I love this hotel. It's a Grande Dame. The lobby is gorgeous with high ceiling and palladian floor to ceiling windows and beautiful dental moulding. It could use some fresh paint. The only thing that bothered me was the music they played in the Tavern Restaurant over breakfast one morning: it was rap, and if you listened carefully they were obscenities. That is crazy for an elegant and expensive establishment. However, when I complained, they turned the music to a different track or station.

The hotel was in a perfect location for what I was looking to do, site see. It's close to everything and if you'd like that city feel you will get it staying here. A lot of places to eat and shops are at walking distance. The staff was very pleasent. I do feel that the rooms needed more cleaning. But overall it was a great stay.

Definitely a great place to stay for business trips or going for a visit. Its not an "indulge yourself" type of place but it is definitely on the higher end of the scale. If you order room service from the restaurant downstairs, get the fist tacos. They are awesome.

The only frustrating thing was there is no fan in the bathroom so the mirrors were pretty fogged up after two people took showers. Location was great. Lots of shops and restaurants close by for our first and last day, but close enough to walk the whole city in a day.

We visited this hotel for a wedding that was offsite. For an old building, the hotel was well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. Great location to walk to shops and restaurants. All staffs are friendly and the room services are exceptional, however, the hotel is showing its age with the decor and furnishings. The club lounge access is not adequate due to the time constraint place on it. Since it already has key card security, why can't it be used as a relaxation area at all hours, or gathering for business discussions?

When booking hotel, we were not informed about the extra charge for pets. I was surprised when we checked in to find out that we would be charged an extra $50.00 plus $10 per day. THis should be clearly stated when booking. We booked this hotel specifically because it was pet friendly, as we were evacuated from our home at the Jersey Shore.

Very comfortable rooms with very friendly staff. The "sleep number" mattress provided a very nice and comfortable nights rest. The neighborhood was not in a "prime" location, but merely a few blocks from where we wanted to go. I was very pleased with the accomodations and would return to the Warwick in the future.

First of all our TV was broke with the main channels not working, we called maintenance and they did try to fix it twice and said they would be back but they never did. Secondly the room next to us toilet flushed every 2 minutes all night long and we did not sleep very well (our room 730) so it was not up to the standards that we were use to at the […] Radisson. Also when we got home I looked at my Credit Card statement and there was a $75 charge on there from the Radisson. We did not charge anything and when I called they said that this is the usual practice (not previous times) and that that charge should disappear in 2 to 3 business days. We are not happy at all with a charge going onto our account when we purchased nothing. Not a good experience for us this time and is it the norm for Hotels to start putting on a charge on your Credit Card when you arrive?? Read more

Staff was very helpful. The location is great. We did not like how loud the "bing" of the elevator was - we were at the end of the hall away from the elevator and could still hear every time the elevator stopped at our floor.
