"May be my new favorite DC hotel."
Excellent. Service. Cleanliness. Value. Location. Excellent.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Have stayed at the Hilton Crystal City before and their weekend guests seem to gather in the hallways and make a fair amount of noise. I called the front desk and they handled my complaint.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Loved this place"
This was a great place to stay for me and my son on our 20 day trip. Upon arriving, I was greeted very pleasantly, and because the pool was down, we were given free breakfast (best fresh cut fruit) for our stay. Convient to jump on the subway. Great gym, and just an all around great place to stay. Will definitely return one day.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hilton crystal city July 2014"
Very convenient to airport and metro. Complimentary transportation to both. Hotel staff friendly and accommodating.Genuine Expedia guest review
The rooms are very clean but my phone didn't work, an it had a funny smell so bring some candlesGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good for quick trip"
Hotel is in a great location in Crystal City. Walking distance to metro or you can take the shuttle. Everyone I encountered was pleasant. Less than a 5 min shuttle trip to Reagan. Lots of surrounding dining options. Only downside was bathrooms and elevators are small.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Going to National - Perfect"
I came late at night prior to an early morning return flight. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the regual jitney run to National made the hotel perfect for my needs.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was absolutely beautiful. From the front lobby to the room, everything was nice and clean. Nothing out of place. The room was immaculate. Customer service was great. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the garage. The garage is really small and parking is tight. Aside from that, I would strongly recommend staying here!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not a good place to stay"
Rented 2 rooms. Hotel advertises a pool, daily housekeeping services, valet parking, self-park at $24 per day. Hotel has NO POOL, only one of the rooms got housekeeping, there is NO VALET PARKING, and self park is $26 per day. Asked housekeeper for room service, room never touched. Self-park is a joke, you have to sit and wait for someone to leave to […] get a spot each and every time you park. Hotel advertises it is over Metro, well it's at least 2 miles to the train station. Asked main desk if there was a diner nearby to take kids for breakfast, and I was referred to a touch computer on the wall which showed you where the sites in Washington DC were, where the Metro stations were, etc. Could not get location of diner from there. Another patron gave me directions to an IHOP about 1/2 mile from hotel. Expedia uses the pool, housekeeping, valet parking, etc. as amenities in comparing Crystal City to other hotels in the area, and is only compounding the false advertising on the hotel's website. I stayed here for 2 nights for the 4th of July. Highly recommend it, and pleasantly surprised based on the great deal I got thru hotels.com! I would book it again especially with how it's centrally located to all the DC attractions.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"OK. Low Grade Hilton!!!"
A lower scale Hilton, in our opinion. The hall ways were very hot and muggy. The elevators (three of them) were very slow. People complaining about them constantly. Bed was very comfortable, to say the least. Room adequate, but A/C needed to be worked on. Think they were working overtime to cool the halls and elevators (just being smart!) We had our […] A/C set on 67 degrees and it never cooled any lower than 74-76 degrees. Not good with all the humidity we were experiencing during our stay @ DC. A/C was working overtime. Almost asked for another room. Second night we had guests (neighbors from Hell) saying next door. Could hear them through the walls having a party all night. Reported it to the front desk three times. They sent a security guard to the room every time. Got quiet for about a half hour and then they started up again. We figured they knew the next door room was calling them in. Guess that would be us. Parking garage below the hotel. Costs to park our rental car. Pretty expensive. Wasn't expecting that. Wanted $19.95 for the internet per day. Are you kidding? Went without and used their hotel PC's for what we needed for travel information. We will not stay here ever again. Take my advice and stay at the Hilton.. Garden Inn. Just down the street. Look it up. Much nicer and much better! See our review of that one. You won't regret it. Did purchase breakfast at the hotels cafe/diner. Was good, but the same buffet every morning and at least $28.00 with tip. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Happy with choice"
They made a mistake booking our reserved room with a person that has a similar name, but then upgraded us to a much bigger room and gave us free parking. It's closer than most hotels on the street to the airport, but I wish it was closer to the metro station (~10 minute walk). Room was really nice. Parking garage is a little tight.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Very polite staff. The hotel is located about three blocks away from the metro station which is very convenient. The room was very clean and the hotel seemed in very good condition. The only downside was the check-in system. I waited in line for a wile and there are no lanes to the reception counters. The issue with it is that some people are rude and […] just go directly to the front without consideration for those who are actually waiting patiently to be called forward. "Trip to Washington, D.C."
I had to be in Washington, D.C. For business on short notice and once again Hotels.com came through with a great rate for the Hilton Crystal City.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was clean and in good condition, the only issue is that they permanently closed the pool a month before our stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We got this hotel at a stellar price, and considering we had driven our car for the weekend, this was the perfect location. It was only a 15 minute drive (if that) into Washington, DC. We went on a weekend, and the only issue we had was that the parking garage was expensive. Lucky for us, we had the vehicle with us Saturday and found places in DC (street […] parking) at no cost. Sunday was also free, so that saved us about $40 had we paid through the garage. The room was spacious, the bathroom was a little tiny and had no fan, but the AC was great (thank goodness because DC/Virginia summers are the worst). Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

Very comfortable stay!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was great but the pool was empty, there was no hot tub, and the in-room movie service was not working, Late check out costs $30 extra, also a downer, but maybe that's the norm in this area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Excellent hotel at unbeatable price!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
it is actually quite good; it is near with airport. However, you need to drive if you want to go to the DC.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Charge you for everything."
Great location for the airport and access to DC. I've stayed at a lot of Hilton and Hilton partner hotels. I've been charged for parking before but never the full rate as if I wasn't a guest at the hotel. $26 a day. Then i get to my room and even simple internet, wired or wireless, cost $13 a day. The bathroom was tiny and the only source of ventilation […] was a tiny fan that didn't work. There was moisture damage on the walls in the bathroom. I was in an HHonors room also, which makes me wonder about the rest of the rooms. There was no complimentary breakfast either. The staff was very nice and the location is good for that area. I just dislike being charged for every little thing that they can think of. I've stayed at much cheaper places and not felt like the hotel was trying to bleed me dry. In my opinion not worth the cost, especially carrying the Hilton name. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Clean, comfortable place to stay"
Very convenient location--easy to get to Metro, DCA. Hotel is clean, pretty, and very well maintained. Complimentary breakfast was decent. One star off for additional daily WiFi fee.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Very friendly and helpful staff"
Great location close to downtown D.C. and metro station with a reasonable price. The parking garage was a bit difficult to find, especially when there were cars blocking the entrance at S Clark St; I think they need a bigger parking sign to guide new guests. The staff were friendly and helpful. At checkout they asked if I experienced any problem during […] my stay, and I mentioned that the ventilation fan in the restroom was not working - it was not a big problem indeed so I hadn't reported earlier - and they immediately waived the parking fee of one night to make me a even happier customer. Parking garage is small, so don't visit if you have a big vehicle. I was forced to park in a restricted area, only because there it was a weekend and construction staff were gone. the security guard tried to make me leave, despite telling him I had coordinated with the front desk. Rooms are great, just leave your SUV at home.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Overnight stay prior to an early flight out of DCA"
Clean comfortable rooms, quick shuttle to airport. Dropped off rental car prior to stay and walked to Hilton from Airport. Many good restaurants within 3 blocks, walking. Decent gym deli and bar. I would stay here again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"OLD HOTEL NOT WORTH THE MONEY"
LOBBY WAS NICE. HOTEL WAS OLD. NO HOT TUB POOL WAS DIRTY. SERVICE WAS GOOD. AREA WAS GOOD WITH RESTAURANTS CLOSE. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great D.C. location"
Overall, this hotel was a great choice. We stayed here while we did a quick visit of D.C. tourist attractions and the Dover Nascar race. The room and hotel were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They shuttled us to the mall where we caught the transit train to National Monuments viewing and then picked us back up. The only drawback was […] the parking charge at the hotel, as I felt at $26, it was a bit steep. I would gladly book a stay here again if I were in the D.C. area in the future. "Best Hotel Stay"
My experience for the first time was awesome. The front desk employee Adlai (don't know if I have the correct spelling) went above and beyond out expectations. Keeping in mind, this was a party of 14. Everyone on staff I felt over my stay was very professional. I will definitely re-do and recommend.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nam Knights Rolling Thunder Weekend"
Pre paid for four nights, only used the middle two. Not excited about that, but it was a planning and availability issue. I planned for the best four days. Got there a day late, and left a day early. The staff found ways to say yes to the few requests we had. Breakfast Buffet is too expensive. When a group that size books the hotel, I would expect […] a price break at the buffet. I am on the Frugal side. Great location, very hospitable staff, See you next year. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Excellent quality for the money."
The room was very clean, the staff pleasant, the shuttle always ready, business center with access to WiFi, and a great snack bar (though a little pricey). A seven-minute walk to the metro station. I would definitely consider this hotel again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Overall pretty bad. Hotel gave me a room that apparently someone was still occupying. Replacement room was next to elevator, and housekeeping, combined with thin walls and people having loud coitus next door I was essentially unable to sleep.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Nice and convenient to airport and DC - liked very much.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Be careful booking here - they may send you packin"
I booked my stay well in advance and paid in advance. I called a few days ahead of time also because my flight was not landing until midnight and advised them I needed a late checkin. they said no worries. Until I arrived at the hotel and they had given away my room and were booked. No worries they said as they rebooked me elsewhere - at Best Western […] 19 miles away that was the most horrible place I had stayed in years, at 1 in the morning they called a taxi and the taxi driver said he didn't know how to get there but I could help him. Um, no. I got out of that car and had them call another. The desk person just kept saying "its not my fault, I didn't give away your room".... No? didn't he work for Hilton? Isn't he a Hilton representative? If I said that to a customer my boss would not be very happy. horrible experience. too bad, Hilton is usually a good place. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great location Pentagon & DCA airport"
Well situated for business and pleasure. Bunch of great restaurants all walking distance so it's not necessary to eat at the hotel. Perfect location if your business takes you to visit DoD related contractors.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Not everything is a must see sight."
There was no door on the bathroom. In a room with two queen beds obviously for more than one person, NO door? Called the desk and was advised it was a handicap room and they were sorry. They offered a room with a single king bed but sometimes that simply will not do.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Comfortable facilities and competent and friendly"
The hotel and staff were exceptionally good. Everything went very well for my stay there. The hotel was within walking distance of the Metro and the shuttle service was right on time and got me to the airport quickly.Genuine Expedia guest review
Bathroom was very very small. I was giving bath to my toddler sitting by the tub, my left shoulder was touching toilet and no one could open the door and enter because I was on the way. It was very uncomfortable. Plus, there was not hot water in the tub, only warm. Hotel is very close to the airport. It was a plus for us. We did not hear any noise […] from airplanes. "Not what I expected from Hilton"
Overall disappointing. Lack of continental breakfast, or at the very least a one-time voucher or discount. High priced food & beverage from hotel options. Restaurant closed before dinner hours. Coming back from late night conferences & meetings, there are not many food options in the area, hotel doesn’t accommodate this by at the very least having some […] kind of appetizer menu in the bar. No snack vending machines. Small rooms. Everything is crammed with only room for walking. The bathroom is terribly small & very uncomfortable. The door wouldn’t open all the way without hitting the tub. Have to get in the bathroom & squeeze sideways to get the door to close. (Compared to a public restroom stall). While sitting on the toilet you could not close the door; knees in the way. More than one person could not be in the bathroom. NO FAN in the bathroom. Stains on bed comforter. Fridge & safe crammed in a cupboard, no microwave. See food accommodations above, can’t even warm something up. Can’t control heat; cold in the room most of the time. The room door would not shut without forcefully pulling or pushing. Staff: Some were nice, most were rude. Majority of staff were overwhelmed when there was more than one thing going on. If there was noise in the lobby there was a sense of irritability & rudeness from more than one staff member. Front desk woman retrieved customers’ bags from the luggage room without even checking their tags. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
