The room next to us had a ton of people where they were loud and talking all night. We ck'd n around 1am heard them talking and went to sleep and kept waking up hearing them talk and be loud all night to morning . Attended a large function that had been many years at same hotel in same weekend. Hotel understaffed; took four hours to get into room first day. Housekeeping unprepared for large group - room cleaning very late and non-existent second day of stay. Front desk incapable of handling minor requests (like slipping a hang-tag for breakfast room service under […] door despite three requests). "Great Hotel near airport."
A great quality hotel. There is a free shuttle service to and from the airport. Rooms are top quality. Not a lot of food options - food quality in the hotel was good. Without a rental car, you dont have many options around the hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A booking gone bad"
As any love story goes. There will always be bumps in the road. Our first stay here was awesome to say the least. lace was clean and the atmosphere was kewl. The breakfast buffet is a bit pricey. Yet good. Mickey Dees would be a better value. This stay left me saying never again. Booked a room with 2 queen beds. A must for a family of 4. Tried to check […] in early around 2:00pm. Found that a no go. Then the tall tale began. Came back 6 hours later and checked in. Noticed a huge crush of people. When we got to our room surprise someone else was in the room. Well in a way. We had a king bed not the queens requested. Back downstairs we go. The young man at the desk said there was a clause in our request and they ran with it, hence the one bed. Too be honest I was not happy. Being in a late hour and tired I went back upstairs and slept on the floor. Good thing I brought extra blankets. I will say that Hotels.com came through for us. This hotel is situated logistically to get you where you want to be. Two minutes from Lambert Airport, this hotel can get you immediately on to I-70 East and get you downtown ir continue west toward I-270 ir continue into St. Charles. You are also 1/4 west of 170 which can get you to I-64 or continue to Brentwood-Clayton area. Parking is cumbersome […] but close. The rooms are nice, quiet, clean and spacious although there's not much of a view. Service is excellent but they were doing some remodeling so I couldn't use the business center. Bar was very nice and the foid anr drinks are great and fresh although a little pricey. A nice hotel and located just where I needed to be to get where I needed to go. "Wake up call"

My first review was not allowed. I'm reasonably sure that I stuck to guidelines, but it appears otherwise. The neighborhood is bad. Some of the people that stay there behaved unpleasantly. This hotel near the airport in St. Louis is unexpectedly nice with a good restaurant, bar/lounge and valet parking. I was unpleasantly surprised by a daily charge for parking (this is not an inner city area with limited space ) and a $9.95 daily charge for internet connection that was painfully slow pretty much unusable. I can get connected at McDonalds […] for free for goodness sakes. AND I signed up for it at 5:30 when I checked in and was then unable to use internet in the morning when I got up. The parking was confusing to all of us arriving not knowing if we would be towed, no clear signage. Friendly staff. The room was very nice but I couldn't set my things down in the bathroom, there was mold and dry toothpaste in the tub and on this beautiful vanity and the plug in in the bathroom was broke so I couldn't use the sticky hair dryer they […] had provided.
