"Excellent Service"

Hotel staff was efficient and very responsive to our needs and services such as valet and concierge. Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. When calling downstairs for information or service, they called you by name. Porters and valet were fast and courteous. Excellent hotel. Rooms were clean and large and had an excellent breakfast bar and staff.

"Large Hotel in center of town"

Great location but hotel is very large. I prefer small boutique hotels so it is hard for me to give it more than a 4. They were very helpful in answering questions and very professional like you would expect from a Hilton.

"Good clean hotel in the centre of Brisbane"

The hotel is located in the centre of Brisbane and therefore is ideally situated for all local tourist attractions. The hotel is clean and its staff very polite and helpful. Overall my stay at the hotel was more than satisfactory. The only negative about the hotel is the high prices charged in their restaurant and bars.

We came here on our honeymoon and it was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Had everything you needed and anything you wanted you just had to ask. The pool was lovely, The tennis court was fantastic and the food out of this world. The staff were very friendly!! Will definitely go back!
