Nice hotel, but a few problems: 1. Air conditioner never got very cool. 2. Room was next to ice machine...very loud all night. 3. Found used soap and shampoo in shower. 4. Shower head would not stay in place.

Is 4:40 am; I check out the Hotel because my room (118) was infected with Bed Bugs. I went to take a shower before I left the room and even in the shower were some bugs and the towel that I was about to use to clean my face full of Hair and dirty. another thing that bother me was that when I first called to complait about the situation they did not send anyone to inspect the room. I been here many times for business in the area but I'm not longer will bring my business to this hotel.

First, once we arrived my fiancee was locked in the elevator, making him late to my best friend's wedding. No, this is not a comedy movie! The front desk manager thought he was "playing with the buttons". He's 32 years old. The manager was not very friendly. Then, when they finally got to the room, he keys didn't work. The manager knew my fiancee was already late to a wedding, yet he took another 20 minutes to bring the new keys up 2 flights of steps. Then, after the wedding reception, once we returned to the room, we noticed it smelled like mildew. We then noticed that the air conditioner wasn't working. Mind you, it's the end of June. The air conditioner only blew warm air, and was leaking onto the carpet, causing the mold smell. So, after a long day, we couldn't even relax in the cool air. The hotel manager then felt sorry for us, wanted to refund our money, but couldn't since we booked through a 3rd party; hotels.com. What a perfect ending to a perfect weekend. :(

Best bed I've slept in a hotel in a long time! Pillows were amazing. This is my second hotel stay at a Hampton Inn and both times the beds were so comfortable. i had a great night sleep. Thanks.

This hotel was is a great location. The room was very spacious. lovey lobby with a fireplace. only 1 negative the room was an old smoking room and had an odor they tried to cover it up with deodorizers but it was in the air conditioning system. I finally got a strong candle and it took care of it at least for while i was their
