The check in was horrible. It took 30 min to check in because they could not find the RSVP. No compensation for it, barely an apology. The air in the room was ridiculous. Could not get it controlled.

I stayed at the hotel with my 16 year-old daughter. We booked the room with two twin beds. I was a little hesitant at first because I am 6'3", but my bed was big enough. The service at the hotel is excellent and the spa top notch.

Everything was great, the service, the food, the room with nice view and big flat tv, the pool and spa, they even drive and pick us on the house car for free at a radius of 2 miles from the hotel.

The hotel staff was outstanding! At the front desk, in the restaurants and the valet parking attendants were all extremely pleasant and accommodating. I would return whenever my travels take me to LA! The restaurant, Culina, was fabulous! The Four Seasons LA is a class act and the staff gets all the credit. Classy in true Four Seasons style!

You stay in a four seasons for its service. And this is exactly what it is. Power Shower is the best, although the wall is a bit thin between shower and living ro . The bed to me is on the soft side.

I have stayed a number of times at the Hotel and I am always impressed with how attentive the staff is from the time we arrive and unload to the reception desk. I did have one bad experience which was remedied and I wrote a thank you letter acknowledging the employee who turned a bad situation around. This particular stay went extremely well.

The best hotel in LA. The only other two that come close are the Hotel Bel Air and the Marmont, but the former is more isolated without the views and the latter lacks the wow factor. There are perchers and and nesters. Perchers stay here.

Everything was excellent, as every property in the chain. Superb service of housekeeping, specially Maritza. Excellent service from Barbara and Gil setting private tours and chauffeured rides. The House Car was always available to take me shopping to Rodeo Drive. Everything was just perfect.

This hotel is amazing. The attention to detail, decor and customer service are as good as it gets. It has the quaintness of a boutique hotel but with the all grandeur of a Four Seasons and has every amenity you could wish for. Don't think I would stay anywhere else.

At check in my debit card was charged $1367 for no particular reason since my hotel was already paid for. I was told after the fact that it is a hotel policy to have a $300 safety deposit for the room. This still doesn't explain the $1367 charge. It will take up to 10 business days for a refund. I had stayed in a couple of four seasons hotel in quite a few areas and this is by far the best four seasons hotel ever. the only setback that they don't have was just the kettle but its easily overcome with their staff services. this is hotel is a top notch in my book. i'll definitely wants to come back.

For the second year in a row, we have spent seven or so hours at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills on our way from NYC to Australia. We always arrive at LAX at lunchtime, and then our flight to Australia leaves at about midnight. We chose this hotel because we had read that it has a great pool. Enjoyed the stay: comfortable, great service, terrific concierge staff, lots of celebs, good "central-ish" location for tourists. For a (far away) view of the Hollywood sign and morning sun, ask for a room on the back of the hotel. Possibly negative (though a plus for me): if you're looking for a happening pool scene, stay elsewhere.

Stunning, breathtakingly beautiful hotel. Impeccable service. Met all expectations of a 5 Star hotel. Immaculately clean. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at any hotel. However, management of such a splendid establishment should be ashamed of themselves for charging anything for phone calls much less the $70 I was charged for one 10 minute long distance call and $55 for another shorter call. Absolutely classless display of pettiness that marred a wonderful experience. 5 Star hotels should simply factor cost of phone service into room charges and have free phone service that would befit such a splendid hotel. My stay at The Four Seasons was so wonderful the tacky phone fees did not greatly diminish my enjoyment but eliminating these silly fees would be consistent with the ambiance of such a fine hotel. Unbearably noisy room. Private rooms were including interleading bedroom leased out for commercial enterprises. Animated lectures (in preparation for Oscars) were held in bedrooms nd disturbed me for two days and nights. Very unsatisfactory procedure to rent bedrooms for such commercial activities.
