as a warning: The Hilton did not have our reservation when we arrived, though we had placed it one month in advance on this site. This was especially upsetting since hotels.com had already charged my credit card for the full amount of the stay. Luckily, they had rooms available and were very nice about making sure we got the same room that we had reserved. That said, overall our stay was wonderful. The breakfast was expensive, but it was very good and convenient. Walking distance to everything. Very quiet and comfortable room. We will definitely return.

The hotels location couldn't have been better. There is an amazing brew pub(NOT vt. brewery, they were yucky)called American Flatbread. The pizza was outstanding and the brew was so fresh&delicious! We were up for the Magic Hat brewery Mardi Gras which was good, but to go up just for food&great beer was worth the 7 hr. drive in a snow storm!! the Hilton fit all our needs!
