"While in Ukiah"
This hotel is basic, But clean and comfortable - which was all we needed. The breakfast is basic, but at the price, a good value.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"OK for the price."
Pretty average in all respects, but still a decent place to rest your bones after a trip.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good for an overnight."
The room was clean, but had a musky smell when I first opened the door. The desk clerk at check in was bland and apathetic and not even a little bit friendly.Genuine Expedia guest review
had a nice stay here very clean very nice I recommend this hotelGenuine Hotels.com guest review
bed to hard ,shower dripped tub spout away from wall , door could see day light all most all the way aroundGenuine Expedia guest review
"Very Nice - Will go back"
The room is very nicely decorated. Everything worked. The shower was amazing! The shower head is placed high enough so that a 6 foot person can stand under it! The room is very large. I paid only $2 more than a Motel 6 that I had just stayed in, but this room was much higher in quality and comfort.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel for the inexpensive cost."
My room was clean, the staff was nice. The room smelled musty. Close to where I needed to be.Genuine Expedia guest review
"It was TERRIBLE"
I was staying 2 nites: My room was on the 1st floor as I requested. It has an odor like fingernail polish remover, maybe that is why the windows were open. I was gone from 7 am until 830 pm and my room was never cleaned. I was tired and expected a clean room to rest in. I will never stay there again.Genuine Expedia guest review
I regret my booking.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It was good. We checked in about 9pm and the staff was attentive. We didnt have to wait at all. It was also nice they knew the hours of operation of the restaurant next door.Genuine Expedia guest review
"No frills but meets needs within budget"

"Good Service, nice people"
nice staff , good service. Easy to find, good location, no problemsGenuine Expedia guest review
"Get what you pay for"
We have stayed at this Days Inn just about every time we visit the Central Mendo area. It is a cheap and convenient place to stay. We do not travel to Mendocino to stay in our hotel room so the cheap room is just fine. Days Inn is located on State st, the main street in Ukiah, so it it close to shops, their saloon, liquor stores, fast food, dining and […] the Service Station that is made out of a redwood tree is in walking distance. Check that place out, it is now a little museum. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Cheap price for a cheap room."
PRO: Price and location were good. Free breakfast was adequate. CON: The beds were horrible. Room was a non-smoking room and it smelled like an ashtray. Using the heater made the cigarette smell worse. We had to call to get the batteries for the TV remote controller.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The first room I was placed in the bathroom was gross! The second, another dissapointment but the bathroom was not as bad as the first. The bathroom in the first room had poop smeared on the side of the tub and a bug crawling on the window sill. The shower curtains in both rooms have something in commom, mold! There was also questionable spots of grime […] on the bathroom doors. The carpets were nasty as well. All this small but noticeable dissapointments made the stay uncomfortable. I kept my shoes on the entire time I was in the room and was hesitant to lay in the bed. I made sure to keep my belongings on a hard surface and did not lay anything on the bathroom counters. I stayed for two nights and after showering with a spider after the first night I decided to wait until I arrived at home to take a shower after my second nights stay. Good value. Wouldn't normally stay at a Days Inn, but stayed here because it was dog friendly. Room was clean, quiet environment, breakfast was adequate. Close to everything. Easy access to and from Hwy. 101. I would stay here again even without the dog.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Overall for the price it was ok. Pros: Close to stores and fast food. Excellent customer service upon checking in. Cons: Hotel can use some upgrades, leaky sink and tub, tub was old, cracked walls. If you want a late checkout from 11 to 12 forget it, it's until 11:30. Poor customer service during the morning.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Room was very pretty with nice drapes. And it smelled good. No awful cleaning product smell. Very nice for the price.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Fine for a stopover night"
the room was comfortable enough for one night; breakfast was ok...fruit, cereal, pastries, and biscuits & gravy (lukewarm). Orange juice was AWFUL. Area was pretty quiet.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not the worst, but would not stay there again"
Stayed here as part of long road trip. I dont expect that much from a "budget" hotel, this was below average. Staff was pleasant but not that helpful. The breakfast gave me the idea they just put out a couple things in order to advertise "free breakfast". The bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. If you like an extra firm mattress, you might […] do OK here. Overall, I would certainly not call it a bad experience, I've just had better in this class of hotel. it was ok worth the price. interesting decor.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
the pillows were stinky and they wouldn't exchange an in room decaf coffee bag for a reg coffee bag. the breakfast was not healthy unless you call bruised apples healthy. it was just average and not recommendable. its a roof. stunk like curry spice in the office.Genuine Expedia guest review
"It was good"
Over all everything was pretty good, some parts of the room need some thought, they put the coffee maker on the table/desk due to lack of space. The bathroom is cramped and the shower head was high enough for a 7' foot person, to high. With that said I would stay there again if the rates were good.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I was looking for low price so I cant complain. Stay was uneventful which is good. Slept through the night. No noise.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Parking tight no breakfast noise from road not too bad. Internet passable .Owners passably friendly, not too much more than that. No a/c and outlet plugs worn out.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The room was clean and comfortable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Clean Hotel, Good place to stay"
There are many places to choose from in Ukiah. The Best Western is an older motel but is clean, comfortable and the staff is very helpful and courteous. I would recommend.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Would Come Again"
I was satisfied with the room although it had a strange vinegar-like smell (not that bad though). It was relatively quiet at night, which was a big plus as I am a light-sleeper. The breakfast was okay. Nothing extraordinary but good enough given the price of the room. The customer service was polite, but the person behind the counter did not go out […] of there way when I asked questions about the area, which was a bit disappointing, but not a deal breaker.I would come again. "I biked everywhere and saw so many sights."
nice pool ( some one had deposited beer caps in the pool). Hotel printed my boarding pass for flight home. That was nice to do for me. Next to residential neighbourhood, surrounded by Coastal Range Mountains.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Days Inn, Ukiah"
Fairly quiet hotel despite being located not far from 101 South. The large upstairs rooms with vaulted wooden beam ceilings, windows that OPEN (an enormous plus), a microwave and fridge, work well if you are driving through Ukiah. Cleanliness was satisfactory. There were a few hairs in the bathroom but otherwise fairly clean. For the price per night, […] in this area (within driving distance to coastal Mendecino) you can't beat Days Inn. If you book online and ahead of time the prices are cheaper! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Took the family on a shopping trip from Eureka to Santa Rosa. Being this is a 4 hour trip we decided not to make the round trip journey in 1 day and looked for an affordable hotel for an overnight stay. I didn't expect too much for the cheap rate as opposed to comparable hotels but was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice, letting us check […] in early so we could drop off our overnight bags on our way south, The room was very clean and the pool was an extra bonus for the kids. Keeping the pool opened up until 10:00 gave the kids an opportunity to swim a little after a full day of shopping. The free continental breakfast was an extra bonus in the morning. Would definitely stay here again if we do this for school shopping again next year. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"A great location close to Anderson Valley wineries"
The hotel was great and so was the location. My sink had a slow drain but I reported it to the manager. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to future guests.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Room is dated but very clean. Hotel staff was friendly. Good location with a yummy restaurant nearby.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice place to stay at reasonable price"
The property is well maintained, and is nearby Highway 101. So it is a great place to stay if you are driving on Highway 101 and need a place to stay for the night.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Everything was excellent especially the service, also nice rooms, nice pool, nice location. Breakfast was just OK but about right for this price.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Overall well kept and enjoyable"

"If You Have a Dog DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"
It was stated that there would be a $10 refundable deposit per dog - per night. When we got there this was not the case at all. We have 2 pugs (caged and potty trained) so they got us for $40 non-refundable right out the door. After driving for 11 hrs from Southern California we get into our room and it was disgusting. The smell was nauseating the carpet […] was wet and walking from the front door to the bathroom which was maybe 10 steps turned our socks instantly black. The floor in the bathroom was black from the carpet. We were in town for a family function and there were no other hotels that excepted dog in a reasonable radius so we were stuck. We made the most of it and spent as little time at the hotel as possible. The nail in the coffin came the following night. We headed to bed in the plastic covered, spring loaded mattress (very uncomfortable!) at about 10 PM because we needed to to get on the road in the morning for the 11 + hour drive home. At about midnight we heard yelling, screaming, and banging like someone was physically fighting in the next room. We contacted the front desk and informed them of the issue and they were rude and very unhelpful. They said that they came to the room and heard nothing which is not the case because it continued to happen to about 2:30 AM. Lastly when we brought up the issue at checkout we were brushed off and were told by the owner, "I'm sorry you feel that way" when we said that we felt the situation was not properly handled. "Ugly and old room"
Upon check in, the first thing they asked me was if I needed maid service???? What kind of question was that???? and then they check me in an ugly and old room. The bed was hard as a rock. The bathroom was horrible. I will never go back!!!!!Genuine Expedia guest review
This hotel happened to be on our route to San Francisco and so it worked out well at a very grea trate. It is clean, but I reiterate it is dated and it is what you would expect for the rate. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was a plus.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Needs a remodel"
Old and dingy. Plus the front desk person asked me if I wanted my room cleaned because I was only staying there two days. Not what you want to hear when you check in. It is cheap though.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Really great deal, nice room"
I got this room for an amazing deal at hotels.com. It was a nice, pretty room. Granit counter tops in the bathroom, things are new and updated and you can't beat a mini fridge and microwave! The staff are really sweet and very helpful and the maid service was top notch. My only disappointment is that the carpets could use some cleaning so keep your […] socks on.
