The room was adequate for our needs but the staff was exceptional! Especially the shuttle drivers who made our day each time they took us to the train station.

Our room was clean, but the service was terrible. I arrived and the desk manager assumed I spoke Spanish. Luckily for him, I do. He told me, in Spanish, to "sign here" and handed me the keys. He didn't even tell me which wing of the large hotel complex to go to. I was so frustrated and insulted. Never staying here again regardless of it being pet friendly. We saved money by staying at La Quinta Inn. I should have called to confirm our arrival time so we didn't have to wait at the airport for the shuttle. Otherwise the hotel stay kept us on time for our flight and the shuttle and savings on parking was super! They have a breakfast too but we left too early to enjoy it.

The air conditioner in the room is too noisy. I asked for a quiet room, but was placed on the side that faces the freeway. Cars and trucks were zipping by 100 feet from the window. The provided bedding was insufficient to keep me warm. There were no extra blankets provided.

Our overall experience was terrible. It was my first time booking a park n fly. I was told this hotel was in the Chicago loop when it wasn't. I had issues checking in as they were rude and made me prove that I had the park n' fly package without looking my information up in the system. Then on our way back we were told to wait 40 min at a certain gate […] and they would pick us up. After waiting over an hour and a half and calling 3 times we were never picked up. It id not located near the airport . I had to pay the cab $35 for the fare Customer service was below average. Air conditioner made loud noise when we turned it on so we couldn't sleep properly. Worst of all, we found a few curly hair on bathroom floor!

The wireless internet was really slow and didn't work intermittently, so they need to work on that. Their printer was out of ink when I tried to print off my boarding pass -- I'm pretty sure someone stole it out of the printer, which sucks for the hotel. The front desk worker let me print it off one of their computers behind the desk. I had to catch […] the hotel's shuttle at five and the breakfast doesn't start until six, but the front desk person opened it up a bit early so people could get some coffee/juice, which was pretty nice.
