Hotel was in a great location to us. There is plenty of restaraunts and shopping close by. Very close to the 407 and other main roads. Was dissapointed when we got to our room. We had requested a King but ended up with two double beds. We notified the main desk and was told there were no King beds available. The room was nice however there were small things that just added up to dissapointment. Asked for a late check out, were told that it would cost another 58 dollars for that. We made one local phone call, that cost 1.45! The room was clean but not great. Hair in the bathtub, dirt on the bathroom floor ect. The hotel was very busy with a confrence while we were there, however there was plenty of free parking in their parking garage.

"everything wonderful except bed pillows"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jan 30, 2012
The bed pillows were all too large and too hard. Other than that, great location, price good.

you SHOULDN'T have two hotels with the same name in the same city!! We were very disappointed that we had to wait for the hotel bus to take us to the wrong hotel and then had to take a 40.00$ taxi to the right one.The hotel was Four Points by Sheriton but Dixie road. I happened to get Frost bite on my big toe because of all the waiting and travelling. We had just arrived back from Mexico and had no closed shoes or boots. Not fun.Th hotel itself was great but do we want the inconvience again probably not....

"Four Seasons Toronto"
I love the Four Seasons Toronto. Yes, it is older and no they are not spending money upgrading as they are launching their new hotel in 2012. That being said they have adjusted their rates to reflect that. The service is great, The Studio Cafe is still fantastic and love the pool. Hazelton Lanes across is 70% more and is not worth the money. Cannot […] wait until they launch their new site. Read more
"crummy room in the Four Seasons, Toronto"
supposed to be a 4-5 star hotel. When we checked in they gave us a small room with 2 TWIN beds and an armoire with a TV. in it and out. (good view). I have been in cheap motels with more ambience, let alone a very expensive hotel. When we complained, we were put in a suite room which was very nice. Didn't know they had such crummy little rooms in such […] a hotel. Otherwise service was good, and everything else was great. Read more

"Absolutely a standard above the rest"
Our stay here was perfect. We arrived in a bit of a hurry since my husband was excited to get to the UFC fights. Needless to say I left my make-up a little messy in the bathroom. When we returned from the fights the housekeeper who did our evening turn down had closed the curtains for us and cleaned up my bathroom mess, even put our toothbrushes on […] a facecloth. The room was spottless and the bed was heaven to sleep in. A very wonderful stay! Read more
"Rooms out dated"
Stayed at four seasons in Yorkville, expected room to be luxurious but when entered room it smelled like BO and very outdated. Service was great but rooms are not up to 5 star standards.
"Four Seasons Toronto"
Our stay at the Hotel on Saturday March 25 2011 was wonderful. The front desk people found out my daughter was doing an audition at a nearby facility. They took the time to wish her well and left a personally hand written note and some fruit for us to enjoy after the auditon was over hoping it had gone well. That is what makes a five star hotel. It […] was nice to be thought of and have the extra special attention to set our stay apart from other hotel stays. The food we enjoyed in the lounge was fabulous even though quite expensive. The quality of the food was noticable everything fresh and well prepared. When we had to check out we were provided with a place to store our luggage while doing some shopping in the area again just nice. Checkout was not till noon which was also nice giving lots of time to enjoy the morning. When we checked in we arrived three hours early because her audition was early and still were able to access aroom to get ready again not common in other hotels. I have to commend the4 staff at the Four Seasons for their great committment to good service. It was what made our stay so enjoyable Read more

"Four Seasons in Toronto"
A perfect experience! Great staff, wonderful location central to restaurants, shops and cinemas. Complimentary upgrade for our first stay there was a good surprise. In 2012 they are moving to their brand new building, just a few blocks away.
Did not make u room till 5:00PM that day. We came back to room after long day out wanting to lie down before dinner and had to stay out of room for another 45 mins. (Went to bar , spent another 35.00 on drinks) Brought to attn: of hotel Mgr. Resolution: got free parking, though it was not anywhere near enough for the major inconvenience... The mgr. […] could see that I was not thrilled with resoloution , did nothing. also , Drain in sink not working properly and remote control for TV not working at all. Brought these things to attn. of staff and they got fixed for following day, but should not have to have reported these things at a Four Seasons property. They should be checked when room is cleaned. Was definitely not a regular Four Seasons experience. Will never go back , and we have stayed may times in the past... I have filled these out in past, and never heard any response from hotels. com, Why? INcentive low to take time to fill these out, when we get no feedback... Read more
