This hotel was perfect for what we needed-only being in the room to sleep & get ready. Room was very clean & the staff was very helpful when we needed towels. It is an older hotel, but one of the biggest & most comfortable rooms I've stayed in yet. I'm planning on staying here again this summer when we go back.

We stayed in the Suite with the hot tub. What they don't tell you is that the shower is also in the hot tub and there is a separate bathroom that only has a sink and a toilet. The hot tub wasn't clean when we first got to the room. The next day I was taking a nap in the room when room service decided to clean. The cleaning took 5 mins and the bed sheets weren't changed they only lightly scrubbed the tub and switched out the towels. On the 2nd day we spilled a drink on the bedspread and when they came to clean the room the next day they didn't change out the spread just made the bed, swapped out the towels and didn't refill the coffee or toiletries. It is a basic room that they tries to spruce up. Lesson if you are going to remodel something do it the whole way. The view was great if you like to see into other peoples rooms and the parking garage. But the location was nice. The best part about the hotel. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

We won't stay here again. This is where the statement "We're in Vegas, so it doesn't matter how bad the room is because we're only going to sleep in it" came from. Seriously, you will joke about this with the other guests on the elevators that make you worry about giving out. We paid for the "upgrade" room which was refurbished (2006) and included "creme or cream" colored furniture. This actually means original furntiture painted "creme or cream" color. We had a good trip, but this hotel was the low point. The location is good, but when the bathroom fan is the size of a hand held battery operated fan you get at a gas station that sums up what you can expect for quality.

Good value for a no-frills room. There were other offerings that we didn't check out (the pool for one). It was a little annoying that the elevators were very slow and crowded when they finally stopped at our floor. We ended up just running up and down the stairs by the end of our stay (which is OK for light weekend packing, but would suck if you're a heavy packer). It would have been nice to have free wifi. Decor is old, but we're not really staying for atmosphere. The location in the middle of the strip made up for any shortcomings. It seemed a good value for us as we were just looking for a room to sleep in during our stay.

Room and comfort were very nice. Room very clean and was extremely comfortable. Could at least provide a coffee maker and coffee with a mini refridge. Getting into the hotel is slow confusing and dangerous. Parking really sucks, not well marked and easy to make turns into dead ends. Hotel elevators are very slow. Came to Vegas to play not stand infront of an elevator looking at the door.

This hotel once upon a time must have been gorgeous. Unfortunately it now needs major renovations. I do believe the staff tries to maintain the hotel but this one is getting long in tooth. The elevators were subject to malfunctions. The sink and the the tub in the room had surface cracks and peeling. The balcony was not swept or cleaned. On the last day of our visit the sheets on my bed were threadbare. This hotel room basically provides a bed at a good rate. Do not expect free coffee or tea or a small refrigerator. This doesn't happen in Vegas because it would cut down on the amount of money you would spend on food.

The location of this is great. Right in the middle of all the action on the strip. Check-in took 50 minutes, but it was Thanksgiving weekend. Stayed in the Capri Building, which is separate 3-story building behind the regular hotel/casino. Just fine; wasn't looking for a view or anything. But the room was REALLY hard to find. Of course no one who worked there was around to help, and it's a 10-minute walk back to the front desk (and a 50-minute line wait) to ask there.

We highly recommend paying some bucks more and booking one of those rooms with tub in the bedroom - they are awesome ;)
