Stayed for 1 night in July. Checkin and the room were very nice. Also has an added bonus of a Car park to leave hire-cars. Only improvement to make would be service in the hotel restaurant. It was very quiet and had to go to reception to get a waitress. Though once having meal all was well.

The hotel itself is excellent. It's very clean and modern. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would say however that it is a bit too far from the city centre to be convenient for a short trip. We took the city bus mostly. It's very frequent but takes about 20 minutes to get into town. when we arrived we were immediately offerred to transfer down to their sister hotel the Michaelangelo (closer to downtown florence), don't know why? overbooked? anyway we went to the Michaelangelo and where I had requested (as per the room description on hotels.com) a room with a double and a single bed, we got a room with one queen size bed. ( the […] first room offerred was in front of the elevators!) upon settling in, it was a fairly convenient walk to everything touristy. Breakfast was included and on the first morning there was a woman in charge of the dining room who was yelling at all the staff ( behind closed doors however you couldn't miss her yelling...one of the other guests got up and told her to shut up!) she was quickly replaced and never seen again...anyway overall a clean and well situated hotel, I would shop around however before going back...hope this helps someone.. We read the reviews before we left and for the price you're paying it's unbelievable value. The hotel is slightly out of Florence just 10 minutes on the bus. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an excellent price without compromising on quality

We have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights last week. There was no aircondition- we open the window and had a sleepless 2 nights with a lot of muscitos and noise.Breakfast was very poor. We stayed two nights in April 2012. Hotel room was modern, clean and very comfortable especially the bed. The staff were very helpful and we had a good continental breakfast to start our day. Chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the airport (early morning flight). In hindsight this was a mistake - there's nothing around the hotel, the wifi is expensive and slow and the whole place feels a bit soulless. If you're looking for somewhere close to the airport I'd recommend staying in downtown Florence - by cab it's only 10mins further […] than this hotel but you'll have a better stay. Very comfortable and clean excellent value for money. There was a wide choice for breakfast.It was extremely easy to get into the centre of Florence using the bus that stops right outside the hotel - couldn't be easier. The free parking at the hotel was a bonus as we didn't have to worry about our hire car. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was very helpful and the room was beautifully appointed. I was sorry that I could enjoy the comfort for only one night. The neighborhood is not very inspiring if one wants to stroll in the vicinity. The hotel is relatively close to the airport which is convenient if one has to catch an early flight.

This was an excellent choice for a quick weekend getaway. Just 15 mins from the airport so it didn't matter that we arrived at 11pm at night or that we had to be at the airport by 7 am to leave. Easy to get to the City Centre either by the shuttle or bus 22 which leaves from right outside the hotel. The fact that there was a nice supermarket close by […] meant we didn't have to buy expensive gifts in the normal tourist traps. It puts a lot of nice hotel into a smaller than usual room size (phone booth elevators too - take a deep breath), but totally adequate as long as you don't need to do a morning workout. If you want to save a few dollars on meals there is a nice grocery store behind the hotel. The restaurant was pretty much decent standard fare as found anywhere in Italy. Remember no one eats dinner in Italy until at least 7:30 pm so have a late lunch. $20 Euros for a taxi to airport or downtown Florence, sort of flat rate thing I guess. É um bom hotel, sem muita vocação turística. Três elevadores excelentes, um quarto limpo, amplo e confortável com ótimo banheiro. O tapete do quarto estava bastante gasto, assim como os móveis do hotel em geral, que aparentam uns vinte anos de uso e , embora estejam em bom estado, já merecem uma reforma. O café da manhã é bom. O jantar pareceu pretensioso […] e sem graça, ao meu paladar. Está situado em uma região moderna, a uma distância confortável do aeroporto e da estação de trem, em frente a um parque público e próximo ao prédio da Justiça local, com dois bons supermercados por perto. Para o turista, está um pouco longe do centro histórico, a uns doze euros de taxi, se não for extorquido por um taxista desonesto, chamado pelo hotel, que, no domingo, sete de abril, às 11 horas de manhã, acrescentou mais cinco euros, à título de taxa de chamada, embora o ponto de taxi estivesse vizinho ao hotel. Ottimo hotel soprattutto al prezzo giusto. Personale molto cordiale, mi hanno indicato 2 ristoranti e sono stati ottimi. Ottimo collegamento col centro città, autobus 22 ( la fermata è proprio davanti) e in 15 min si arriva al Duomo. Comodo anche perché affianco c'è l'Esselunga.

The hotel is located outside the city centre but with excellent transport possibilities. The bus station is just few meters from the hotel and you reach the city centre within 12 minutes. The hotel reception has bus tickets which can be purchased drectly from them. Also the hotel has its own shuttle service few times per day. We never used it as the […] bus offered us a more suitable timetable. The room we had offered a lot of space, it was very clean and quite, although our room-window faced the main street. Doubled-glass windows. The service at the hotel was extremely friendly but natural. We missed to inform them that my wife had a lactose intolerance and therefore dairy free products were required.At no extra charge immediately lactose-free products were organised and we were informed right away about those products at the buffet which contained lactose. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was first quality. The cook deserves praise. All in all, we can recommend this hotel. Sure we will go back the next time we are in Florence. Read more

Excelente hotel considerando o custo-benefício de Firenze. Os únicos comentários negativos são sobre o café, um pouco fraco comparado a outros hotéis da Itália do mesmo nível e a tv do quarto obsoleta em relação a outros hotéis, mas como ninguém viaja para assistir tv então recomendo.

夜遅くに空港に到着、次の日レンタカーをピックアップするため、空港近くのホテルとしてこちらを選びました。 空港からはタクシーで１０分弱です。 ロビーやパブリックエリアは、モダンできれいです。 フロントも感じが良く、タクシーもすぐに手配してくれます。 部屋は広くはないですが、きれいで使いやすかったです。 最上階の部屋でしたが、静かでぐっすり眠れました。 朝食はフルーツ、シリアル、パン等種類は多く、味はまぁまぁというところです。 宿泊代も安く、部屋もきれいで朝食も付いていますので、市内に用がなければ おすすめのホテルだと思います。 それと、隣にスーパーマーケットがあって便利です。

Kamers zijn mooi ingericht. De bus naar het centrum van Florence stopt voor de deur, echt ideaal. Daarnaast lag het hotel vlakbij de snelweg, wat voor ons erg fijn was omdat we ook de steden buiten Florence gingen bezoeken. Een aanrader!

Rummen är stora, ljusa och fina. AC:n fungerade perfekt. Ganska långt att gå till centrum, men med buss utanför hotellet varje kvart till en kostnad om 1,20 EUR och som tar 10 min fungerade det jättebra. Personalen hjälpsam. Bra med stor mataffär precis intill hotellet. Frukost ok. Internet gratis endast i Lobbyn.

Moi et mon conjoint avons séjourner à cet hôtel en juillet 2012. Cet Hotel n'a l'air de rien de l'extérieur mais à l'intérieur c'est tout autre chose. Service très courtois et professionnel de chacun des employés. Le petit déjeuner buffet inclus était délicieux. Il y a un stationnement juste à côté de l'hotel également inclus. Nous avions la chambre […] 710, #vu sur la cour# mais la chambre était extrêmement propre avec une grande salle de bain. L'autobus de ville se prends en face de l'hotel et coûte 1.40 Euro par personne pour se rendre dans le centre-ville de Florence. いわゆるビルTYPEのホテルで、EUROPE情緒のあるホテルではないが、レセプションスタッフの対応が素晴らしい。部屋も明るく清潔で通常の滞在なら狭さも感じない。フィレンツェの中心部にはバスがある。願わくば空港へのシャトルバスが有ればなお良いが。
