Set atop Water Tower Place, high above the Magnificent Mile, this Chicago luxury hotel offers easy access to designer shops, the Lake Michigan waterfront, and landmarks such as the Hancock Tower and the historic Chicago Water Tower. Millennium Park and the Art Institute of Chicago are both 1 mile away.

Hotel Features.
The hotel's full-service spa offers a range of beauty services and in-room massage, as well as an indoor lap pool and a spa tub. The adjoining sundeck overlooks the city and lake. Room service is available 24 hours a day. Children receive a toy and cookies upon arrival. This is a pet-friendly hotel. The Ritz-Carlton is smoke-free. Fines apply for violations.

They permitted us to check in almost 3 hours early, which was a real plus. Hotel was very nice, and located in the heart of Downtown. We were in the water place tower which was perfect especially cause it was raining Sunday. Our children got a cookie, gummie bears, and a juice. First night our Ac wasn't working in both rooms which according to them does not happen. Service guy tried to fix it, but got it to work for ten mns. […] They upgraded our room next day to wonderful sweet which we loved, but after the upgrade my children no longer got their goodies!? this hotel is in a great location for shopping the Miracle Mile or a short walk to the Navy Pier. My two young girls loved the hotel candyman visit to our room! They really do a great job for families with children. The concierge service is excellent! They arranged tickets for the Shedd aquarium and we didn't have to wait in line when we got there. […] The same deal for Gino's East pizza around the corner... they have a special pass that you don't have to wait in that long line!!
