When advising hotel staff we were advised to shut the windows but as we are not that stupid we had already done so the water was actually coming in through the window panes whilst shut. Some members of hotel staff not very helpful and ignorant. You may need to take out a second mortgage or a very big loan as the pices are very high €10 for a Cappacino and €34 for a sandwich, Latte and Cappacino. pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, è un albergo vecchio e sporco nelle parti comuni. La colazione è misera. La ns stanza deluxe era fra quelle ristrutturate, non oso pensare cosa erano le altre. Abbiamo speso troppi soldi a notte per una stanza che ne valeva al max la metà considerando solo la posizione. Per fortuna la camera era pulita

Hotel con camere pulite, silenziose ma piccole. Ottima posizione per muoversi a piedi per le vie del centro. A pochi metri si trova una stazione della metropolitana. Personale cortese e disponibile. Buona la colazione.

Apesar da recepção minúscula (não precisa maior do que isso) e do elevador muito antigo e apertado, o quarto é ótimo, decoração moderna, chuveiro bom e banheiro espaçoso (para o padrão europeu). O café da manhã é muito bom e a localização do hotel é excelente, no centro de Roma. Ficamos muito satisfitos com a opção.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sauber und das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen.
