This was my first stay at Quality Inn. The room was clean and comfy. I liked the HD channels and the verity of options that the TV offers. I missed the breakfast, so I can't rate it. The real issue was that our phone rang multiple times after going to bed. we finally had to disconnect the phone whereas no one would answer at the front desk. Sometime shortly after 1 am someone banged on our air conditioner. Itr was not a good night..

We thought everything was fine and had a nice clean stay over. The only problem we had was that there were no trash can liners in the trash cans and when my husband asked if we could get some at the front desk, she said she was sorry, that they must be out of them. I found that odd because I used to be a maid at a motel. Also, my husband needed to use […] the restroom before checking in but the clerk at the front desk said she would not be able to open it for him, that it sisn't open until 6:00 a.m. That struck me as odd also. The location is convenient to the Civic Center. My wife and I visit this area every year during July and have stayed at several hotels in the area, but for the money, this one has been the best. We have stayed at this one for the past three years during our visits to the area.

The photos on the site will not lead you astray. This is a decent spot for an overnight stay. The bed was comfortable. The mall and plenty of restaurants are close. This is an older hotel and shows its age.

The room was really big and spacious, everything was clean and in okay shape, lobby was nice, and the hotel is a good location at intersection of I-95 and I-20 and around a bunch of restaurants and stores. It is a bit pricy for an otherwise low budget room, but worth it to me to have 2 queens and allow pets.
