We were welcomed with a hug from the lady at the front desk!! Hotel is very nicely located near Centennial Olympic park, restaurants... Breakfast buffet was very nice as was the hostess. Hotel is dated but comfortable and the staff makes up for the outdated building and décor.

Stayed in ATL for 2 nights for a convention. Best value in town. Free southern breakfast and very friendly staff. Building on the outside requires new paint but that doesn't affect my stay. The rooms were clean and had no complaints.

Loved the breakfasts, the lady who manned the breakfast room was super nice, and everything in the breakfast room was well maintained and well stocked. Make your own waffles, eggs, grits, sausage and gravy, cereals and oatmeal, juice machine, etc... Would have liked yogurt as well, but in general, a terrific breakfast is included here! This motel was at very low quality, They cleaned room and left no towels, we had to go get them and they only had two. had to go get more the next morning. Toilet was plugged up and we called and they laughed. i had to go find a plugger. very unfriendly, small rooms, tv not up to date, Old. very un satisfied with this motel.

It was adequate for a one night business stay. I arrived in the evening after dark and the hotel is located in a very dark small street. First, I have to say the only reason we stayed here was to be close to the events of Dragon*Con but not have to pay a higher price to be in the host hotels. That being said, the location was about the only good thing about this hotel. "Quality" should not be in the name. The room we had was sub-par: peeling paint, NO WATER PRESSURE in the shower, possibly […] the most uncomfortable beds we've ever slept in (we were promised two queens, but got two fulls instead), and the parking fee was outrageous ($60 for four nights when there was a lot across the street for $10 a day). The breakfast was passable for continental. The gym was pitiful - only one treadmill, one bike and a small weight machine - and there was no air conditioning! The elevator made a horrid sound as it went down past floor 5 and you just weren't sure you would make it down in one piece. Had it not been for the location, we wouldn't have stayed here, and we will be finding a different hotel for next Dragon*Con (more money for more comfort sounds okay to us). Read more

I would rate my experience as uncomfortable. I wish I would have brought along my sleeping bag so my skin didn't touch the sheets. I barley slept and couldn't wait to check out. The continental breakfast was very salty and not appealing, the only good thing about breakfast was the cold milk.

This is a very basic hotel. The rooms haven't been updated in a long time. I did see a roach in my room within the first 15 minutes. But the staff allowed me to change rooms. And there was no more bug sightings. I think for the amount of money it could be better quality. I know other Quality Inn hotels have been better.

The overall cleaniless and comfort was fine, but there were some annoying shortcomings. The desk at which one was supposed to work using a laptop had no available outlet as all were in use. I could unplug the lamp, but then could not see the keyboard at night. To charge my cell phone I had to use an outlet in the bathroom. As I was on the 9th floor, I was not too worried, but still there was a drain on the efficiency of the a/c due to the door not sealing. My room was disgusting, cleanliness is not in the managements vocabulary. The Elevator was down for 2 days in a row. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone no matter what your budget is. It is very apparent that this hotel no longer cares about maintenance issues or it's customers.
