      This hotel was very affordable and would definately stay again. We just stayed one night and spent most of our time at a neighboring waterpark but sleeping was very comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was very friendly and they kept the outside area clear of snow. If your looking for a nice place just to sleep at this is the place. Can't beat the price and location.

      Great price, great people. Hotel is on the old side, need an update. Only thing really wrong was the whirlpool wasnt hot enough and pool towels were at a premium.

      This motel is a comfortable place to relax and getaway. It was a very quiet place in this winter season, much different than the summer when Tourist season is in full swing.

    The hotel was fine, but the outside doors were not locked so anyone could access the hallways without a keycard. Not much security.

    Theer was an unclean odor in the room. There was mold around the tub, there was soap in the soap dish left from the previous guest. The trash receptacle had no liners. There was one chair in a room with double beds that appeared to have come out of a garage. It was extremely dusty and grimey. The window had a thick spiders web in between the inner and […] outter window. A woman screamed loudly as if she were being killed. I had to pay $10.00 for an in room refrigerator. If I can't find a Hotel that has an excellent rating I will not stay again. I booked through Expedia. It was a bad experience for me & my children. The king size rooms were the only rooms that were supplied with a refrigerator and mIcrowave. Staff was ok. The hotel needs to be updated badly.     The breakfast buffet was especially enjoyable due to the attention and friendliness of the hostess Patricia. Also, the beautiful lakefront pool and deck is worth the visit. Stay a few days and visit the lakefront towns and attractions. The hotel s a great headquarters for your stay.

    Although the hotel may need a little sprucing up a bit, the staff more than made up for it. Super friendly and helpful. The pool is a bit small but we found ourselves swimming in the lake instead. Very refreshing plus came home with some beautiful sunset photos. Convenient getaway.

    Lake side hotel convenient to town. For travelers just spending the night this hotel will just fit the bill. The pool is a big hit with the kids.

    We were pleased with the overall accommodations. The front counter staff were very pleasant and polite. However, the breakfast lady was loud and rude to those of us getting our breakfast. She also didn't have gloves on and when she opened the bread, bagel cover they fell out on the counter and she picked them up with un-gloved hands and place them back […] into the container. Later she finally put her gloves on. This caused one gentlemen to roll his eyes and leave without eating his breakfast. We were all thankful we hadn't taken any bagels or breads! She should have known better because she had made a loud comment that she had been doing this for 20 years and was upset when visitors didn't do like she wanted. Someone needs to tell her to wear gloves at all times when handling other people's food items. How do we all know where she had her hands last!!!! Read more

    It was a mess. The hall stinks and it was hurrible finding a parking space. When people in the next rooms talks, it was like they were sitting right there in my room. Walls are super thin...no insulation. Will never stay there again. One of the worst hotel ever stayed in.

    Overall the hotel was nice. Location was perfect however not many choices to choose from regarding restaurants. Within 5-10 minutes to African Wildlife Safari/Jet Express & Miller Ferry.

    Had a great time, room was comfortable and motel was close to everywhere we wanted to visit. Will definitely use Comfort Inn at Port Clinton again.

    This hotel is right on the beach and my room had a great view of the lake. I will be back. The hot Breakfast was a bit lacking though. I came at 8:00 AM and the scrambled eggs were gone and I got the last 2 sausage links. They need to put out more or keep a better watch on it. I'll be back though.
