I was surprised of the condition of this hotel. Ususally Ramada is a great stay and a well kept hotel.The rooms were in need of repair and the breakfast was less than mediocre. A lot of money for a less than desirble location. Right next to the interstate, a lot of highway noise and a block away from the projects.I will not stay again.

I had read awful details about the place, but it was not bad at all. It's not luxurious, but for the price, it was more than comfortable and super friendly service. It looked like there was a bird that flew into our window & no one had bothered to clean it. The hotel was having some renovations, but we expected that. Our room was spacious and clean, I really liked the queen beds. The pool was a great attraction, and it was warm and comfortable to swim in. The good: Close to downtown and the staff at front desk during the day was polite, but had absolutely no authority to do anything, so actually they were not helpful. The Bad: Mold in the bathroom (in 3 rooms actually) The Ugly: Refuse to accommodate our request to check-out and only ay for nights we were there. According to staff; roof leaked (there […] were people on the roof in the morning working on it), and that contributed to mold (somehow only in the bathrooms, and on floors 2 floors below the roof). The hotel is in a nice location if you are walking downtown. The rooms are rather old and hallways small. (And noisy) It is also located very close to the main highway and the traffic is VERY LOUD all night long. Even if free parking is written on your itinerary as was ours, they will still charge you at least $10/night for parking.

I replied to an add that read free parking. Upon arrival, I was informed that I had to pay a $25 parking fee. My remote did not work. I called the front office and was given a code that didn't work. He told me that he would try to send someone but probably couldn't. Never heard from anyone in 3 days.

It's a great budget hotel particularly if you don't mind walking. We walked across the pedestrian bridge 1-2 times per day and it was quick and easy (20 minutes tops). You get what you pay for when you stay across from a stadium. It has tube TVs and is an older hotel, but the breakfast selection was great, the wifi was free, and the pedestrian bridge is super close, with the stadium right across the street. The free parking according to the hotels.com reservation was not free...$11 parking fee, and the person in the reception didn't care, and said I had to talk to hotels.com. The room was next to the interstate and had a lot of noice coming from the road. We were given 1 small and 1 medium sized towel. The hotel is ok to stay at but it by far is the best deal if youre just looking for a place to crash after a long night in downtown as we were. When we first checked in they put us in a room next to the expressway and it was unbarable. We couldn't even sleep it highway noise was so loud. The front desk was kind and switched out room to a much quieter room and this room was not an old smoking room. The hotel was fine for the price.

Front desk staff friendly and professional. Perfect location for games. Great location if you don't mind a 15 minute walk to downtown. Only complaint is that parking is free...unless a game is going on at LP stadium, then even as a guest at the hotel, you need to pay for parking the day of game.
