"good location but terrible condition"
It was not satisfying at all except it is close to the strip. The whole part of the hotel needs to be renovated from the elevator to the room itself with stained bedsheets (gross). I paid 150.00 for a night which I think is too expensive fot that kind of room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Really, I wasnt expecting that much of an impression but I was expecting the room to be a little more impressive.. Basically, we went cheap and got our room for $23 a night (plus $10 resort fee, plus $28 to check in before 4pm). I guess you get what you pay for but I paid too much! Hotel has great location... "Four hours"
Valet was full, the parking garage is ridiculous with its set up and far from the hotel. Literally over an hour in line after -midnight- to be able to be checked in. No clear directions on finding 'Tower 3' elevators and no staff to help assist you to find it. When to the room only to find that a live band plays every night loudly until at least 330 […] in the morning. They did switch the room very quickly and even brought up the key, but was switched without being told that I was being moved from a smoking room to a nonsmoking. The first room was nice, no view just loud. Second room was old, worn and ratty. I was only in that hotel for a total of FOUR HOURS. The overall stay in Las Vegas was wonderful. The hotel room could have been a little cleaner. The carpet was very stained, the wall paper in the walk ways was dirty. Booked The Quad for a little under $140 for our night stay on the strip over Memorial Day Weekend. The hotel is definitely NOT worth the $ we paid! When I saw that the normal rate of the room was over $200 I was expecting a nice experience. When I went to check in I was informed the room I reserved was not what I was getting and they never guarantee any reservations. "Worst hotel on the strip"
Check in was in a dark dirty hall with about a hundred people waiting to check in and only two people helping with others just standing around. The rug had stains, the walls had stains and the food was not good. We had a salad with brown lettuce, nothing was fresh. We've stayed here before when it was known as the 'Imperial Palace'. Even though it was not the best on the strip, it's proximity to everything else on the trip was extremely desirable. Now, there is no direct access for cars from the strip, there is never any space available in Valet Parking in spite of the resort fee. Great place to stay if you are trying to save a good chunk of change and stay on the strip. Right across from Caesar's palace and next to flamingo, so a great location. Checked in at 4am and gave us free late check out. Asked if we wanted strip view because it can be noisy, had a great view but there was loud music until 5am. But they have other quieter […] rooms. Given all that I had heard here, my expectations were not high, so I was not disappointed much. :) The room was relatively quite large, carpets were old and not going to get any cleaner, bed was comfortable. The bathtub (on the 13th floor) was not draining as fast as it should have though. The construction makes things a bit messier than I would have […] liked, but I was on a high-enough floor that it did not wake me up in the morning. The price per day was incredibly low though - my entire three day stay cost less than others from my company for each of their daily charges. Would I stay here again? That would depend on far along the renovations are, and whether the rooms are substantially improved by then. Reserved a non-smoking room and was told that they were fully booked so they will have to give me a smoking room. They said that I have to upgrade to receive a non-smoking room for $10/day.
