The lady working night shift was the most pleasant to deal with on staff. Our room was comfortable and very clean. A slight heads up on renovations to the lobby/1st floor might have been nice. We got to the hotel, and were unaware of the renovations. When we came down from our room (3rd floor-used the elevator) a few hours later, we were greeted by […] chunks of concrete, workers, and plastic - everywhere. We have stayed here several times but the hotel is starting to fall apart and they are not doing anything to fix it. Our comforter was old torn and had holes in it. Our hair dryer didn't work. Our room had water damage and the wall paper border was starting to fall off. We won't stay here any more.

It was nothing special - we got exactly what we paid for and nothing more. I really would have preferred to see a few more cold options for breakfast (i.e. yogurt) than the hot items (though my boyfriend really enjoyed them). They were re-doing the floors in the lobby when we checked in and the pool was closed, but the hotel next door was very nice […] to let us use their facilities. Loved seeing the update, and it didn't interfere much with our stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the amenities just as expected (again, nothing extra). Needed a place to sleep for 3 days while attending a family wedding. There are several hotels in this location. Picked this one due to having queen sized beds rather than double. There is myself, my husband and our 2 children, 5 and under. I was told at other locations that they cannot allow 4 people in a king sized room, we had to go with 2 beds. Being […] as my husband and I are both taller people, we cannot sleep in double beds. The price, and sized beds were ideal, so we checked in. The people working at the desk were polite and helpful. I had requested 1 additional pillow and was told they had no more to offer. The room had a strong odor we noticed with in the first 5 minutes of our stay. It was a spicey/ body odor smell. Also the room had a dripping sound that came from the bathtub. As if the water didn't shut completely off. Front desk clerk said they were waiting for a part to come in. Overall the room was clean, service was fine, but mostly the price was low and the location was ideal. I highly recommend the restaurant right behind this hotel, Ravennilis- best meal while away from home. many restaurants in the area, very convient to 55-70. 10 mins from the arch. Read more

We stayed on the Thanksgiving holiday. Everything was great. Clean rooms. Loved the continental breakfast! The front desk was friendly and helpful -- even though they were working on a holiday, workers had smiles on their faces. I would stay there again and again! .

The staff was very friendly and the check in/check out was quick and easy. The breakfast was good both hot and cold food and everything was kept well stocked. The room was confortable. We only stayed 1 night but it was great/will stay again when we are in the area.

Well my stay was fine until I realized on the second night that my eye glasses were missing form the night stand. I informed the hotel staff and the manager did not offer any assistance. After we left I also realized that some of my juwelery were gone as well. I contacted the hotel and did not even get a phone call back. My juwelry were in a box inside […] my suitcase not like it was laying out. So I would say be carefull if you are staying more than one night and are leaving anything in the room unattended. I travel often and stay in a lot of hotels. You expect certain things depending on what price you pay. This hotel was certainly not 5 star, but above what I could usually expect to find in similarly priced hotels.

Really pleased with this Days Inn. The kids were a little disappointed in the very small size of the pool. But the staff was friends, the price was great and the rooms were very clean and no lingering smoke smell that many hotels have, even when it's a no smoking room.

SInce they have remodeled the place it's alot more comfortable and cleaner. I did not use the pool however there were kids playing in it and seemed to be having a blast. The hotel is buried in a warren of other hotels, and is VERY difficult to find, or return to. There is a sign, that sticks up among others, but navigating to it is a challenge. The room was fine (but no Kleenex!) and the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent hotel service. I was given a late checkout, set my alarm incorrectly and slept past the late checkout time. The desk person called and woke me up. I was embarassed, but she was very kind and understanding about it.

This had to be the worst hotel we have stayed in. The whole hotel had an awful smell. There were stains on the carpet, mold in the bathroom, ceiling in bathroom peeling off, beds were very uncomfortable and the air conditioning unit was enough to keep a bear awake in the dead of winter.

Our room was filthy, especially the bathroom. There were thick, noticeable hairs on the floor and in the bathtub. The outside of the toilet bowl was dirty and there was something sticky that had dripped and stayed on the walls. The bathtub faucet was coming off as well.
