A good hotel with a great breakfast. Room was very nice and clean. Only draw back it was hard to find. And, the people who run the parking deck tried to charge me twice for parking but had the hotel receipt that showed I had already paid! Lucky for us we did have it, (bet they get a lot of people on that one).

Great price and location, nice room... The problems I had were with the in room coffee service. Morning after check in I went to make a couple cups of coffee and there was one regular and one decaf single serve brew packets. I dring the coffee for stimulation, but whatever. I made the coffees and then went to pour the cream in mine and the first one was fine, the second one was curdled. How did I know this? After I poured it into my coffee and saw the cottage cheese floating on the surface. I left a note for the housekeeper for some xtra creams to be put in the fridge and regular coffee and they complied (for that day) A couple days later it was back to decaf. I'd drink the tea but the only choice was Earl Grey and I don't like it. Free breakfast buffet was ok. Be sure and order the omlett as the scrambled eggs are awful. All in all I'd give it a 3 1/4 out of 5

I was very disappointed with the hotel experience. We paid a very high price for a room that was literally a dump. The walls were dirty and by the window there was peeling paint with mold or mildew from condensation. There were stains from other water on the walls. The caulk between the widows and the walls was filthy dirty and disgusting. There was paint peeling and chipping off from the ceiling in the bedroom and in the bathroom. Basically, and we have children, this room was a disgrace. It was much worse than what I would have expected from a low-end hotel.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Embassy Suites in downtown Indianapolis. We will definitely make this our hotel of choice when visiting the city and recommend it to our friends/family. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the moment we pulled into the parking garage they were there to help out and answer our questions. The location was great as we were able to walk to the zoo and the mall is attached. The pool was acceptable, nothing grand, but fit our needs. Cannot say enough about the kind and courteous staff!

I was extremely pleased with this hotel. My family and I atteneded a wedding and everything was within walking distance. Our hotel was clean, and had a wonderful amount of space in the room. . Wish we could've stayed longer. THe only thing that was dissapointing was that I had called the hotel the night before to make sure our room would be ready when we arrived so we could be on time for the wedding. When we arrived, our room was not ready, and we had to wait. Although, it was only for about 15 minutes, it was dissapointing.

Its very clean, and service is great, breakfast was good too. Best free breakfast Ive ever had actually. The down fall of this hotel are it's entry points. There is no good way into this hotel. the front door is attached to the back of a parking garage on the third floor, tha main entrance is 1/2 block west of Illinois st, on Washington. If your walking, the only way in is 3 flights of stairs on a side walk, or the parking structure elevators, then a walk through the structure.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and any questions we had. We were in town for the National swim trials so we had some Nationally known swimmers also staying at Embassy Suites. We had the pleasure of meeting and getting autographs from some of them we were lucky enough to run into. The breakfast was AWESOME! The hotel is also right next to Circle Center mall and within walking distance of many other downtown attractions. I would definitely recommend the hotel!

We went to Indianapolis for a quick spring break getaway with the kids. The convenience of having the mall attached to the hotel was great. Our room was very nice, clean and spacious. However, the pull out sofa for the kids was worn and you could feel all of the springs. I heard that th floors above 15 were all renovated recently, so perhaps their sofa beds are newer. The nightly receoption was fun - chips, veges, sodas and adult beverages. And of course the breakfast their is always great. We would defintely go again.

Overall the hotel wasn't too bad but they could use some improvements considering the price that you pay. There were light bulbs missing from the lamps in the sitting room. Also, the room was a bit stuffy so we turned on the ceiling fan in the bedroom which had a loud humming noise. We needed to use the pullout bed in the couch which was really unacceptable. You could feel every wire in the mattress. The room seemed to be clean though and the breakfast and the managers hours with the free beverages was great. The location to downtown and the Centre Mall were perfect. Alot of cholorine in the hottub. It made my kids cough so they had to get out.

Embassy Suites Downtown Indianapolis has always been my favorite place to lodge. The suites are very economical, spacious, clean, and somewhat luxurious. The staff is very friendly, and the Manager's evening gathering for snacks and drinks are just a delight; I met new people and just really enjoyed the ambience. There's also the continential and the hot breakfasts that are served dailey at different hours to accomodate everyone's schedule;one would spend so much more if these charges were not factored into the room rates. Theses are just a few of the things that can't be beat in terms of price. I was , however, appalled with the rate charged for parking; I think that $20.00 a day fee is a bit much!I think that's something that needs to be adjusted!
