Large, clean, new, 2 bedroom apartment. Kitchen. Washer, though no dryer. Conveinent to stores. Only minor complaint is that bedrooms are upstairs, and the narrow stairs are a challenge for large, heavy suitcases. Also we found the upstairs sink's location (in with shower, not with the toilet) a bit odd (inconveinant for handwashing, or other uses, when someone was using the shower).

This was an awesome Hotel. It was not that hard to find and it was close to Commerce which is in the city center. It was quite and the front desk staff were nice. I recommend that you speak French to them because their English was a little broken. However, I only addressed them in French so this might not be the case for you. I recommend this hotel!

No complaints at all, this hotel was ideal for for the family and great breakfast. We stayed for only 1 night before travelling again. Extremely handy for train/bus station and only 5 mins walk. In the business district but only 5 mins walk over bridge and into town to the Castle and Cathedral.

I have recently come back from a 3 day trip to nantes , nantes is a lovely place with plenty to do and see. I was extremely pleased with the hotel and staff who were very friendly and helpful. Many of the staff spoke very good english . it was an all round excellent trip and i would highly reccomend this hotel and nantes as a place to visit . the japanese […] gardens are certainly worth visiting ,and if you enjoy walking , it is a good walk . Excellent hotel for an overnight stop before travelling on. Easy to find and get to from the airport and ample underground parking which was public parking but reasonably priced. Staff were superb and I only had booked one night on our inbound day as I always like to keep options open for the return if I don't like the hotel. Parking souterrain au pied de l'hôtel. Accueil un peu brouillon mais jolis bâtiments. Chambres (au 1er étage en mai, au 4e en août) avec belle vue sur le canal, assez spacieuses pour une famille de 4, plutôt bien décorées et confortables. Petit-déjeuner cher. Un hôtel familial parfait pour une escapade en famille à Nantes.

L'hôtel Novotel est très bien placée pour aller à la Cité des Congrés, mais un peu eloigné de la Gare , surtout avec enfants et valises. J'aurai pensé qu'il y aurait dans la chambre peignoirs et chaussons puisqu'il a 4 étoiles, c'était exactement le meme confort dans la chambre que pour un 3 étoiles. Je n'ai pas vu la différence et c'est dommage.

A notre arrivée, à minuit, le canapé qui était le lit des enfants n'était pas déplié. J'ai appelé la réception pour faire le nécessaire. La climatisation n'était pas mise. L'hôtel n'est pas bien sonorisé. Nous entendons les gens prendre leur vêtements (bruit des cintres). Le garage souterrain n'est pas bien agencé pour les véhicules longs.

Bon emplacement pas trop éloigné de la gare TGV. Un bémol : pas de parking réservé pour l'hotel. Il faut encore payer le parking public.
