My bed was very comfortable, I fell asleep quickly and felt rested when I woke. The only thing was the sink was sorta clogged, and that seemed gross but otherwise it was ok. The continental breakfast was very good, the eggs were real and the waffles fresh.

Burned out lightbulb. Many breakfast items were gone by 8:00, and many of those left were disgusting. Staff were not rude, but did not exert themselves too be helpful. Room was comfortable and commodious, though all pillows were identical -- and too thick for my taste. I'd stay here again, but only if the price was right.

Very expensive for the amenities. Room/bthroom very clean, beds ok, not overly comfortable, hottub closed, too cold for the pool, people very nice, friendly and allowed an early check in. Good location for shopping and places to eat very close by.

the room was stuffy in a way that slightly bothered my sinuses. i woke up very congested, and could not open the window because it was barred. some fresh air would have helped. maybe the ventilation system needs cleaned.

Finally a decent but not terribly expensive place to stay near Auburn. Why are so many hotels absolutely ratty in that area, unless you pay $150 a night? This was comfortable, clean, and reasonably priced--unlike almost all the other hotels I've had to use near Auburn.

We had great service from check in to check out. Room was clean and up to date, plenty of hot water and great water pressure(a must for me). The continental breakfast was good, they had plenty, and there were alot of guest there when we were there, there was a baseball tournement there that weekend, so lots of kids. Rooms were quiet. My husband always rates a stay by 2 things: 1.Does the sink plug hold water? Which it did but it drained very very slow. 2. Does the non-smoking room smell like smoke? Which it didn't. Overall an average room.

Front-desk clerk was very friendly. We checked in around 8 pm . Had a little trouble locating exact location of entrance to hotel from road. Room was nice,clean,with newer appliances (microwave/ refrigerator). Overall I would stay here again,when visiting Auburn University.

We arrived & there were 3 staff behind the counter & a maint. man drenched in sweat near the front desk. His shirt was almost completely soaked through and he stood there carrying on a conversation with another employee. I was told our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. We had to pull open heavy doors while carrying our bags. The […] room was below average with burns in the carpeting, a torn couch, old cheap mismatched furniture, and horrible lighting, The faucet in the bathroom sink would spray water when you went to turn it on so you had to quickly learn to turn it on very slowly. The bath had what appeared to be granite walls, but were incorrectly cut, incorrectly installed, and looked like a cheap shoddy job. My son & I spent the day at Auburn University and came back to the hotel exhausted with take out food. The door would not open and I had to walk down to the first floor to the front desk for assistance twice. The woman rekeyed our cards and said they should work. I went all the way back up to the room to find that they still did not work. She had to call the owner at least twice, change the batteries then reprogram the door lock. 40 mins later we finally got back in the room. In the morning I had to ask for toilet paper b/c they never cleaned our room probably b/c the door wouldn't open for the maid. The woman couldn't find any and had to take a roll out of the bathroom on the main floor. She actually asked me if I was completely out! Read more

The hotel was very nice, and the staff very helpful. However, it was difficult to find, since street signs were missing or not easily found. It was also difficult to see the hotel's sign. We had to call the hotel from the highway to get directions.

We were in Auburn area to visit our son at college. We were there for 4 nights. For the first 2 days, we had no maid service, after telling the desk staff and requesting fresh towels for 2 days- we had maid service. Breakfast was truly HORRIBLE!! The hotel is very nice on the outside, and the free breakfast was very good. Something that took me by surprise was that there was no maid service. I am not a picky person so it didn't bother me that much. The price was very good, and you get what you pay for. I will probably stay here again, but it is certainly not your Ritz Carlton.
