Comfortable, clean room, walking distance to a Metro station which will take you to all points of interest in DC. My only complaints, the extra parking and internet costs, and the pool and hot tub closing between 1 & 4 daily.. The kids loved this winter vacation. We would stay again.

Everything generally good. Room seemed to vary from too cold to too hot. Also, it would have been nice if the evening refreshment would be a bit more substantial than pretzels and chips, like hot hors d'oeuvres.

This is a great family hotel. Everyone is very helpful and the room we had was spacious and clean. The rooms need updating and I think they should follow Hilton Garden Inn with there beds. The breakfast was very good. They had both hot and cold selections. Made to order omelettes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, potatoes, melons, yogurts, […] pastries and drinks. The Manager's Reception was less than what we thought it would be , after staying at other Embassy Suites and reading the reviews about the hotel. It was a nice time for snack and drinks, but not enough for a meal. Eat your meal and then come for snacks. You can order food from the restaurant at the hotel. The sliders are good! We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was our second visit. One of the best features of the hotel is the shuttle, so make sure you use it! Read more

The problems that I encountered were, the noise level from the atrium during the "Manager's thing" I stayed on the 4th floor and could hear conversations that were taking place on the ground floor, even with the door closed and tv on. I enjoy the open design of the Embassy Suites hotels, its a spacious feelng and the room was big too.The only thing I didn't like was the gym was very very tiny; I think my hotel room was bigger!

Hotel was great! The breakfast was awesome, the beds were comfy, and walking distance from the pentagon city mall and metro which was even better. Metro ride isn't long to get to all the main places. Even though we had to pay to park at the hotel, we didn't really have to use the car cuz everything was walking distance and it was nice to know my car […] was safe in the garage the whole time. This was our second stay at this hotel. Pluses are the made to order breakfast and managers reception - both a welcomed start and ending to packed fulled days in Washington D.C. and other close destinations. Staff - all were helpful and friendly - when asking for recommendaitons for dinner - many types of cusine were offered as well as the use of the […] shuttle service to take and pick you up if desired. Location is great - close to all of the Crystal City shopping, food and enteratinment options, as well as Pentagon City. Washington D.C. metro is a very short walk - or the shuttle will also drop you off - and then a quick ride - and economical as well - to D.C. and all of the varied tourist options that one desires. Should you wish to continue your work out program while in here - there is a small, but adequate facility on sight. Need to access a computer - two options - a small kisok and then a larger business work space. Met our needs as we rarely take a laptop on vacation and only need to connect to confirm flights and such. Room was large, clean, and comfortable - only complaint was the heating/cooling system was a bit noisy - but really did not interupt any sleep, conversations, or watching and hearing of the television. The location was very convenient with a free shuttle to the Pentagon City mall where there is also a metro station! It would be nice if they could purcahse some more comfortable sofa beds. The room TVs are very nice! We especially enjoyed the manager's reception that included drinks of your choice and a nice assortment of snacks!

Poor housekeeping service. Cleaned our room but did ot leave any glass/cups/coffee/soap etc. Their elevator was horrible and had to wait for hours to get one. B'fast spread was good. Room looks too small and crampy if 4 adults need to stay. parking charge was outrageous - $24.95 per day.
